Hello, I recently got my new Nari Ultimate that I have been primarily using for the PS4. Whenever I play a very loud and immersive shooter game such as Modern Warfare, my mic picks up the rumbling from my headphones and whenever I do try to actually speak; it seems to not accurately catch what I am trying to say. Any tips on fixing this issue?

Can we start a petition for these? I can't be the only one waiting to buy these for when they come in iconic Quartz Pink o:

So i just bought the razer nari today was really hyped to get gaming with them, but when i opened up rainbow six siege the beginning audio works and then cuts out. does anyone know why or how it does this ? i use the razer seiren for a mic and that still works. i also uninstalled the razer synapses. please help p.s. minecraft sound works

So girlfriend is looking to buy a new wireless headset and she really likes the pink Kraken since she already has other Quartz peripherals. Anyone know if there are any plans for a future release of such a wireless headset? There doesn't seem to be a pink wireless option. Or are there alternatives we could look at that are pink and wireless?

Got my Razer Nari Wireless yesterday, but its unable to play audio and input at the same time, can't use for gaming or discord, i tried almost everything. i saw some comments saying the razer tech support guy gave them a link to a firmware update and it worked. Can u provide me with firmware update link thanks

Hello, I have looked all over for a solution to my issue & have not found one. I have a PS4 gaming console, I have friends who use an xbox gaming console, & other friends who use a PC for online gaming.. PCs operating with windows can access the “microsoft xbox app,” which allows communication (party chat) between PC & xbox console users, but there is currently no way for someone with a PS4 console to communicate with PC or xbox users through party chat via the xbox app. To combat this issue, underneath my headset, I wear a separate pair of earbuds with a mic, that I plug into my laptop.. On my laptop, I am able to run the microsoft xbox app, & use xbox party chat, allowing me to communicate with friends using PCs & xbox consoles.. As a result, I have to use my headset solely to receive audio from the PS4 console, since I am unable to communicate directly with friends in xbox party chat using it.. While this does act as somewhat of a solition, it has become increasingly frustratin

Hey y'all! I recently bought the Kraken Kitty Edition and have loved it so far. However, due to limitations I cannot install synapse on my work computer, on which I use the headphones the most. I do have it installed on the home computer though. My question is this: is there a way to change the offline chroma of the headphones so that when I plug my headphones into a device without synapse it had a different static colour rather than the plain white it usually has? HI! I’m getting a new system made but want to make sure that what I end up with can work with the Tiamat 7 headset. I want the surround sound from Tiamat and the external audio controller assuming: 1. The external audio controller will let me switch from headset to speakers without reconfiguring every time 2. I can use chroma speakers as the external speakers I don’t understand what sound card to make sure they put in my new system. I’m in my late 60s and not very technical so I’m getting the pc built but want to make sure I give them good specs. I mostly only play elderscrolls online pvp and want it to sound amazing when i do. Plus, I LOVE the whole RGB lights thing.

I'm after surround sound 5.1 for my TV setup, looked at various solutions and can't decide. (Don't ask why or how I've managed this ) but basically I own a leviathan, nommo pro and nommo chroma, I love them all, and if I could make my own through connecting these to an amp or something I would love that. Something along the lines of leviathan for centre channel, nommo pros for left and right and bass, and then nommo chromas for rear left and right. Being as I own these it would be preferable to going out and buying a new 5.1 set of speakers. Else I'll have to sell some of my current razer speakers which I don't want to do because I love the design and sound quality

So I have owned this headset for 2+ years now I am thinking of upgrading but don't know to which should I upgrade to I am mainly looking at kraken ultimate edition and Nari wireless. Some suggestions would be nice specially if you own this devices.

Hi there I bought the Razer Kraken 2019 headset today and I tried to set it up. I noticed that Synapse 2 and 3 does not work with the headset. I tried to adjust it with the Windows settings. That makes it a little better but not perfect. Is there a software for the Razer Kraken headset, other than Razer 7.1 Surround Sound? Thanks for helping !

Hi all, I currently have the Razer Blackshark headset and to be honest I love it. It works with all my devices. Unfortunately, it has developed a fault with the 3.5mm jack so that the mic doesn't work (I think there is a loose connection inside the jack). So now I am on the hunt for a replacement. I plan to upgrade my Xbox One (2016) to the SeriesX when it launches so I would like to get a fairly premium headset to go with it. The obvious option is either the Nari Xbox or Thresher Xbox. However they seem to only work with Xbox and require an adapter to work on a PC/Laptop. I am not fussed about the hypersense but would like to have the best surround sound across all platforms, Xbox, Android and a Laptop, if such a headset is available. What are your recommendations? Hello, These are my 2nd pair, replaced the first just in case i had a bad set. I love the quality, build, looks, and especially the sound quality of these earbuds. with that being said. When using it in Game mode, There's still that latency that's very noticeable, while the game mode definately helped cutting down the latency. I tried an Android Native Game like Modern Combat 5 and emulators. Music and Videos, Gaming mode isn't neccessery. there's no noticeable latency there. Now I also Connected these Hammerheads up to the Homespot for the Nintendo Switch. Now using the Hammerhead in gaming mode, all latency is completely gone, works very well, that alone makes it worth it for me. Since The Homespot is USB C. Just to see what happens I also plugged the homespot into the Razer Phone Directly. To my surprise the homespot worked as a bluetooth adapter,. and guess what, Game mode using the Razer Hammerheads works flawlessly like that, no more latency. It leads me to b

Just received my Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds. 1. Had some problems with pairing. Restarted my phone and then everything worked. So I suspect this was more of a phone issue. Razer Phone 2 for the record. 2. Sound quality is great. 3. Fit in ear is great. 4. Overall quality seems good. My only "complaint" is the placement of the earbubs in the case. The Left earbud stores on the right and the right earbud stores on the left. Why? This seems counter intuitive to pulling them out and placing them in the appropriate ear. Overall good job Razer.

Hey there i have some Problems with the distance of the earbuds. IT stands IT working to 10meters distance. But the earbuds Stop working if i Put my mobile in my pants or in jacket . Sometimes IT the Connection Break after 30cm. My mobile -> Razer Phone Sorry for the worse gramma.

Hi, I purchased these a few hours ago because they are being specifically marketed for Spatial Audio on gaming consoles. I can't get it to work and control box does not activate. I read there was a patch for it but can't find anything. The support guy didn't understand he just kept saying press the spatial audio button.

hi i got an Razer Electra V2 USB headset 2 monthts ago, and it worked fine the first two weeks but then it started to stop when i was playing, so i had to plug it out and plug it in again. and then it worked fine. It was like that in a month, but yesterday when i plugged it out and in again, the sound never come back. and then my pc wont recognize my headset and it just wont work. what can i do. I convinced my brother to buy the Razer Thresher headset as I love mine, but I'm trying to find him the cooling Gel OVAL cushions. I cant find them on razers site or on amazon. Anyone know where I can find them. I hated the circle ones that came with the headset, the ovals made all the difference. thanks in advance

Heyo, so on December 31st I got the Razer Nari (standard) and it worked amazingly. until a few days ago when my left earphone does not produce any sound in wireless mode. I have tried switching ports updating drivers etc. but nothing seems to work. is there anyone that has had the same issue or has a solution to my problem Thanks!

Like in the title, When I'm using my newly bought headphones with synapse working it causes horrible audio crackling and stutter. I updated every driver and programme with the help of tech support, I've also cleared out my computer of any razer files and reinstalled synapse, didn't work either. This issue persists since 2017 (!!!!) and affects so many people, that on every site you have on average at least 1 or 2 reviews warning you about this. I'm slowly starting to realise Imma just have to return them, but until then, any ideas how to fix this? Maybe some of you had this issue before? Please, I really want to keep these headphones.

Hello, I've had my Razer Man O War for over a year now, and I'm now getting an error every time I plug my Man O War into my Windows 10 1909 build PC. The error in particular is Windows 10 seeing the Man O War as Avnera A6301, and I've tried from reinstalling Synapse to Restarting the whole PC. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. EDIT: Forgot to mention that the Man O War will successfully connect on FEW occasions, but I have to restart my PC multiple times for it to connect successfully.
