I play on console (xbox) and play a lot of games where I need to hear footsteps - Rainbow six siege, Apex Legends etc. Is the Kraken V3 hypersense or the razer kaira pro hyperspeed? Are both able to be edited on synapse (with the featured used on xbox?)

My Barracuda X mic stopped working when I use the USB-C Dongle. It used to work just fine in the past, but currently it only works through the 3.5mm headset jack. Luckily, There’s a tool in the internet that can convert a 3.5mm jack to regular USB or even USB-C. Fortunetly using this tool solved my problem. I hope this info could be useful to anyone having the same issue!

Was using it with my laptop earlier and all of a sudden the connection was lost. Tried reconnecting but my laptop couldn’t find the device anymore, Tried using it with the type A to type c adapter cable in my desktop and my desktop couldn’t pick up the device as well. is there anyway I can find a replacement dongle as I can’t to seem to find any online.

I recently purchased a Razer Blackshark V2 X and when 7.1 surround sound is enabled I noticed that when playing valorant the audio I recieve from behind is cut off and the audio is audible only for a very small range. For example , the footsteps that I hear from the front and sides can be heard from a much larger distance whilst the footsteps originating from behind me is muffled and can be heard from a very short range only. This makes it very hard to play the game with ease. Is this  a intended functionality of the headset or is there something wrong with it? Someone please advise on this.PS: I should also mention that while certain sounds are enhanced some sounds are completely muffled when originated from behind. 

I bought a new barracuda pro and it said it needed firmware update. When turning on, it just turns off again or something. Does not connect. I connected it througt usb c if that made a difference and tries the firmware update again. The same thing happens. What to do?

Guys what is the differences between   Razer Synapse 3 THX SPATIAL AUDIO and 20 dollar  THX spatial audio on razer website. im using razer blackshark v2 I cant tell where the footsteps are coming from in FPS games is it because i do not purchease the 20 dollar version or  thx spatial audio is just  bad?  

Hello, I have had the Razer Barracuda headphones for about a couple months now, but I cannot figure out how to use the wireless microphone. I have tried everything (including updating the headphones), and still cannot use the microphone. Whenever I try to configure the microphone, the only sound that is recognized is when I click the mute button, but not any audio from the microphone itself. It is almost as if the headset doesn’t recognize the microphone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’d like to know, if I have a second dongle, if my headphones can connect to either one or the other, or if once synced with one they stay that way and ignore the other. (my idea was to leave one dongle connected to the playstation for me and my roommate to use when needed, and have the other on my computer in my room.Thank you in advance for any reply!

Hello!  I just bought myself a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 pro 2023 and I have a Issue where I feel the audio is very low, much lower then my old ASTRO A50’s. Before I needed to lower volume in games and on friends in discord. I have raised my friends on discord from ~70% to 170%… Raised games from ish 10-20% to 100% and I want to raise it more in games still… Any1 got tips? I have Razer synapse 4 BETA?New drivers, reinstalled.All volume in windows 100%Volume Knob is turned up! 

So i recently bought the new razer hammerhead pro hyperspeed. I love the quality of the audio and overall love the product but i have 2 issues that i can not resolve. 1# Random pausesI Tested this on my phone, pc and on different audio platforms like Spotify and Youtube but sometimes the earbuds just randomly pause the video or music that is playing. I have no idea why. Any ideas on how to fix? 2# Broken ANC and Ambient sound on right earbudWhen i enable ANC or Ambient on the earbuds then the left earbud works perfectly but the right one does not enable the features. No idea why. Any ideas on how to fix? Thank you in advance for the help.

My Hammerhead TWS X can’t be charge. Eventhough I have tried with different charging cable type C. But still didn’t charge. Can I send to fix it or repair at nearest service centre around kuala lumpur?

I’ve been using the standard Barracuda for about 2 months now with zero issues until today. The bluetooth refuses to pair and I went through Razer’s troubleshooting guide with no changes. I’ve tried all their suggestions; firmware, drivers, checking to see if it’s charged, etc etc. I’m losing patience with Razer as a company due to their subpar support systems and their apparent inability to make anything other than keyboards. Please help!

Hello, i have problem with headset, while playing warzone i cannot locate the direction of footsteps, everything sounds same… can someone tell me where is the problem or how to fix this?  Thanks for answering 

Let me start by saying that everything was working fine some time ago. In the Synapse application in the Audio insert, I had access to the mixer and THX. After the last update, my BlackShark v2 Pro headphones only work in stereo mode. In the sound settings cannot set the sound format above DVD quality and the Synapse application itself does not introduce significant changes in sound quality.  Following the guides on YouTube, everyone had thx in synapse application, audio settings. In my case, I do not have THX settings in Synapse and after changing the sound output to THX (in the system), the application informs me about the need to change the output to the standard BlackSharkV2Pro.  With THX enabled in the Synapse app, there is still no surround sound. When I ignore the Synapse message and use the same THX application that does not ship as spatial. In short, I lost 180 EUR to buy headphones that sound like Noname for 5 EUR and then 25 EUR to "repair" them with THX Spatial Audio With

Is there going to be a new razer nommo product, like razer nommo pro version 3 coming out soon? im looking to upgrade my system from razer nommo V1.

From the first day I got this headset I’ve had issues. When playing fortnite it would just drop the connection randomly.  The power would still be on.  You would literally have to turn it off and then back on again.  This happens at least 5-10 times a night.  I’ve tried the Bluetooth thing with the auto off on the app.   I’ve changed the power settings in my laptop to not turn off usb.  I’ve downloaded the 7.1 and updated firmware. Trust me I’ve tried everything and tried to make it work.  Tonight the sound  worked but the mic would not work despite restarting several times.  I finally got fed up and threw it in the trash.  It is only 3 months old.  Do not buy this headset!!!!!  Dear razer.   Consider it 69.99 I spent to learn that your product is a pos. You won’t have me as a customer ever again

Yesterday I downloaded the usual Synapse Razer update. From the update, I noticed that the Razer Leviathan V2 equalizer controls have changed. Because of this equalizer update, the sound on the speaker has completely changed! I loved using all the sound modes (games, movies, music), but now these modes sound different, especially the music mode! The bass is gone. Although the Bluetooth connection plays music perfectly, as before, and with dense bass. Now I can't enjoy music from my computer. Return everything as it was! 

I can’t connect my Razer barracuda x to the phone, when I connect the USB c dongle to the phone and hold down the power button on the headphones, the blue indicator just flashes, even when connected to a laptop through the same module, nothing happens, but I can connect through the aux, please help

My Nari is dying pretty consistently even when I leave it plugged in now and I have tried DOZENS of headsets but none of them have: a mute button, a poseable mic, game/chat balance, and a volume control in one headset.Its killing me because the sound quality is SO GOOD and all those perks make it perfect.Anyone have any suggestions?
