The instructions that came with my Kiyo say "Visit razerzone.com/razer-kiyo to check out all the camera and third-party applications compatible with your Razer Kiyo that enable you camera's various features". But when I go to that URL, there's no such list. Does this exist somewhere? I've tried to Google and come up short.

Hello everyone, so i got a Razer Seiren X during a sale 2 weeks ago and my friends keep complaining about static noises coming from me i already know the cause wich is having my phone nearby or using my bluetooth controller but i cant seem to find a fix.Does anyone have an Idea ? ps: i already keep my phone away but i cant use my controller without bluetooth thanks for your help :)

I bought a Siren X, and when I plugged it in the light turns on which should indicate it works, but it doesn't come up in Synapse and there was never an option to install it. I'm using a windows 10.

Hello, I need a little help, Im having a little issue with the capture card. I set the card as they say on the site of Razer on OBS, putting the audio as they say (HDMI OUTPUT) but the volume is too low and I cant increase the levels normally. I use OBS filters (Gain filter) to increase the volume, but the audio loses a little effects. Is there a way to increase the audio in a way more practical? Thanks in advance.

Greetings. I am happy with my New mic! But i am looking for a ARM. What arm is reccomend and the filter from razer of 49.99$ is compatible with the MIC? Any help with a person with same MIC could be help alot! Is been while i don't use this forum i been update alot razer stuff of my PC hahaha and this monday will arrive my Huntsman Elite! I have my Kiyo positioned over my monitor, and I have noticed several times today, that when I sign into Windows, the indicator light on the Kiyo would turn on. I check to make sure Teams isn't using the camera, then I checked Synapse, and hit disable preview and the light went off. It was like Synapse was automatically turning on the camera preview even if it was background. Anyone else seen this before?

Anyways, I just wanted to wish everyone the best, but this thread I wanted to express how excited and satisfied I am by Razer and the reliability, durability, consistency, and connectivity. I am still a new Razer Insider, but for the two months that I have been constantly buying, and in all actuality Razer is the one and only producer that I want, buy, and interested and looking to invest in. When I applied to become an Insider I had one maybe two of the cheaper products, just testing the water per say, and with other companies in which I have tried and spent a considerable amount of money under the impression that it was, and would be an investment and in the near future pay off

How do you set up the Razer Seiren Elite on Windows 10 to work with Zoom video conferencing? Should I be using OBS with zoom for better audio quality? Know Razer built if for streaming, voiceover, and shout calling but it's one of the few USB dynamic cardioid microphones available. Condenser microphones pick up too much background noise in my untreated room and I don't want to use the audio mixer XLR microphones require. This updated Seiren Elite is supposed to be a lot better. How are people liking it vs to the original one that came out in 2018? What change to Razer make in the new version?

Started using this again this week after a while and I noticed the hinge that connects the camera to the base it seems a little bit loose. Sometimes the ring light won't turn on but camera is detected by Windows and the Synapse software. Camera is already past the warranty

I'm using a Ripsaw HD to go from my X1X to my PC and then through OBS and out to Twitch. I'm pretty much good on the video end of my settings, but with console games being tricky to get that chat audio to stream, I'm having trouble getting the settings correct. I've managed to actually get the party chat to come through the stream but I cannot adjust the other players' voice volumes. Anyway, I have the Elgato Chat splitter thingy and have it plugged into the Ripsaw. My problem is knowing which audio devices to enable (other than my boom mic.) Any advice would be awesome.

So I bought the Ripsaw HD, My setup is, my main "Gaming PC" is my Razer Blade 15 and I have another PC for recording/streaming. So I output with HDMI from my RB15 to the Ripsaw and the Ripsaw connected to the other PC Everything shows fine on the other PC in the OBS software. My RB15's display is 144 hertz, but the moment I connect the Ripsaw, it automatically uses the 60 hertz screen because in the settings I need to "Duplicate these dispalys" I've tried to change the hertz in the NVIDIA control panel but it only shows max 60 hertz.. and when I'm trying to change it from the Window Settings its giving me an error "the display control panel is unable to change the display settings"

Hi! I just got the Kraken kitty edition, and I want to link the headset to the alerts on Streamlabs. I'm using the Streamer companion app to link it, but in the menu where I can enable the alerts from Twitch and Streamlabs, I only have the alert for donations in the category of Streamlabs. Is there something I can do so the app can show me all the alerts so I can program them? Thanks for your help.

So I got the Razer Seiren X about 2 months ago and for about the last couple days its been making a crackling sound thats very loud when its on and the volume knob on the front no longer works. Is there any way I can fix these issues

So I upgraded my setup yesterday, and now I am having problems with my Kiyo. For some reason StreamLabs OBS and normal OBS are no longer picking up my Kiyo. I go into Synapse and it works there but not in OBS. I don't really know what is different today vs yesterday besides the fact I got everything on a M.2 and a internal SSD but that shouldn't be a problem.

Hi, I am thinking of getting the Razer Ripsaw HD Game Capture Card and set up like this: Plug HDMI out from Laptop in to Razer Ripsaw HDMI input Plug my headphones into the Razer Ripsaw Plug the Razer Ripsaw HDMI output into my 1440p 144hz Monitor Plug the Razer Ripsaw USB into a PC dedicated to streaming My questions are - Will the Razer Ripsaw do 1440p 144hz Pass through ok? Will I hear gameplay and be able to talk on my mic plugged into the Razer Ripsaw? (Discord on the gaming pc) Or, do I leave headset plugged into laptop and use some software to mirror sounds between headset and the HDMI output? Note I don't use laptop screen at all it is always turned off. Reason I am looking into a device like the Razer Ripsaw is because at the moment I am streaming WoW off my laptop but it kills my FPS in game a bit. Want a solution where I offload streaming to my spare PC. Thanks in advance to any advice you can provide!

My Seiren Elite will not install its proper firmware, it only shows up as USB input device in device manager (under Human Interface Devices), and when I reinstall it "Bravo HD FW Update" is installed instead. Important note, the microphone does not light up its LED as well and disconnecting it will play the sound notification for windows.

I have download a new firmware for my Razer Kiyo (01.01.023), but he is dropped my fps, i use my kiyo with 60 fps, the fps stays at 15 even though it's set to 60 ... You have a solution ? this has happened since the update ... S/N 401813L01701115 It's possible to back to the old fimrware ? So im in the need for a new mic, iv'e done some looking into both mics, and while i don't record anything professionally, i only stream occasionally and game, here is why im a bit on the fence. I have extreme jaw issues and neck pain from bad jaw clenching, in the past ive owned i believe a. hyper X headset and it increased my pain in my jaw due to the pressure from the headset on my joint. Im unsure and have never used a razer headset before and would like to know if the pressure on a kraken is just as bad if not worse. so far im leaning toward a seiren but would like some more opinions from those who know razer better than i

I was taking off the stand of the microphone and the whole bottom came off, and the stem is stuck on the microphone. When i try to put the bottom back on the stem, the stem is too far away to reach the bottom. how do i fix it? or do i have to buy the stand again?
