Hello, I'm looking for information on where to buy a replacement battery for my razer blade 14 from 2021. I live in California but am out of warranty. I fixit seems to not have batteries for my model and I posted on Razer Insider but the response times there seem scattered. 

Hi everyone, very random question. I have a 2017 blade 14 with the fhd screen, I just use it for general tasks these days not much gaming. I had the thought of swapping the uhd screen or was it qhd back then(the non matte screen). The plugs look the same but I can’t find any great answers online. Hello all, I recently swapped from a superlight 1 to a deathadder v3 pro and I was wondering if there is a way to get windows notifications when my battery is low? I run both on onboard memory mode with no software running AT ALL. Logitech would do low battery windows notifications and sounds when my mouse got low, but my deathadder doesn't. Is this a feature that doesn't exist or just isnt working for me?

So I was a dumbass, and deleted THX spatial audio from my softwares. Now my speakers don’t make any sound. They are connected, my computer and Synapse also sees them, but they don’t seem to do anything. Any tips are appreciated! 

Hello, Razor users.My younger brother decided to play some games while I when to the shop. When I returned from the store, he said he heard a spark from the charging port and the laptop died.  Problems that I know exist:old battery (drains so quickly) overheating problems  I get small electrical shock from the surface of the laptop when charging I have always have it plugged in whenever I am using it because I usually have Adobe softwares and games running most of the time when I am not doing school work (which I do not use the charger). Can anyone help me diagnose the real issue? Is it the charger, battery, charging port, wiring? I live in Fiji and the technician I visit had no compatible parts for the repair. Your help will be much appreciated.

So I had my laptop outside with me yesterday playing music, so I know my battery isn’t shot, I turn it on this afternoon and unplug my laptop and suddenly it just turns off, as if the battery is shot but it’s not… I just used it the day prior just fine. I power it back on and the battery says it’s still fully charged… I thought it might be a driver issue so I updated everything including the drivers, didn’t work, the moment I unplug my razerblade 15, no matter what I do it just instantly powers off does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I would like to refresh the overall look of my gaming station by changing out the keycaps but I am unsure of which keycaps to use. I read that we can't replace the bottom row of some older Blackwidow keyboards. Not sure if mine falls into that category considering it is indeed old already was hoping to change to a colorful set of keycaps but there are so many variations out there and i really need your help! 

I've had nothing but issues with this controller since I bought it. First, the controller constantly puts input when I didnt, for example I'll put maybe 10% on a stick and it puts in 50% causing my character to look everywhere or completely miss when playing GPS games. Second, many times I'll push up on the D-pad and it'll also activate the left button, switching my gun from auto to semi-auto without me knowing. 

Title says it all. That bot is utterly useless at what its meant to do. I was trying to claim warranty on my Basilisk v3 but the bot refused to work properly even for one instance. It keeps spamming "I had an issue processing your information. Please try again later." like dawg I've been trying for two days already!Now the thing is what should I do to claim warranty? The whole process is unusually convoluted and now Im at loss. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Im trying to use razers software for mic equalizers, but not rgb (i use openRGB). How do i block razer from installing drivers/devices to synapse?

Im waiting for the code that sent to me but there is no one coming text code from razer I cant buy an Item that need a code and the problem is Im still waiting for the code

It looks like there are no more right handed wired Nagas available in the line up. I have no use for a wireless mouse, it’s actively encouraging me to look elsewhere for a replacement. The magnetic side panels are also a pain point. Is there any chance we’ll be seeing an update line up soon?

It worked perfectly fine for a week both wired and wireless but now it only works wired on my laptop. I tried the dongle on my friend's laptop and it works there but on my laptop the dongle simply isn't being picked up for some reason. I am using the same usb port for both the wired and dongle. 

I got the email about Razer ID, and it sounds great - until you go to sign up and discover you have to download an app on your phone (insecure, not going to do it) and provide a CC number (not doing that either). So, am I the only one that feels like this? The last thing I want is yet another bogus app on my phone and I’m not giving them my CC number either.

Hi guys, I’m looking for some help here.So I recently got this headset and I’ve been playing around with the EQ a bit to see what sounds the best. Of course looked up “Best EQ” but it brought up the previous model which has +12 levels instead of what is now +5. Can anyone help with this and do you recommend any particular set up that I can easily do? Headset is used for PS5, watching movies/TV etc but just want to get the best general sound out of these. +7 +5 +4 +3 +2 +4 +1 +5 +5 +8   - this is what I found on Reddit but obviously cant use this as can’t go above +5

Is it possible to buy a replacement mic for blackshark v2 pro? I’ve seen some threads saying its not possible, but i find it kinda funny that you make a headset with a removable mic but you won’t sell replacement mics like other companies do

Hi,When is razer going to release a new version of the orbweaver?There’s a certain part of the community that’s eagerly awaiting a new model and hopes not to be forced to fall back on the tartarus, having absolutely no need for the thumbwheel and preferring the 20th key.Why does razer insist on the tartarus when the orbweaver is better in this respect (but the tartarus stick is still better, a mix between the two would really be a banger).Please, razer, come up with a new version of the orbweaver or a brand new model combining the orbweaver’s 20 keys with the tartarus’ stick.

 Does someone please know how to disable this FN + Y key,  I always accidentally use it.My keyboard is a Razer Huntsman mini.I dont need it and never use it.I dont have the Macro module installed either.I can’t find a way to disable it.

Hi everyone,I use Razer Synapse to set up macros on my Razer Huntsman Mini, but I’d love to be able to save them to onboard memory so they work even when Synapse isn’t running. Does anyone know if this is possible, or do macros only work when the software is active?Thanks!

I have a Razer Deathadder v2 pro whose dongle I lost, and my brother gave me his mamba dongle as he bought a new mouse, is there any way to pair my mouse to that dongle? 

So I’ve had an Orochi v2 in my laptop bag for a while and I love it. However, I’m thinking about replacing the mouse that stays on my desk, and eventually my keyboard as well. I’m probably going to go with Razer to take advantage of the multi device paring. While looking at the different mice that Razer makes, I had an idea for a feature suggestion; I’d like to be able to pair a keyboard and two mice to a single receiver. It would be ok if only one mouse can be used at a time as long as both can remain paired. The idea behind this would be for laptop users like me would be able to leave one small receiver plugged in all the time, be able to use the keyboard and mouse that stay at home, and not have to switch dongles when on the road. I don’t know if this would be possible while keeping the fantastic performance that Razer products have but thought that it would still be worth mentioning.
