Hi razed I’m a big fan of your products. I have seen recently that you are putting together a mask and it’s cool. I also have seen recently that people were making masks for gaming that would cancel sound so people don’t hear you while you chat at night! so I am suggesting that product because I think you guys would do a great job with one if it’s possible! thanks!

The latest Synapse update has completely wiped my Razer mouse. It no longer switches profiles when launching applications or games, and after the update it completely wiped all 20+ profiles off of my machine - resetting all of them to factory default settings. I'm looking for a good alternative brand, preferably something that works completely offline - if possible. Price is not an issue. Alternatives to the Tartarus [Pro] are also welcome. My keyboard I can replace with anything. That's no biggie. I am not really looking for solutions, as this is the third of fourth time this has happened, and I'm no longer willing to waste time into rectifying it.

I just got the razer tartarus pro but I can't get it to work on my ps5. Is it even compatible at all? Are there any razer keyboards that will work on ps5? I hate to think I bought it for nothing.

Hi, Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I really can’t find specific info. I have purchased a Cyanosa V2 and Basilisk V2 for my sons birthday- he’s been pestering on about having a pc style (ish) setup for gaming. His birthday is in a few weeks and I wish to get clued up on how to install and adjust, change chroma lighting etc. I would assume there was an app for this on the Microsoft store as Razer bangs on about Xbox support, but cannot see an app other than that for a controller and the turret. Any advise would be appreciated.

Hello all, I'm quite pleased with my Razer Kiyo, but would like to equip it with a privacy cover of some kind. I would prefer the kind that flip down, but I would also consider a "lens cap" type cover like what you see with the Kiyo Pro. My searches online have only yielded a couple of 3d printed options, so I thought I would ask here and see if anyone has any recommendations. Thanks! Rob

Hi together, I want to apologize in advance for asking weird questions but I just don't know who else to ask, and I have been searching the web for some weeks already... I would love to have a niche RAZER laptop connected to three *external* displays with a resolution of 1920x1200 each. It should also be able to use the NVIDIA GPU for all three displays. I don't care about the video technology; it would most likely be Thunderbolt, I guess. Does anyone know a working setup (RAZER laptop + 3 external displays) I would be very much grateful for any hint in the right direction! Thanks so much in advice - HS

In fact, your products are beautiful, strong, and worth buying, but there is one obstacle for me, and I think for many, that the keyboard is not Arabic with English just English Unfortunately , and this is supposed to be a basic and necessary thing for the inhabitants of the Middle East (Arabs) And I hope that you will take my comment seriously because it is very important to you and your interests before it is for us , and Thank you

Hi there, After spending a lot of time on chat, I got disconnected. It was about ordering a laptop on Razer Australia and I am worried about the import taxes. Are we getting charged for the taxes by Razer and/or by the customs via Fedex at delivery? I am worried I will get charged few hundreds dollars on top of the AUD3749 that i will be paying Razer. I understand it is in the FAQ, but it is so vague on what we are paying. Support guy in chat told me Razer has changed their process and now the taxes are included in the total price (AUD3749) and Razer transfers the taxes to the government of destination. Has anyone ordered from Razer Australia to deliver in Australia recently? I want to buy the hunstman mini with linear switches but i cant find the one with spanish layout, i just want to now if it will be on sales ore there is no mero stock.

We have downloaded the synapse software to customize the lighting settings on the ornata keyboard. But every time we unplug the keyboard from the PC it will go back to block lighting once its connected to the xbox. Can someone please tell me if this is correct and the settings wont work with a xbox one! Trying my hardest to help my 14 year old son!

Hi guys, I hope all is well. New to the forums, but not new to the product. I've been using the Razer Core X Chroma with my 3090FE since April, and absolutely love it. My question is, will the Asus Rog Strix 3090 and the Asus Rog Strix 3080 TI cards work with this gaming box? They are both 2.9 Slot, so technically they should work....but I've read conflicting things online that doesn't support this. I figure I'll call Razer on Tuesday due to Labor day weekend, but if I can get my answer here, that will be great too :) Thanks!

Hey all, I just got a new laptop- its the lenovo legion 15, and I'm stupid and didn't realize that it didn't have the right port to put the chip for the razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse in. So unless there's some extender cord, my only choice is using the bluetooth option. And for some reason it doesn't even show up on the bluetooth list when i try to connect. I don't think it's the mouse problem but I might be wrong, as it can connect to my old computer just fine via bluetooth, I already disconnected it from that one and tried again but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Unless you're always on top of the tech curve, like most of us, at one point our hardware starts to show its age and we start flipping a bunch of switches and turning dials just to get the framerate tolerable. Framerate I've found is a personal taste. I've seen people be ok with 15 fps just to get the prettiest of visuals, while others go straight for the mud just to see their frames fly high. So my current Hammerhead true wireless's have almost completely gone silent in one earphone (probably due to dropping it) so i'm now looking for a new pair. However i'm torn between the Hammerhead True Wireless (2021) or the Hammerhead True Wireless X. The only differences im seeing are the headphone impedance, i don't know if lower is better, the input power, which im guessing is for battery life. The drivers 10mm vs 13mm, how much of a difference is there in sound? And of course Chroma Just need help deciding or understanding the differences between the two

I Just wanted to UPDATE the Razer customers on the type of support to expect from the staff. I have a support case so far going on for weeks and basically the batter they supplied exploded and destroyed my 5 year old computer. They knew it was a danger to me and my family while working on it and told me to go buy a new one from their new offerings and basically good luck. Yah... please go spend $2000. Although I, myself do my best to help whenever possible, I am not support. I do not and cannot do the incredible job our support staff can do. They kick ass. It's easy for people to pick on support because it's usually the people who are affected that you hear from. Happy customers, go about their happy days. It's par for the course. Have I not met myself? Whoa. Hey Insiders! I wanted to do a little reminder + tips update on how the achievements/trophies work. First and foremost, you must log into Insider using your Razer ID. Some of you have legacy Insider accounts before they were merged with Razer ID. Technically your Razer ID and Insider ID should match if not Insider tries to give you a temporary name which is super random sounding like cobaltpizzacherryblue. Second, you must have Synapse running so it feeds that info to Insider when it comes to your products. Lastly, some of the achievements are not instant. Sometimes they trigger at the end of the week or the beginning of the next week. Sometimes they take a day. Always check the Rewards page to see what the status is. Message me as a last resort when all else has failed. There are times the Silver is shy and that's where I can help. It happens, don't get mad at the Silver, it only wants to be your friend. this is a recent issue. it was working fine before but now only the front-right and front-left virtual speakers are working. I paid for all 8 speakers so obviously I'm mad about it. Does someone know how to solve it?

As a German programmer, I've come to prefer the US keyboard layout over the German one. There's just so many keys that I regularly need that are far easier to type on US layout. I've got this really bad first world problem though, which is me being a Razer fanboy and Razer not selling US keyboard layout laptops in Germany. The German online store only sells laptops with the German layout. There is the EU store, funnily enough, which sells nordic and US layout to all kinds of countries. It's funny because Germany is right in the middle of those countries geographically, but is not on the list of those countries itself. So when I was in the market for a 2020 Stealth, I had to resort to asking a distant relative from the Netherlands if I could use him as a parcel proxy, which he thankfully agreed to, even though we usually don't have any contact at all. Of course now it feels like I can't resist the Blade 14 and I've spent way too much time doing research on how to get a US layout on
