Do you think Razer will be releasing a new iteration of some of their products that are certified in Project Athena’s view?

Does anyone know how to set up core x on hp pavilion 14 64 bit laptop. I connect via USB-c. I have updated Windows to the latest version - Windows 10 1909. When I connect the USB-c cable the laptop recognises the core x but gives a Nvdia compatibility message. Any advice would greatly appreciated ROB

Hello, I registered to explain you a big problem. I've been looking for the dimensions of the Blackwidow Elite (https://www.razer.com/fr-fr/gaming-keyboards-keypads/razer-blackwidow-elite) for 20 fucking minutes. It's important information you shouldn't hide it, wtf. I do not know if it' hidden or if it's not indicated, anyway it's not normal that after searching for 20 minutes I still don't have the information. PLEASE, may I have the dimensions ? Regards

Razer Kracken 7.1 V2 does not work with Synapse 3.0, Blackwidow Elite doesn't work with Synapse 2.0. John the CSR is reading from a script that he can't break out of. it took 34 minutes for him to tell me to install Synapse V2.0 but he didn't tell me that I had to run 2 versions of the software and can't sync the lighting between the two. So, I'm taking the keyboard back, I'll grab a Corsair and start the switchover to their products while dumping the Razer stuff. Goodbye Razer!

I was a long time user of Razer mice but after breaking the Mouse wheel for the 4th time I decided as much as I liked them I was just too heavy handed, so I switched to a different brand swinging from Logitech to Corsair and back in pursuit of a mouse wheel that didn't feel like a snide comment and a filthy look would reduce it to a pile of plastic and dust. Recently I decided to come back to Razer after reading some favourable comments about the Naga and opted for a Trinity, as soon as I started using it I immediately felt like I couldn't trust the mouse wheel button, am I alone here or do others feel the same? Don't get me wrong I love the mouse but the wheel just leaves me in fear of another expensive piece of broken mouse tech decorating my room.

Hi... I bought my razerphone 2 in the media markt with a Software issue, media markt didnt help me but the razer support send me a new one after a week. :D This is Support in the year 2020 :) great Job razer

Hello i have a razer blade stealth 13 and want to hook it up to one maybe two monitors. Does anyone have theirs hooked up and could tell me what usb to hdmi splitter they use as i just don’t want to go out and buy any if it doesn't work. Thanks

so I did as much research as i could, looked at the images I found - it seemed like a win. My razer keyboard is well taken care of (probably even still in warranty) however the .25mm thick faux leather they cover the wrist rest of the chroma v2 with has been flaking something awful. It looks terrible and since i take pride in my stuff, I looked to replace it. I was shocked to find out razer didnt sell replacements. Of course not, they want to force you to buy a whole new keyboard to get the cheaply made wrist rest. have to skimp somewhere to keep the price down right? err wait..... anyhow, ranting aside. new one got here. its evidently not made for razers own flagship products. Its not tall enough to cover the lip, and not wide enough to cover the width of the keyboard. So I was hoping id have an upgraded wrist rest, that didnt peel apart, and looked nice. What i got is another box in my closet. Anyone know where i can get a replacement wrist rest for the chroma v2?

I had always issue, even one time my hand sweat and there are created spots on bottom of mouse and it has terrible friction. I can tell even, after one use !!! After 2 weeks mouse is useless... And i follow all maintenace rules: 1. don't touch it with dirty hands 2. cover that at night 3. clean it with microfiber cloth 4. don't use water It doesn't matter, there is insane friction. I am better on garbage office mouse for 3$... I heard about polishing, while it helps a bit, i am not skilled with my hands, i doubt i will be able to apply same pressure all time. Also i even asked on chemical forums and didn't advice anything. Biggest problem is spots are created from sweat, which cause huge friction, i tried isopropyl alcohol everything nothing worked... Edit: Mice skates are of low grade quaility !!! One time my hand sweat and on bottom of mouse on the skates are created spots from sweat and there is too much friction already after 2 weeks !!

Hi guys and girls, I am wondering if there is a way to get into my interface to fix the colors to static on my iMac? The synapse is installed, the product is registered and for some reason, it can't find my synapse enabled product? some good help would be awesome... :-)

I was thinking about Razers impact on the entire gaming world, and then with the current industry moves of Microsoft with the Xbox One Console, and upcoming new Gen device expected Dec 2020. I did immediately inquire about the new system and if the compatibility with Razer's Controllers (i.e. Wolverine) is known yet? I am a mixed bag gamer PC & Consoles, something I often think people don't really understand, but I just like gaming. So, that factors into the full range of gaming experiences. Do i suck with FPS games and controllers, absolutely! Do I still play and enjoy the experience even though I could be performing better with a mouse? Hell yeah, I don't mind at all, although I do always try to improve my skill sets. Xbox is leading the charge into future with the optional gamer preferences, and this is something that will only continue to gain traction with the next gen systems release, since they already made mouse use a functional option. The option is dependent on the game dev

My hand is so huge 20/12 cm... I have razer da, only because 20 another mice of all shapes i tried are even worse. I am holding mouse just with finger tips, which gave me repetitive strain injury... It is so uncomfortable, i had issues even before. My mouse cursor jumps when i click on 600 dpi and, i have to hold mouse different if i want to do specific move. Because it is like holding potato... WHy all mice are so small...

How are you guys at Razer holding up with all the lock-downs that are happening? I saw Apple planned to close all of their stores until March 27th. Are there plans for Razer to do the same to the Las Vegas store at the Linq?

Hate razer mice, they all suck. Piece of garbage. There is so much friction, even i perform all maintenance rules i can do, it so garbage... I play better on office mouse...

Hi, I am weighing up the pros and cons of the various razer blade models. I will be using the laptop for 3d modelling / animation / simulation / compositing etc. I don't inted to use it for rendering full animations, just setting up the scenes before rendering elsewhere. Softwares will include Rhino, 3dsmax, cinema 4d, Adobe CC, Blender, Octane etc. I have noticed that on the configure product page, the RTX 2070 and 2080 have 'Max-Q' at the end, While the RTX 5000, and the RTX 2060 do not. I realise that there are a range of different GPUs under the same name with different clock speeds and wattage so I would like to know which variants are used in each option? Or if someone knows of relevant benchmark results for my applications, including RTX GPU rendering, that would be very helpful. Thanks!

Has anyone successfully convinced any of the major streaming services to provide 4K/UHD video to a RB15A with 4K OLED display? According to: https://vudu.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/407/~/how-do-i-watch-my-vudu-4k-uhd-movies-on-my-windows-10-device I believe our beloved 4K laptops meet or exceed the requirements. I even installed the silly $0.99 HEVC plugin from Microsoft, but still VUDU only streams in "HDX". I've tried Netflix and Prime Video's UHD movies, but they all stream 1080p or lower. As a data point, any of the 2160p/HDR on YouTube stream in 4K just fine, so I know the display, video card, and Chrome work with 4K/HDR. It's just convincing the evil streaming services that I'm a "legal" 4K display that's been the challenge. Any hints, suggestions, or success stories are welcome and encouraged. - Dave

I received a promotion by e-mail saying that Red Dead had a 73% discount, totaling R $ 63.73, but I enter the Razer website and it has a 20% discount, 3x 3x by Hype, but it is not what I received for e -mail because that information was not included. I would love to see a new version of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless released with the ability for the colours to be changed using Razer Synapse. The case also needs updates to it because it feels a lot cheaper compared to the rest.
