What would you like to see next from Razer?

I would like razer to make a replacement dual sided surface for the £250 mamba hyperflux.. as throwing away a £250 piece of tech because of a £5 piece of plastic is very wasteful.

I posted this somewhere else: Is Razor planning on ever offering any different color combinations on the Kraken Kitty headsets other than black and quartz? Would they ever consider letting people choose their own color variants to make the headsets unique for everyone? I like the RGB lighting, but I would also like the option to choose a different color combination of the headset and make it custom. Thank you!!

What about before releasing new products you fix the DOUBLE CLICK problem affecting all your Mice products?? Is extremely bad... For sure I was just minutes away of throwing my Mamba Wireless to the trash Several hours of frustration troubleshooting... just to find out the solution is as simple as to go into Windows settings and setting the mouse "Double click speed" to "Fast" Will you ever even acknowledge there is a BIG Problem affecting all your mouse users? Razer just lost all respect Thanks!

That's been fixed already with all the latest mice having the optical switches.

Well they did fix it, not many if any other companies are using optical switches yet. Otherwise if you do have problems with a mechanical switch when it's still under warranty you can get a new one.

I would like to see from razer all parts that can be replaced if broken sold in the shops. Eg huntsman elite wrist rest, mouse feet, insert pads. I hate throwing away perfectly good tech because of cheap replaceble parts.

Also i would like a mamba ultimate with the tilt wheel like a mamba should have.

A laptop, perhaps? It's been a while they released new Blades... I know.. it's Intel... but, still... there's AMD as well I hear Ryzen is nothing to sniff at

I've found with the mouse feet pads when they come off just a little spot of silicon based glue and stick it back on and haven't had a problem since, been successfully using the same Naga from 2012 now. Also you could always try contacting Razer support for replacement parts, they sent me a replacement key cap free off charge(Even though my keyboards well out of it's warranty), not to long ago after the one on my keyboard cracked

Wat.😂 There's nothing broken, and nobody's forcing anyone to do anything. I would think any normal person checks reviews quick, then buys something. A small percentage of all things break, that's how manufacturing works and why there are warranties. I'm guessing you were unlucky or just repeating what you read online. The vast majority of people don't have problems, that's why their mice are always in the Best Of lists from any review sites you can find. They've no doubt made some bad batches of products like the 1st Firefly's and Man O Wars, but if you can find a brand with better quality, features, and cheaper then go for it.

What would i like to see? Easy. First of all, I would like to say that that im a devoted Razer fan. I do own several keyboards and mices, Razer Blade as my main tool, Razer Seiren with dedicated mounts, Razer Phone, several razer headphones inluding Krakens and Hammerheads. However I'm also strict with my choices and apparently not every device seems to meet the standards. So, lets begin. Razer Monitor Raptors main drawback for me is lack of pivot position. Im a gamer, however im also .net developer. I would love to have two razer monitors because monitor is the only thing on my desk that isnt from Razer. Thus I cant really dive into the Raptor, i do like that it is 144p and 27" because after my tests it seems to be the sweet spot for physical dimensions and pixel density ratio. I would go crazy if there was an OLED panel option. However pivot option is a killer feature for monitors, and it saddens me that Razer thought that its not important. Razer Care Store One of my speaker grills on the Razer Phone 2 got little dents. I dont know how, maybe from my belt. It is the only thing thats made from cheap plastic. And it started to piss me off. Because i tried to take the best care of the phone i could (buing Razer Cases). When i wanted to repair this flaw under warranty, no luck, asked then if i can buy it from Razer. Below is Razer Support's remedy to fix a piece of plastic on my phone. Provide a new one? Sell one? No... even better: Just to set your expectation, based on your problem description the speaker grill has dents due to normal use. Please be guided that cosmetic damage, minor cosmetic abnormalities (including minor pixel abnormalities) and normal wear and tear, including (without limitation), scratches, dents, and chips. ... (as mentioned above) - Better QI coil placement It's much too low, most of other QI chargers cant charge Razer Phone, only the dedicated one. Im happy to buy dedicated one, dont get me wrong. However when i driving i use my Phone as GPS system, it has to charge due to massive battery drainage. And i can't get any QI car chargers from Razer. I follow you ocncerning Razer Care. Should be better to allow us to get spare parts. As for your RP3 coil placement I couldn't agree more. One trick I used is to put an eraser below the phone in the widely used charging dock and that put the coil at the good place for wireless charging.

I would like to see the monitor that seems cool to me

I'd like Razer to start making keyboards with the 5 macro keys one the left hand side again. As far as i can see on the razer store none of the new keyboards have them, an the older models with them are always out of stock. (feel free to throw me a link if i've missed them).;

Orbweaver V2 or Pro model. Need an updated Orbweaver that has Purple Optical switches and works with Synapse 3. The 8-way directional thumb-pad is too sensitive or movements are too small. Like the adjust-ability not found in the Tartarus Pro. Hurry! My Orbweaver is falling apart.

how about a keyboard that bridges the gap between gamers and office workers? the blackwidow lite attempted this but it was too loud for office working. also no num pad or wrist rest. 90$ price tag. overall you could find better keyboards to suit either extreme better for cheaper. all ya gotta do is make it quieter, add a num pad and an ergonomic wrist rest for an affordable price (70-80 bucks) and there you go. i like a more compact design to add to a cleaner aesthetic but even i know how valueable functionality can be to office workers. Come on razer!!1!1!

I had been using a DeathAdder Left Handed for years. It started to malfunction. I found out that Razer no longer makes them, and my only choice, really, was the Viper. All I can say good about it, is that it works. The DeathAdder felt sturdy, but the Viper feels very light and flimsy, as if it's made out of eggshells. The back end of it could also be a bit wider (I tried it in both my left and right hand and it feels too narrow). It would be great if you start making left handed device, or beef up the Viper so it doesn't feel as if a strong sneeze could break it.

I honestly would like to to See a Razer Tablet to take on the full iPad / Samsung with a battery that last 30 hrs. For travel/ Gaming and OlED 4k for Movies etc. Watch the sales soar. What does the rest of the world think?

Slight update for my wish list : #1 I am still eager to see a RP3 when ROG Phone is still updated. Looking at samsung, apple and co, RP2 is still on top imho. #2 I would certainly love to see a tablet, but if I have to put a number 2, it would be a 48'' OLED panel/screen. Chroma ready, no speakers in the body, full hdmi 2.1 and nvidia/amd compatibility for 1500 US price tag. max in refresh times and input lag. Woudl go against LG OLED48CX and would certainly rock our world for next gen consoles. #3 I would love to see a nabu update, a wristband WITHOUT screen (because RP2, or RP3 or everybody having a phone), so it can be thinner than the competition.
