Does razer barracuda support ps5's 3d audio ?

I tried deleting but its not worked it cannot finds rzappengine I looked the internet ı copied locatin but that location not created. I look the program files there is a rzappengine installer but its not working. Sorry I can’t change language but its simply says ...exe can’t found.

having issue 20230911 driver updateI deleted synapse 3 and after used razer driver deleter. didnt work. changed audio enchantmens didnt work. 

It has been a week since I got these headphones and my friends told me that whenever I screenshare there was a static noise that comes back like every second and it is annoyingly loud and I’ve tried everything to solve this problem but couldn’t find any solutions. The weird part is that this happens on the Discord app but when I screenshare on google chrome it works completely fine except I onl get to share tabs. I might have to return these since it is very important for me to screenshare.

Hello guys after the synapse update today the THX device is missing and my audio sounds like trash. I have my old settings save and after aplying them its nothing even close to what it was. In all games the audio comes either from the left or right it doesnt sound like 7.1 at all more like cheap 5 dollar headphones. Tried everything reinstalling updating headphones firmware playing with the settings cant get it to sounds like before the update. Im using BlackShark V2 with the usb sound card

 It was ok a few hours ago but suddenly the audio became very muffled. When I play music i can hear some parts of the background music but the lyrics sound super soft and weird. When I am playing a game some things i can hear clearly but other things i cannot hear at all especially my teammates talking. I have tried to reinstall the driver also but it does not work. When I try using other headsets, the audio works ok. Can anyone help me?

A couple of days ago I bough a Kraken V3 X headset, the box and even the Razer software says that are 7.1 compatible but no activation code was on the box so I registered the product as the web says to get the activation code send to my email but I haven’t received anything yet and I did that the same day that I bought them, is there another way to request the code?Sorry that I ask this again but my first question was closed because I forgot to add the “X” at the end of the name of the headset so I was told that those were no compatible and the question got close without giving me a chance to verify that.Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone! I have the blackshark v2 wirless and im having really hard time to find the EQ settings to hear footsteps on OW2, tried everything THX on/off every thread i saw i tried the settings from there and nothing Someone have the same headphones and an actuall working setting to hear footsteps directions more clearly ?

I’ve tried everything i can think of. Just randomly lost audio. Mic still works but no sound at all. I’ve tried reinstalling device. Removing device. Updating device. It shows up in synapse but even the “test” in there doesn’t work. I really like this headset. Any ideas? 

Hello, the problem is that my microphone in the Discord application interrupts or jams, in other applications this is not present, for example in Steam or simply in playing the sound from the microphone in Windows

I received the barracuda pro as a christmas gift and when I finally got it connected to the PC it asked me to perform a firmware update of both the usb-c dongle as the headset itself. I had updated my PC beforehand as requested in the installation guide, made sure all was done on the end of my windows 11. When i conected the headset and dongle they got detected straight away and worked like a charm, but then came the firmware update. It failed at 90% and asked to retry. I did that but got same issue again. Headset was shown as updated but the dongle wasn't. After many tries I gave up and would check the next day. When launching synapse 3.0 it wouldn't detect the headset nor dongle anymore. Retried the firmware update, but now I can't even launch it since it stays stuck on step1 : connect dongle to my PC. Tried with usb-c port, usb-a to usb-c female cable provided with the headset, different PC with different OS. Nothing worked and now I have the feeling that my amazing gift turns

7.1 surround sound application won't open. Even though I re-downloaded it many times it didn't work. Could you help?My headset is razer death shark v2 x.

So my razer kraken v3 x is brand new and i just installed synapse today,i wanted to configurate it in synapse but it didnt show up so i tried almost every possible ``solution`` i could find but nothing helped,i reinstalled it like 10 times,did the troubleshoot thing,tried repairing it but nothing worked.Also everything works fine and it shows up in device manager.Now i seriously wonder if that headset even is compatible with razer synapse 3,it says it is but it just doesnt seem like it is.If anyone was in the same situation i would love to get a solution:)

I did not receive the product key via e-mail and I cannot use the headset in 7.1 surround mode.

Well i reseted my pc after 4 years cuz i needa some new freshair after i did this i noticed a diffrence in my sound i looked everything up and found out that my 7.1 surround sound is disabled. I wanted to activate it again but i need my serial number, since i have the Razer blackshark v2 pro (2020) 4 years the serial number sticker is ripped off from the side can i activate 7.1 anyhow else or do i need a new headset I look forward to hear from u :-)

Hello, I bought Hammerhand on March 8th on Aliexpress and it arrives today (03/19/23).But when I tried to register the product on my Razer ID, it says that the product was registered to another account, and i tried connect on Razer Audio, don't working, with the passeds versions of app, idk what happening, anyone help me plzNote: i bougth this bluetooth headset for my birthday and i wanna very much this headset since 2020, because i like Pokémon and Razer, and this partnership animate me to buy these customed products

The day before yesterday everythoing was ok, but yesterday the headset stopped working. I dont have any  sound or mic. I dont think  the headset itself broken, but there is something with the driver of software.The reason why I believe this, is when I start YouTube to test the sound, the clip is not starting - basically telling me there is nothing to play the sound with. I'm on Windows 10 ProI didnt install something new program etc that could cause this. Maybe there was a new update of Razer, but i’m not sureI did get a message the day before yesterday that - and i'm not completly sure - i had conflicting profiles and which one shoudl be  used. All profiles where old (from 2023) and I chosen the newest version from the cloud. I tried to update the firmware from the Razer website.I tried to remove it from Microsoft Device Manager, but as soon as I remove it it is installed again.I remove it from Sound Settings, and i came back againI removed profiles and tried making new again (I don’t

hello I lost my headphones Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 dongle, Because of this I can only use bluetooth Mode and can't use Razer  synapse. I tried to buy it on eBay or some other online store, but everywhere only sells the 2020 version, as the description says, it is not compatible with my model. Please advise me where I can buy a dongle that will work on my version. In bluetooth mode I am limited because I can't use razer synapse and wireless mode :(

I have been struggling with setting up audio for gaming and more specifically within CoD: Warzone. What does everyone have for EQ settings for gaming because as it stands right now, Warzone sounds almost muffled. I cannot hear footsteps very well like I could with my previous HyperX headset; additionally the environmental sound is also muffled.  Is this a Razer settings issue or a game setting issue or maybe its both? Things just do not sound clear enough in the game like they were with the previous headset and I am looking to find that near perfect setup Not sure if being in Discord at the same time is a factor or not as I have no issues hearing the voice chat from Discord.

Just got my new gaming headset Razer Opus X.When I use “Razer Opus X Stereo” as playback device the sound is great but the mic doesn’t work.If I use “Razer Opus X Hands-Free AG Audio” the mic works and sounds good but the audio quality becomes awful. And the game just sounds like shit.So now I have to pick from being able to communicate with teammates with bad audio quality or good audio quality but can’t communicate.How do I get good audio quality but working mic at the same time?Also Opus X doesn't show up in Razer Synapse.

Hi guys, I have a Razer Opus X and I noticed that the audio is mono when I join a call on discord . This makes me lose the sense of direction in the game and the audio quality drops a lot.When I'm not on a call, the audio works normally in stereo.I tested it on two different PCs, one with Windows 10 and the other with Windows 11 and the same issue happens. I tested it in a Teams call and the issue also replicates, so it's not something that only happens in a discord call.Does anyone have the same issue or know how to solve it?

My control pod had been working fine for the last 6 months.  I turn it on normally by holding down the wheel for 3 seconds.Before this it has always work perfectly, no disconnects etc.Hover a few days ago after starting up the PC it:Immediately flash white and blue alternately, before this I always turn it on manually.  It did not connect to bluetooth Sound did not work Clicking or holding the power or source buttons no matter how many times in a row, or length of time holding it down did nothing to change it from flashing white and blue. When holding the bluetooth button down for 4 seconds it flashed blue quickly However the PC could still not detect it, nor my iPhone or macbook. When I turned “Bluetooth devices discovery” in Windows from “Default” to “Advanced” the PC could detect the pod as “Razer Nomv2 RC”, but I think it was called something else when it was connecting properly After it says it connected it would then change status to “Not connected” and STILL the control pod
