Just purchased first non-Logitech mouse in over 20 years... a Razer Viper. Thusfar, I am very pleased. It is superior in every way (IMHO) than my MX Anywhere 2S... I went wired, because I got tired of the bluetooth fighting with the 2.4 GHz for dominance over the mouse's connectivity.... Also, for unknown reasons (to me) the MX anywhere just decided to start stuttering, disconnecting, and generally being an unpredictable and jittery mess. So... back to wired... TWO QUESTIONS: How long does it take to "detox" from a hyperscrolling addiction? :wink_: Is there some way to reduce or eliminate the scroll wheel steps? Or is that inside a sealed encoder? I have extremely large hands, 19 cm length and 12 cm width. I use razer da, simply because it has better shape than other mice. But i have no control, i lose grip while playing and i have to seize mouse to hard, which is uncomfortable and i am warping my wrist and fingers... I saw somewhere that, you can 3d print parts to increase mouse size.But don't remember where. But i don't know how to design that. Also don't know how it holds on the mouse. Is there some community, or forums, which do this. I would like to increase width and length of my mouse.

Hi everyone, I got a razer core X chroma with a gtx 1070 and whenever I connect it to my Razer blade stealth 2019 the drivers cant be loaded because of Windows Device Manager error code 31. If i restart the laptop with the core attached it works fine, but it defeats the purpose of being truly portable if I have to restart my laptop everytime. Is there a way to fix this? I have Tourette syndrome (which forces me to make noises and sometimes damage things) and the sides of my space bar broke from me pulling on the space bar sides upward until it snapped. Is there any chance you might have tougher space bars for the Cynosa Chroma Keyboard. If so, please let me know. Thanks!

First post! Here it goes! I have always had the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2s. I have always enjoyed them. They get very loud, which I like and I have no problems hearing footsteps in games like PUBG and modern warfare. I recently started looking for an upgrade and started looking at some of the competition in the market. I first bought the logitech G Pro X headset. After playing a few rounds of pubg and messing with EQs, I decided I hated them. They sound great, very clear (although flat) but I could not hear footsteps AT ALL in pubg. Certain sounds I am used to hearing loud and clear on the krakens I simply could not hear in the logitech headset that is supposed to sound WAY better! I returned them and tried the Astro A40 with mixamp. Same story.. I love how they sound but cant for the life of me get footsteps to sound as loud as everything else in the game. Hi everyone ! I'm using the new Basilik Ultimate, and it's really awesome ! I just have one question : when I use the charging dock with the mouse on it, how can I shut down the light on the mouse when it's fully charged ? Cos it always stays on, and keeps me awake at nights with its bright green light I've looked into different Synapse options but nothing seems to work... Thanks !

I got my first mouse and keyboard when i was 14 (I got Mamba and Blackwidow in tournament ed.). I will never forget how that felt when i unplogged my rubish cheap mouse. I felt like i am upgrading from level zero to boss. I still feel sentimental about that old thing, but Razer gave me even more fun. Yea and about changing keyboards.. Well I i fell in Love with that clicky extraordinary noise. That click, that sound, that satisfaction. I love Razer products. Now I have set of mouses, keyboards, speekers etc. And everytime I open up new Razer product i feel same as when i was kid. What was your first Razer product?

Be sure to only recommend and describe experiences with products you actually own. As for me personally, I can't recommend the Atheris enough. People, do not sleep on this mouse! I'm on the go often and off of two AA batteries it lasts long. I don't get any performance latency. This was the mouse that sold me on wireless. This is a simple, effective, compact mouse that can be part of your travel kit or daily driver. I'm surprised myself that I love it so much.

Do you think Razer will improve on its solid first launch of their Razer Raptor 27 monitor in 2020? What would you like to see from Razer in future monitors? I'd certainly like to see more color options, like releasing the Raptor in mercury white, and an update to the cabling in the back. That being said, I tried the Raptor at a friend's house recently and was very impressed with the build quality and performance, especially with g-sync. I think this monitor could be used for productivity/workstation tasks as well.

Since 2019 is ending I thought I would share a screenshot of my Silver balance that reflects this year perfectly. I got an Atheris recently so my balance went to 2019 silver. Im just in shock that the mouse shipped from Hong Kong and arrived in Germany within 2 days. Ordered on the 27th of December and received the mouse on Monday the 30th. Not even mad at the 10 euro shipping fees for essentially a free item. Here is a nice end to 2019. Hope my 2020 silver balance isnt just 2020 :D

Greetings everyone! I wanted to share my experiences using Razer products. I'm an owner of a Razer Kraken Pro V.2, a Deathadder Elite and a Goliathus Chroma. I adore them all for the build quality, their aesthetics, their comfort and their RGB. It's the absolute best. The feel of the mat is so comfortable as is the grip of the mouse in my large palm. I'm 1,91 so you can imagine that I need a great mouse in order to have a good ergonomic grip. The headset is the greatest though. The most comfortable (I use that a lot 😂) I 've ever wore and it has fantastic sound and build quality. Proud user and I'm looking forward to getting more Razer stuff. So glad I'm part of the Razer cult! Thanks for your attention gamers!
