I don’t know if i have a faulty copy or something but my 7.1 Surround Sound on my Barracuda X is amplifying one side while the other side is maybe suppressed. I don’t know what to do after trying to figure it out myself.

I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset during Black Friday, so it's only about a week old. However, I'm already facing a frustrating issue. When watching videos, the audio frequently cuts out and pauses the video. If I press play, the video just loads without playing any sound.To troubleshoot, I went to the sound settings and switched from "Razer Blackshark 2.4" to my regular desktop audio, and the video plays fine. But when I switch back to "Razer 2.4," it only works for about 7-10 seconds before the audio cuts out again, and the video stops.I've tried unplugging and re-plugging the USB dongle, which works temporarily, but the issue comes back shortly after. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm considering returning the headset if I can't find a solution.

so i just got this headset and have been trying for hours for the past 2 days to figure out why it’s not showing up and it’s driving me crazy

My Nari Ultimate had connection issues for some time now cutting off audio or just disconnecting on its own, this time it did for good and its not catching signal at all from the dongle. I tried reaching out through email, but support just informed me the headset was out of warranty. This doesn’t solve the problem???s/n: 862148D09102519

I got a razer kraken v3 and it didn’t come with an activation code so I had to register the headphones to get my activation key but whenever I try to enter the activation key into THX spatial audio it doesn’t work, what do I do.

Just got my new blackshark v2 x today that i bought off aliexpress, it was all sealed and seemed that it wasnt previously opened, but when i went to register it, it said it was already registered and i couldnt get my activation code. Is there any i can get my activation code or maybe a new one? Dont really know how the system works but i just hope i can this sorted since this thing is brand new. If needed i can send my serial number and proof of purchase.

When Razer removed the old THX driver about a year ago, Razer promised the would bring back the calibration feature. However, after almost a year, we are still stuck with the standard APO driver without any calibration. What happened and can we still expect it to come back? I bought the headset with the intention of using THX 7.1 surround but I no longer do because it’s useless now.

I’ve had my Razer Blackshark V2 X USB for about 3 yrs and it’s worked perfectly until recently.My friends and colleagues complained that my mic sounded terrible and there was a lot of static in the background. After testing my mic in discord and on Windows 10 and not finding any issue I decided to open the Synapse app to see if I could find a solution in there (I've not used the synapse app in a long time).Immediately the Razer Synapse app starts to download an update and asks me to restart my PC which I do.On rebooting my PC I now have no sound to my Razer headphones at all. The mic appears to still work as I can see it register when I speak. The Razer Synapse app will not open and I cannot repair it or uninstall it. If I try either repair or uninstall it gets stuck at some point in the the process and just hangs. I’ve tried to open as administrator which didn’t work either.I’ve gone through the support guides on how to fix the issue, perform a clean uninstall but this hasn’t worked.

My Razer Kraken v4’s headsets lighting is not working. All my other razer devices are using the same chroma setting (connected to my walpaper engine) yet my razer headset isnt showing off any rgb. Can someone explain how I can fix this

Hey, Just wanted to see if anyone has a fix. I recently updated to windows 11 and I have razer kraken pros and use the older razer synapse version 2.21.24.41 for my audio for Fortnite and it is amazing. But after updating to windows 11, there is no audio coming out and when I turn it off and just do normal audio to my Speakers (Realtek USB Audio) the audio is low and sounds like its underwater and I don't like that its unplayable. The picture attached below is the settings That work on windows 10 and the audio is perfectly clear and everything. Any fixes to windows 10 with the same settings? I just want the surround to work on windows 11 as how it is on windows 10. 

When i join a friend or if he join me on a room on Discord PC, the Blackshark stop my game audio to only let the Vocal.When he leave the room (and not me), the audio comes back.Why I can’t got Vocal and Audio from the game simultaneously please !? We need to use LoL vocal tchat and it’s not the best so I really would like to repair that.

If you plan on buying this headset for gaming on your PS5 or XBOX. DO NOT BUY IT. RETURN IT IF YOU CAN. Razer completely got this one wrong. The frequency which the dongle uses competes with the frequency of the controllers. So either you mic or spund quality will degrade. You will sound like it is very far away or underwater and muffled, or your controller will start to lag and do things on its own and make you think you have drift.  It's very frustrating because I love Razer but they got this wrong and they are NOT addressing this issue. I've been dealing back and forth with support and they just want to keep sending RMAs. I've asked to send back the device so I can get a refund so i can buy a different headset but they are just trying to replace the device and it's making me lose faith in the company. So much for built by Gamers for Gamers. 

I usually use speakers, but Razer Synapse 4 changes my default audio device every time I turn it on.My microphone is often changed to the headset microphone, but my main microphone is actually the Razer Seiren Mini. Since it doesn't support Razer Synapse, it doesn't get set as the default microphone on startup. This means that Razer Synapse 4 not only changes the default audio device on startup, but it also only changes to devices supported by Razer Synapse 4.Additionally, the device changes made by Razer Synapse 4 seem completely random. My headset has two modes: Game mode and Chat mode. Sometimes it changes to the low-quality Chat mode, and other times to the Game mode. And these are just two options. If I were to buy more Razer audio devices, it would be disaster upon disaster. Imagine the chaos of having Synapse randomly choose a default device among three or more options every time I start my computer.

Hello Razer I experiencing issues with the headset with it disconnecting. I cleaned out the audio port and evreything but it still keeps on doing that. If I close my Razer synapse app it resolves the issue but that's sad because I would like to keep it collored. I looked up on google how to fix it and I tried evreything and I see otehr peole having the problem too! the serial number of my headset isHN2048D11904310

I bought the barracuda x 2022 model headset today but it is not supported by the synapse app. Can you fix this problem? Is there an app I can use to customize my microphone settings?
