well first off i love the mouse, but if they could improve the quality of the left and right click buttons not saying anything is faulty but if they could make them more stiff an rugged feeling and not be able to wiggle them a tiny bit if you rub left and right. i feel like we should be at the point where we use a light weight metal with a pure quality feel and life expectancy. something for the gamer that wants a strong mouse. if they just rebuilt the same mouse but used a better shell and buttons it would be sold out all the time

Hello, I post because I'm having problems with my Razer Kraken 7.1 v2, headsets that I bought a few years ago and worked perfectly until now. One day, maybe after a windows update or something, I lost the 7.1 sound, I mean, I can hear the sounds but like mono, without the 7.1. Tried reinstalling and updating drivers, reinstalling Razer Synapse 2 too, but I can't even hear the Synapse calibration tests. The only way to hear again the 7.1 sounds it's using the Spatial Sound with Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos for Headphones or DTS:X. The two last are not free software, and the first sounds horrible. I want to hear again the 7.1 like before, and I've noticed that in the Sound -> Headsets properties -> Spatial Sound there was a checkbox called "Activate 7.1 virtual surround sound" that now have disappeared. I tried to install the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software too, but needs a code that I don't have inside the box or in razerid.razer.com (but I have never needed it before anyway, so

I want to disable Razer Synapse automatic updates. How can I do this?

I'm going to tell a little story that I find disappointing about the Razer Store and disappointing about myself. I was interested in the 4K 3080 17". All along, the store has listed it as 16GB size 3080 card. (In fact I thought the 3080 only came in the 16GB size.) I asked to be notified when it got back in stock I received a notification only to have it immediately sold out. Well, this time I got the notification that it was available early in the morning. Assuming it was the same unit with the 16GB 3080 as always listed (since it was for the exact same price--$3599)--I processed the purchase in the early morning fog. When I then got the confirmation email I noticed that the 3080 was actually 8GB. I noticed customer service and they said that it was 8GB and suggested I could send it back (that they could not stop it from being shipped even though I had just made the order and it did not ship for the next couple of days), which I likely will, although I am in need of a new gaming lapto

I have problems with the software is slow and the macros are slow not consecutive ... I use a mouse naga trinity has 2 or 3 months, format the computer to see if it could be that but still the problem persists

Razer has shown their partner yeelight and their Immersive lights but I have bulbs 1S and it does not work. I have done everything that they say on their video tutorial but I only can modify chroma effect like wave, fire etc but on Overwatch and apex legends does not work. Does someone know anything about it?

So many graphics cards to choose from that my head is spinning. I intend on building a razer but I don't want to short-change myself and I also don't want to spend more than I have to. The reason I say that is I'm not a gamer or ever will be. My sole purpose for this laptop is content creation - photo and video editing. That means I'm going to get the 4k screen. Anyone have any suggestions on which cards I should be looking at?

bought razer kiyo brand new from razer.com. when i plug it in the LED light doesnt turn on to show active and the ring light isnt on but it does show its connected to my pc but when i pull up synapse it says "camera is currently in use on a different app" i have ended all tasks through task manager and have updated all drivers and disconnected and reconnected the device multiple times and even tried different usb ports. i have also tried it on a differnt device and still nothing. is there anything i am doing wrong or does it just seem to be a faulty device? i feel this is a returned item that has been resold as when it arrived it only had protective plastic around the ring light but not the lens which i feel would be more important. i have seen some unboxing videos and it seems that there should be more protective plastic. what are your thoughts and ideas on what to do?

Some days agoI was playing some League with my friends. I have a program, that links the Chroma of my Keyboard to my Game, which i wrote myself. I was playing and at a certain point, my Keyboard started to freak out. It blinked like crazy. Suddenly, all black and i got a warning message on my Computer which said "Your Keyboard 'Razer Blackwidow' got disconnected from ChromaConnect". I was very confused, because this never really happened before. So i tried a bunch of stuff fixing it, but it didnt work. So i had to uninstall, and reinstall the Program. This took a while, so i wanted to go get a coffee. I took my Headset off, and in that exact same moment i heared my phone ring. It was my grandfather, calling for help, because he was feeling bad and he thought he will die. I ran, got into my car and picked him up. We drove to the hospital. Hello guys, I can't find the answer anywhere, tried several things to get the audio from my game pc to my streaming pc using the Ripsaw HD. I use my headset and mic on my gaming pc, but I can't get it done to get the Game audio and my mic through Ripsaw to the streaming pc. I am using OBS Studio. I tried using the mic and headphones input on the Ripsaw HD, then I get sound to the streaming PC, but my volume on my game pc is very very low and I can't use my mic. First post! Here it goes! I have always had the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2s. I have always enjoyed them. They get very loud, which I like and I have no problems hearing footsteps in games like PUBG and modern warfare. I recently started looking for an upgrade and started looking at some of the competition in the market. I first bought the logitech G Pro X headset. After playing a few rounds of pubg and messing with EQs, I decided I hated them. They sound great, very clear (although flat) but I could not hear footsteps AT ALL in pubg. Certain sounds I am used to hearing loud and clear on the krakens I simply could not hear in the logitech headset that is supposed to sound WAY better! I returned them and tried the Astro A40 with mixamp. Same story mobdro kodi.. I love how they sound but cant for the life of me get footsteps to sound as loud as everything else in the game. I have the Nari Ultimates ordered and on the way and I'm really hoping that I get the same volume and fullness that I like a
