Found a Razer truck here in Singapore. Just sharing. Also, my first post. *bow* Thank you.

Since last 2 month I am searching for a wireless gaming headset for my PC and specifically a Razer branded headphones. And after a lot of calling, searching each and very local or online stores what do I find in the Wireless Category: the barebones Razer Nari Essential. Upon calling the only authorized distributor for Razer products here in India (Acro Engg) they said only Essential model is available there, they dont have the Nari/Nari Ultimate here in India nor they are sure if these will come to India in the near future. So, I told them if I get it from US will the warranty apply here, they said NO! You wont get warranty cover if you get the product from US. This baffles me that in this day and age where most of the electronic gadgets are first launched here in India then they launch it everywhere else, here Razer is no even providing the whole lineup for purchase here in India. How do I retrieve these guns from the armory? I have blueprints in there but now what do I do? I'm a little confused can someone help me please? Can you only view blueprints in the Armory?

In Razer Sypnase, it won't detect my mouse, I forgot the date of purchase and I cant register it again, I don't know what to do to get my mouse back in Razer Sypnase

I recently purchased a 2019 Razer 17 Pro from Ebuyer. Everything seemed good although my temps were a little higher than others had posted online. Needing more storage I bought a second M2 SSD. When I opened the back of the laptop it was immediately obvious that there was a screw missing from the vapour chamber. Has anyone had a similar experience with a new laptop? Or is it likely that the unit I purchased was reconditioned, or previously owned. Many thanks for your input, David.

Context : Bought the Razer Kishi android version, Would simply like to get the Xbox branded buttons. Since they're the same device I figured that would be a possibility but I don't think I can easily find a set of buttons. I know it's dumb But I like the idea to have the proper layout of buttons with the right colors and right print that most game use on PC for once. I Don't think there is a way, wrote once to Razer and got replied with a robot answer, they did not read a simple word of my question so here I am asking the community about it. Thank you!

Out of the box I am getting bout 4 hours maybe slightly more on a full charge watching youtube videos and scrolling through the internet. I am wondering what else I can do to increase this seeing as when this whole corona thing is over I will be traveling to and from work and school daily. I have done all the normal things in the windows settings and I also downloaded throttlestop and undervolted my cpu and everything by -60.5 and also enabled speed shift to 255 and checked the box for disabling turbo. If anyone has any other tips that would be amazing. I'd like to get 6+ hours out of this thing when I am on battery. It is the newest 2020 model with the rtx 2060 btw. https://1921681001.id/

So I have a 5kg Alienware 17r4 and it’s running a 1060/2060 super on an amp. It’s clunky as hell and looking to change. Seen the 2020 version with 2070 in it and the price isn’t that much compared to this thing. My question however is I have a VR headset, it’s a rift S. This doesn’t have display port so is there a way to get it running? VidMate Mobdro

I have had my RBS for a while now but unfortunately i had gotten the 128 gig ssd. I would like to upgrade this to an even bigger ssd and thinking about getting the razer Core to add GPU support. Windows Game Bar won't open anymore on my Razer Blade when I press the Xbox button on my controller. Windows-G still works. The "Open Game Bar using this button" is selected in system settings and in the Game Bar shortcuts tab. Any ideas?

First of all, it is no biggie. I am 74, used to it as long as I don't try to eat soup with a spoon!... or drink hot coffee with a mug filled to the brim. Take a step back if you see me doing that... So I started video games mainly for driving as I use to race Rallies in Europe in the late 60's [Amateur]. One thing led to another and realizing very quickly I cannot aim. Of course not! My solution is a Turret KB+M as my hands flat only the fingers are moving [sometimes!!!] I know there are software updates and I use a Xbox One X console. Do you think the Xbox will update the KB+M? I am not very bright in the computer department!!! Thank You and great to be here...

I’m looking at the Razer blade 17 4k, it says “studio edition” after the graphics specs, and then the 300hz one does not have that, I was just wondering what the studio edition means or all changes compared to the 300hz one. I wanted to make sure it doesn’t bottleneck my gaming and make sure it’s not worse than the 300hz one except for the FPS monitor difference

Before you start to read my review, just want to let you know that I've been using their product for 6 year at least. But that's not what it sounds like, here the story. Bought a Huntman Elite in 3rd September 2018. I issued a ticket to Razer Support to solve my issue with the keyboard on 02-Jun-2020 08:33 PM. Didn't try to use Synapse 3 with its features until June 2020. Once I tried to use their features such as remapping keys, custom Macro or set a specific key for the keyboard with different functions. It never works. However, when I try to contact them for support. They kept extending the supporting time until my product expired (Which is 3/9/2020) then they said my keyboard warranty is expired. The time they sent me this message was 2nd September 2020. Which I have 1 day left until my keyboard gets expired. However, I was working with them for at least 3 months since my first ticket in June 2020 that I sent to them. Over 3 months, they keep telling me to do the same methods

I have it set to toggle instead of always on. where is the default toggle button on the razor stealth 13.3 inch. I want to know if I Can buy the dock for the Basilisk Ultimate separately? The mouse + dock option it out of stock. I am about to buy Huntsman Elite, Basilisk Ultimate + RGB Dock, Firefly v2 and Nari Ultimate and RGB Headphone stand a total of over $700. The RGB charging dock is holding up the purchase unless it can be bought separately. The mouse is the main reason I'm shopping for new stuff and I want everything with RBG. I'm in need of a new mouse asap. I can't wait a month until the dock is back in stock. That being said I don't want to buy the mouse w/o the dock if I can't get it later and w/o the mouse it's pointless to me to buy the rest. This would be an investment for me and would make me a Razer customer for life.
