Razer ultimate new firmware?

I read there is a new firmware? v3? Can someone confirm this?

I press the Dpad & x b button in a min, but still can't get into the bootloader mode.

I open the firmware 1.03 but I still can't update.

do you know how to check my controller version?

Mine went dead and didnt respond to anything. The LED lights were on and when it went into bootloader mode they turned off.

Finally, I can update my controller. Thank you very much
