Please sell us laptop batteries as replacement parts
Dear Razer Team! I have a suggestion: Please sell laptop batteries for the laptops you sell so people can buy the batteries to extend the lifespan of their devices. For me it is really not an option to send the laptop to a service center (!!) for such a simple thing as a laptop battery replacement. I totally get the thing with the warranty - i for one would be happy to forfeit warranty if it means i can just order a battery and install it myself. Thank you!
Razer Blackshark v2 - Cleaning Ear Pads
Hi guys, I'm having a dilemma over my Razer Blackshark v2 in terms of hygiene. I live in a humid environment and I do my work and gaming usually outside my house on the driveway. I've had the headphones for three weeks now and the earpads have been accumulating sweat so there's already a bit of a foul smell. I've been looking for ways to clean the earpads and I found this thread on another website suggesting to put some hydrogen peroxide. I did that but the smell is still there. Unlike other headsets- this blackshark v2 doesn't give you a very easy way to hand wash the earpads because it's being held by the adhesive on the headphones itself. Removing the earpads might make the adhesive lose its integrity. Any suggestions on the best way to clean and deodorize it? Thanks.
My Razer Nari only works on the right side ( no sound on the left side )

[TotW] You Tell Me!
Insiders, we're changing it up this week and I want to see what kinds of interesting topics you can come up with that may or may not be featured in a future Thread of the Week. The really good ones will get Silver and if I end up using a topic I really like, you'll get even more! So get those thinking Krakens on and let's see what kinds of topics you can come up with, or maybe you happen to have a burning topic ready to go? Will you come up with the next Thread of the Week?
[TotW] Shadow Drop It Like It's Hot
Nintendo is my all-time favorite console brand. Hands down. Sure, Sony and Microsoft have the prettier graphics and sound, but I consider myself a die-hard Nintendo fan and save for the Wii U, I've owned every console they've produced since the NES and yes, that includes the Virtual Boy. Due to the pandemic forcing many brands to rethink and change their strategies many announcements that would have been saved for big trade events or press gatherings have had other ways to make themselves known to the public. Nintendo for example has been seemingly announcing game release dates randomly. Let's take this morning for example. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity a canon prequel to Zelda: Breath of the Wild. No leaks, no heads up, no teases, just a plain and simple, "OHAI2U." The same thing happens sometimes with our own products. I'll check my work email and see an announcements for a new product we launched. However, although I love the shadow dropped announcements on Nintendo's side,
Razer Sila Inappropriate QoS Setting
Found this on the Razer Sila router - Is it really necessary to include an adult website in the QoS settings?! I got a good laugh out of this but seems rather inappropriate/unprofessional I'm thinking maybe a programmer slipped this in for a joke or something, not sure if Razer is actually aware of this?

macOS 10.14 is the last officially supported version of Synapse?
Just saw on Reddit where someone (supposedly) from Razer posted that, "10.14 is the last officially supported version. No plans for any future MacOS versions at this time." Considering Synapse is busted on Catalina, does that mean macOS users are pretty much out of luck at this point? I've got a lot of Razer stuff and all of it is connected to my Macs.
So what is with the #RazerStreamer program?
So yah, what's with it? Has anyone actually gotten anything out of it? Or is it just like Harris Heller said "Free advertising real-estate for Razer on your channel"? I have yet to find any results of the Razer Streamer program or what actual benefits it yields. Has anyone seen or heard anything?
When Razer does a Monitor
Less likely if, more likely when... RAZER decides to do a monitor: we know it will be rather expensive. Razer tends to go all out for us and we pay a premium for that. Please no complaining about price on this thread. Let the market handle that on its own. So, features. I have a list of requests. Lets see if they align with other gamers on the planet. High refresh rate. 120 Hz or better. nVidia G sync. This as opposed to AMD Freesync. nVidia cards are blowing away the competition and have been for some years now. Choice in compatibility standards should reflect that. Some type of anti-glare Some type of high detail black. You need to be able to see and diayinguish between levels of dark grey and black. I grew up playing games that really emphasized light, dark, shadows, etc. You gotta be able to see every detail. Broad color spectrum Curved screen 4k Design that enables easy multi-monitor configurations. Difficult with a curved screen, but perhaps increases immersion. Hard, high qu
Real Fix for Double Click Mouse Problem
Double Click is a very bad, widespread problem affecting all Razer Mouse The Solution is simple Windows Settings > Devices > Mouse > "Additional Mouse Options" Look for "Double-click speed" and set it to "Fast" As simple as that.... Double Click Problem Solved If this Solution doesn't work, you probably have a bad Switch. As we all know by now... below the overpriced, over-hyped fancy design. Razer uses very low quality, cheap hardware in their products. Its also amazing how Razer Support can be so extremely bad... they will waste your time with pointless, useless troubleshooting like Reinstalling Synapse, Drivers, Firmware, Trying different USB ports... none of that works, its just a complete waste of time. Razer simply doesn't care about the frustration of thousands and thousands of users, they will never acknowledge there is a BIG Problem with a whole line of their products, and will never ever help fix it... even if its hurting their brand reputation really bad and m
Razer CES Sales - What did you get then? What would you get now?
If you are on insider, you most likely followed Razer's participation in CES 2020. They had a wonderful lineup of new products to show off. One of which, the Kishi, a mobile phone gaming controller stole the show in Engadget's awards for Best Gaming Product and People's Choice. In past years when Razer won Engadget's awards at CES they offered a special sale to the community. I was a happy participant in those sales, scoring a Razer Siren and a Razer Nabu at extremely discounted prices. As we wait to see if anything will come of this year's victory, I invite you all to share about your experiences with the sale, or hopes for a potential upcoming one. 1) Which products did you pick up in past CES sales (if any)? 2) Which product would pick up if a new CES sale was held? Update: The CES Fan Appreciation Event is a go! Good luck to you all :) Find details on Razer's social media, or on Insider under Razer Store Promotions.
Genshin Impact Collection Pre-order?
Hi guys/ gals, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or missing something here, but on the Genshin Impact Collection page there's a button for "pre-order now >", but whenever I click it, the page just jumps to "notify me". Was there/ is there an actual pre-order for the products, or is it just going to be another case of being notified as to when the scalpers/ bots will be hoovering up the entire supply of Razer products within seconds and ruining the day of ordinary customers (like myself who just want to get one as a gift ':/ )?
Sneki Snek Stickers
Who else waited to long to get the cute Sneki Stickers with their plushie? My fiance and myself were debating on Sneki yesterday, and decided to order if this morning, and the sticker pack was no longer a part of the Sneki bundle! Just a little tattoo (which to be honest is kinda disappointing.) As well as the fact of them advertising Sneki with free shipping and then tacking shipping on at check out.
