Im honestly so confuse like i tried everything i saw online and so far it did not work so i came here  

Hi hi. I find posts about blackshark headsets’ potentiometers but each post never seems to have a solid solution.I have had a blackshark v2 x for quite some time now and the left / right audio output isn’t balanced with the potentionmeter (volume knob). Especially the right side being softer than the left. I don’t really want to buy new headphones because the quality is still top notch, I just dislike the one ear being louder than the other ear the most of the time. I’ve not a single damaged wire either, I checked  inside, it is all the potentiometer.I’d like to know what are the solutions (if any) that have been found.I know of sodering a new ( P140KH ) potentiometer and contact cleaner spray with low pressure air but that seems to be all that I can find.Any others? 

so my headset dropped of like half a meter from my bed and now the power button is all loose and doesn't click at all what can I do?

I activated the 7.1 SS on my Razer Blackshark V2 X, but when i had to choose the device i think i put the wrong one and now in the settings it says that my headphones have the Microsoft Audio, while my speakers have the 7.1 SS by Razer, i dont even use the speakers anymore.How to change the device for 7.1 SS? 

I’ve already registered my Razer Kaira X headset. But they only sent me an email that said product registration complete. I didn’t see any activation code for 7.1 surround sound.

I need new cushions for my 2021 Razer Nari Essential headset, but i have been scrambling the internet trying to find some good ones cause i usually like to keep the parts official. The headphones have worked amazing and my only problem has been the earpads. My question is that because the new cushions that Razer sells are for other headsets and not for my current one, is it still possible to fit and use them in my headset although they do not specify compability and if so would the headsets audio quality suffer in anyway? Or should I just give up and order some aftermarket cushions from somewhere? If so, are there any good recommendations?

Hello, my Barracuda x 2.4 headphones simply won't charge. I've tried using the USB-C cable via the PC and the power adapter and it won't charge. Any solution? Thanks

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and when I tried to activate the 7.1 surround sound technology, I tried to register the product to my account, but I got a message stating that the product had already been activated, even though I was the first to use it. I would like to make sure how to resolve this issue, as I purchased the headset new and was unable to benefit from the feature as expected. I appreciate your support and hope you can help me find a solution, either by canceling the previous activation or providing me with a new code

Hi, (playing on pc)on 13th of December i have ordered Razer BlackShark V2 X on amazon, they came and today im able to play with them and experience them. All my friends are telling me that my mic is very quiet and low quality and that they cant hear me even tho i am yelling. I have seen reviews on youtube on these headphones and i have seen the microphone test’s and they all sounded good, but when i tried to check mine it was very low quality and very quiet barely picking up my voice. I have tried looking everywhere but i just cant find the fix.If you had the same problem as me and fixed it, i would appreciate it if you could explain to me how to fix it. Thank you in advance

Hi,  I have an echo with my headset on my ps5 ,  I tried to turn down the mic sensibility and the sound but i have always an echo , even if i’m not in vocal chat.  Can you help me ?  Thanks,  

Hello, I’ve been having a problem on my Razer headset : the USB sound card randomly stopped working.It gets detected by Windows and Synapse, but when I play something like a YT video, no sound comes out. Spotify and VLC outright won’t read audio. When I plug in the headset itself without the sound card, the sound comes out fine, but I can’t use the mic.I’ve tried everything mentionned on the internet : remove audio enhancements, reinstall drivers and synapse, reinstall windows, nothing has worked. Is there a solution to this problem ? Thanks

HiI bought it yesterday.However hard I try I cannot send “System Information” to Home Screen Display.A warning appears : “ HOME SCREEN DISPLAY You selected Home Screen display was not applied successfully to the device. You can revert to the previous image or retry your last selection” I have no idea what I should do.Razer Synapse 4 (last update Feb 13,2025) and the last firmware installed.I’d appreciaty for any piece of advice, pls. I have to say that I would be more satisfied if there was an  option to set the screensaver as time /date instead of 3 snakes. 

Hey guys! Just upgraded from a razer nari essential to the blackshark v2pro 2023 edition. I immediately noticed, that even with the knob turned to 100, and all my volume settings on low it still has quiet audio. I mean with the nari i never turned it all the way, i did not need it. The nari’s volume adjustment did not interfere with the pc’s own one. The blackshark’s volume control directly adjusts the pc setting, that seems wrong to me. However with the blackshark’s full volume im not pleased at all. Low for gaming, low for music. Disappointing Is there a fix for this?

I have Razer kraken gaming headset and i have recently reinstalled my THX Spatial Audio application because i had some issues with it, and now it wants activation code again, is there a way to use my account so i can use the application again ? Or can i get new activation code somwhow?

Hello, I decided to buy Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense. But two days in a row I am trying to make EQ for Siege, because steps sound is not so clear. Is anyone using the same (or near the same) headset, and what settings you have in Razer Synapse for better soung quality in Siege? Thank you in advance!

I have a question is it possible the use the bluetooth of the Razer Kraken V4 on the Phone and if yes is it with out an adapter. And is there an app to change the colour of the Headset on the Phone.

I've bought a Razer Kraken X Lite headset. I've enabled 7.1 and everything, but thing is in my device manager under the tab of Sound, video and game controllers, one of my 7.1 surround sound is giving error code 10. and my 7.1 doesn't work in headset mode. There’s only a small sound and then everything stops, even in the test.  

I went out with my barracuda x headset and the product number label managed to get wet or something and rip off is there any way to get it from the box

Recently razer synapse update by itself and right after that headphones stopped working. I can see them in device manager, razer synapse recongize them also I can hear beep of turn on/off button yet whenever I try to play something on yt or spotify there is no sound. 

HiCan I use the Nari dongle as a substitute for Nari Ultimate ? I’d appreciate for reply

Hey all, I have recently got myself the razor kraken v4 headset and the surround sound is not working, I’ve tried activating the 7.1 surround sound by paying for it and even still everything is mono audio, all left and right channel is combined, so if I have someone in game shooting on my left I can hear it on my right too, so it makes it impossible to know direction of noises, anyone know if there is a solution? thanks in advance 

After windows 11 24h2 update, BlackShark v2 Pro (2020) cannot play sound normally with choosing the “razer thx” sound enhancement in windows setting. After closing it, soundplay was fixed. But closing the sound enhance causes all setting in synapse cannot be adjusted, like eq and something else. Hope it can be fixed soon.
