I am trying to activate the 7.1 sound. So, I bought my Razer Blackshark V2 X from a marketplace. When I try to register it, it just said “Uhh sorry your product is already registered uhhh ummm yea”. How do I get the code?? (there was no activation code for it in the package either)

I CAN`T REGISTER MY RAZER KRAKEN X, even thou my PN and SN in correct 

I registered my headphones, they show up, but I didn't receive an activation code to my email and I can't do 7.1, what should I do?

I have been actively using Razer TE for about 4 years. Yesterday I formatted my computer and started to install the drivers one by one. However, when I installed Razer Synapse, I saw that the equalizer settings did not work. When I did research on this, I did all the solutions I saw on theforums, but it is still the same. None of them work and my headphones are crap, I can't even listen to music. When I install THX Spatial Audio, the equalizer works stably, but it also has a 15-day trial period. Dear Razer team, please help me.

Hi, I lost the box of my headphones a while ago and relatively recently I found out that I could customize them in the app. However, I don't have the product number (which was on the box). Could you help me with it? (I have the serial number)

I am hitting a little over the 1 year mark with this headset and prior to this i had the V2 that lasted me so long and it was great. But the V4 has been a real let down. The pervious model allowed us to retract the mic and this one doesn’t even let us rotate it incase we want to eat. Just today I took it off its stand and the connecting over head part is broken not all the way through but enough that it wont connect to my ear and I didn’t do anything to it other than place it on my head. This one was a real let down, I am still using the Naga X for mmo’s but don’t know if i’ll be re purchasing a headset since the downgrade in quality.

In April 2024, I bought and used BlackChark V2 X headphones. Today I wanted to register these headphones to use the Razor app, but when registering I received a notification that these headphones are already registered... I have confirmation of the purchase in the official store, no one used headphones except me. How to solve this problem?

I have hearing issues on the left side, can I set the audio balance to put 60% of the sound out on the left and 40% out on the right when using it wirelessly with a PC?

My dongle was damaged (Barracuda X Quartz Edition) and my partner gave me his dongle as they had Barracuda X black. However, my dongle was RC-03801 and his is RC-0380. I tried to link through the Razer application and it doesn’t detect my headphones. Is it because the dongle needed for my headphones is RC-03801? How can I get a replacement? I searched everywhere T_T

The problem is that on my Razer BlackShark V2 X, the serial number behind the ear cushions has been partially worn off. I can see the first 10 characters, but the last 5 are completely unreadable, no matter how hard I try. Because of that, I can’t identify the full serial number. Also, the scratch code for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation is missing from the box. However, I do have the original receipt, the box itself, and everything else that came with the headphones.Is there any way to retrieve the 7.1 Surround Sound code in this situation?I bought it from an official seller.

Hello! just wanted to ask if this is software problem because, i noticed my seiren mini v3 randomly increase it’s mic gain. also after restarting the computer, the mic gain volume is changed, sometimes the gain is increased and sometimes decreased. thanks!

My Mic doesnt work even though my pc has “permission for mic acess” turned on and the headset is also marked as the main microphone. I have windows 11 so maybe i have to change something taht i dont know.

I use Razer Barracuda Pro. I couldn't find the Thx key in the box. I didn't receive the code in the mail either.

The lights worked just the basic wheel, but then I change some settings in Synapse for the Mic and now the lights wont work on the Ps5, its so bad you cant have any lights its just black. What is the point if you cant change the settings and then it just wont work. Can some one help to get the lights on while I play on my ps5

For some reason the Bluetooth mode does not turn on, although I did everything according to the instructions, but when I hold down the button, it lights up red and is not in Bluetooth

Ive been using my Razer Kraken TE for the better part of 5 years and I was wondering if I upgraded to the Blackshark X could the 3.5mm jack be used with the Kraken’s USB controller? I wouldnt want it to go to waste and if it’s not compatible I would rather buy the Blackshark Hyperspeed or Pro instead.
