My card pin was badly scratch and I can't get 4 digit pin correctly 

Got my first ever Razer product delivered yesterday. Loving the shape of the Pro Click V2 Vertical. Really comfy to use and very responsive. 😍

I'm an avid Orbweaver Chroma user, and have three units, two of which were acquired on Ebay. I think the Orbweaver needs to be revived with 1000hz polling, onboard memory storage, and a lower resting wrist (more ergonomic). The Tartarus is alright, but I immediately returned mine when I purchased it. It's wrist sits too high, the rest isn't very adjustable or comfortable to me, and the thumb-stick just isn't grippy or concave enough, and is therefore too slippery. The keys weren't clicky, which is necessary physical feedback (perhaps an issue with the version I bought). But worst of all (as has been mentioned by another user), it's missing the 20th key, which is instead replaced with a scroll wheel nobody asked for. Just my 2 cents. Lots of people buy the Tartarus, but perhaps that's because the Orbweaver is no longer in production? I have no idea. Just giving my opinions here.

Hi everyone, I'm currently in a dilemma choosing between these 2 mice as the price difference in my region is around $30 with discounts. Also, I'm adding the Mouse Dock Pro as a bundle.I like the shape and prefer to just choose between these 2, so please avoid recommending another models/brands. 

I've encountered the same problem as the rest with my Razer Baraccuda base version just recently while I was playing a game with my friends, it first showed the cracks a few days ago and suddenly it exploded during our game, the warranty is still available along with the receipt. 

As the title says. I was scrolling and suddenly there stopped being any bumps and the wheel moved smooth and it stopped working. My guess is something inside the mouse broke, which because it's only about 6 months old and I treat it well. 

Hi everyone,I’ve been using my Razer Blade 15 (i7 + RTX 3070 + 16 GB RAM) and lately I’ve noticed random stutters and FPS drops in games, even on medium settings. Hi, I just bought the Razer Viper Ultimate wireless. Sadly, when holding it next to my ear and when charging on the docking station, it makes a constant beeping sound. Unrecognizable when using it as its too far away from https://showbox.bio/ my ear then. Is that normal or a production mistake? I can ignore it as it doesn’t bother me (i don’t need to hold the mouse next to my ear). But if that isn’t normal, I would consider exchanging it.

I recently got a new PC build as my old computer was having lots of issues. One of these issues involves the entire computer freezing and the only way to resolve the issue is to force shut down. When I got my new pc everything was new except the only thing parts that were kept was the Razer Keyboard and mouse. I'm currently using the old Huntsman Elite and Deathadder Elite. Now, the same issue happening again except this time, the computer eventually goes back to normal. I'm suspecting it has something to do with one of these two units. Another thing to add is that the computer only freezes when the computer is idle and I don't have games running in the background. If a game is running, it never freezes. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any ideas of what I can try to adjust that could be causing this to occur? Any type of help is appreciated. 

Basically just what the title says, just wondering if they discontinued it or if they are just out of stock? I've used it as my main monitor for around 6 years. I want to go from a 1 to a 3 monitor setup. I have the 144hz option, and I know it isn't a great monitor. I know it's too clunky, the cords are weird, etc. I know it is way too expensive for what it is. The problem is, I would like to have 3 monitors and I at least want it to match. Basically what I mean is I would like to buy another Raptor 27 then get a different monitor with 165hz 4k capabilities and put the raptors on either side of the new monitor.

I‘ve been using the Blackwidow V3 TKL for a few years now and it‘s great but I‘m really over the clickety sound and am looking for the most quiet option now. Due to synapse etc. I think getting another Razer to integrate into the setup works best.With how the website is setup and since it‘s been a while since I bought a keyboard I have zero overview what is the latest and greatest when it comes to silent switches and wired keyboards.TLDR; Looking for TKL, wired, most silent Razer keyboard out there (if it has extra nobs etc. for volume that‘s fine I don‘t really mind)Could you guys help me out here?

Hi, I kinda have a persisting problem and sent multiple tickets for razer support. I have sent my payment a week ago and have my proofs, but I haven’t received any code in my email or mobile number. It is for a garena shell transaction, I haven’t experienced this error before but this problem is persistent and I am getting desperate since it’s already a week since I sent my payment and when I talk to razer gold support especially on the replies I get through emails was like talking to bots and automated messages.

For the past year, I've been monitoring the website, as I am planning on buying a bunch of PC parts in the nearest future. I've been ready to make a purchase for a couple of months already, but some items just seem to be gone and completely unavailable. I am specifically talking about the Tomahawk ATX, 360-mm Hanbo and Kunai. Will they ever be available, or are they discontinued? Maybe some of you has information? Thank you

Can somebody help me, how to disable the 2 step authentication. I lost my phone, I don't have access to my authenticator app, and i also changed my mobile number 

So I plugged in the razer kiyo pro into Nintendo switch 2. Did camera test i can see my self on screen.   That great news very happy it works.   Just passing message on. 

I recently purchased the new black shark V3 pro and found that whenever the wireless hyperseed dongle is plugged in it cause really bad and repetitive stuttering once every second. I fear that it might be the high 8k hertz polling rate over whelming my pc as I already own the viper V3 pro that also does 8k polling. Can anyone please suggest a fix or alternative as I really need a wireless headset? 

Got a black widow X some time ago and the spare bar is very intermittent, i often have to press it several times or harder to get it to work - does anyone else have the same issue?

I bought my Razer viper v3 pro last August but it has had to be rma’d THREE times and I am making another claim because one of the buttons has an issue. Instead of just getting a replacement is it possible for me to just get a refund and move on from this problem riddled mouse? 

Hi Razer team,I wanted to ask about the availability of the Blade 18 (2025) in Australia 🇦🇺.I reached out to support and was told I’m not the only one requesting it here, which is encouraging. There’s definitely a growing interest in high-performance gaming laptops like this locally, and many of us would love to support Razer directly instead of relying on imports (which aren’t ideal for warranty and regional compatibility).Could you please share if there are any plans to officially bring the Blade 18 (2025) to the Australian market? It would mean a lot to the local community here.Thank you 🙏🏽

I keep having a recurring issue with my Naga v2 Pro where, regardless of it's wired, using the dongle, or using bluetooth, it will start flashing purple and the buttons on the side will just stop responding--or at least, most of them will. I noticed too that it seems like the white light on the bottom under Profile will flash as well. The only thing that fixes it is if I unplug the mouse and plug it back in. Anyone else experience this issue or have any ideas on how to fix it?
