In my newly build pc I plugged in my Razer Kraken TE via USB on the motherboard. They didn’t work at first. After about a couple weeks I updated BIOS and they worked normally. Then i updated the on-board audio drivers of the motherboard and for some reason now they don’t work, plus when I have them plugged in and try to run any games, it just crashes my game (not my pc). I downgraded my bios in order to see if that’s the case but it just keeps crashing. I will try downgrading my mobo’s audio drivers but until then, I have no idea what to do. Synapse is fully installed and updated and have tried unistall-install.My mobo is MSI B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX for AM5.Any nescessary info will be provided if seemed useful.Thank you.

Hi,I've connected my Kraken V4 Pro to my PS5.The head set Is connected to box and in audio preferences Is correctly setup as oudio I/O but I can't hear anything.Any suggestion?

Hello, I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support". Can someone help me?

I bought the razer Blackshark V2 X few days ago. It was running fine on my pc but suddenly the sound changed. The sound is like far away and tinny/sharp. And when i play a voice of someone talking, i can barely hear it bcz its too quite. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the sound drivers but its still like this. How can I fix this?

Does anyone know if they sell replacement mics for the black shark v2 pro 2023 edition? As far as I can see they only sell replacements for the 2020 edition. 

I tried to install the update several times. I also tried to clean the driver completely. nothing works

i have a thx spatial 7.1 license for my nari ultimate headset, i need a new activataion code. how do i get one?i have ascreen shot of my purchase from razar website. online activatioon doees not work. purchased march 27 2022, older model but it still works. windows is up to date with specs.thank you, greg webster

I want to connect my account with Blackshark v2x and use 7.1 surround sound, but it gives a warning that it is already connected to the account, what should I do? I couldn't find a section about this in support.

[Posted this on reddit, but since my account was too new i couldn’t get any answer]So my old gaming headphones just RIP-ed and i wanted to get some new ones. Did some research and landed on the blackshark V2s and decided to order the V2X. Upon doing a little more research, i found out that both these headphones are priced very similarly in my country (this happens because they are not sold domestically, and so retailers have to purchase stock from other countries which makes it even more expensive blah blah blah). The normal V2 is sold at about 103.61$ (only special edition available and idk what that includes) and the V2X is 96.99$. BUT what im torn about here is the mic quality. The V2X just sound better to me in that aspect while the V2 sound like actual helicopter headphones lol. Would like to know what your guys' thoughts are. Also, i plan on using the headphones on both PC and PS5.

Hello bought this headset for call of duty. I have the xbox headset app for razer and there are eq settings in there. I also have the dolby atmos app on xbox and not sure which ones to use. Both are similar. And I want to be able to adjust my eq settings according for the best cod experience. Please help. As the factory settings are bass heavy. 

I bought Black Shark V2 X  headphones, but the activation number in my email is wrong.

Headset has a blue flashing light when i turn it on despite the usb dongle being plugged into my pc. The headset had been working fine for a while until suddenly it stopped working and is no longer connecting to my pc.

Hey everyone,I’m in a bit of a bind. My Razer Kraken V3 Pro USB wireless dongle recently broke, and I’ve been scouring the internet trying to find a replacement without much luck. It seems Razer doesn’t sell the dongle separately, and I haven’t come across any reliable third-party alternatives.This headset has been my go-to for both gaming and daily use, so I’m pretty desperate to get it back in action. Everything was fine, but this morning I found that the backlight stopped turning off altogether and because of it there is a nasty squeak, which was solved by turning it off. Neither reinstalling synapse 3 nor the usual PC reboot with the headset reconnected changed the situation in any way

FINAL FANTASY XVI hasn't heard the character lines since the NOMMO v2 update. It's so unfair that I have to play with earphones without using the speakers I bought to listen to in good sound quality.

Ive had this headset for about 3 years now and i never knew it had bluetooth or something until i saw a reel today and now im trying to connect my headset via bluetooth and its not showing up

I have recently purchased the Razer Barracuda to replace my old headset. I have fairly severe hearing loss in one ear so need to adjust the balance to accomodate this. Unfortunately, after plugging the transceiver into my PC and setting up the headset with Synapse, I have been unable to find the balance controls that usually reside in the control panel, it just simply does not exist for the transceiver audio device. As you can seee below, the Balance button is missing. This effectively renders the headset useless to me and unfortunately, I need to return it. I am wondering which of the razer headsets support balance control as I describe. I have a bad feeling that each of the wireless and usb headsets may suffer from this problem. In which case, I would need to pass up synapse features and fall back to using 3.5 cabled headsets that plug directly into my motherboard where I have free reign over the balance control. Hello all. I just bought a Razer Kraken V3 for the first time. I’m having an issue where after setting it up in Synapse, anytime I reset my PC, or even close the program, it seems to totally wipe the settings I’ve made back to default. On PC startup, everything is back to default settings, and I can’t for the love of me figure out how to get a profile to stick. I’ve tried making a few profiles, but even swapping profiles just sets them back to default and not saves them.When I open Synapse on startup, it’s just back to these, no matter how much I toggle and enter my settings again.Clicking the mic on/off button on the physical headset doesn’t toggle the Microphone setting there like it should, and I keep setting it to 60 volume, and it defaults back to 0. My mic EQ keeps disappearing too, there’s just nothing there? Does anyone know what I can do or try to fix this issue? I just got this headset new today, and it just will not keep my settings…
