Can you give us more info on what kind of monitor you want? How big display size do you want? 1080p or 1440p? Display type? Any ports that you need it to have?

I went for the Dell s2716dg, its 144hz 2k and has gsync. Its a really really nice screen and not too expensive. Are you using a Nvidia graphics card or an AMD one ?, if AMD you should probably avoid gsync displays and go for a freesync one. The dell i have listed and the asus rog swift on the website you posted are both gsync monitors and work best with nvidia graphics cards.
Also size and resolution are important factors which should be decided before shopping for a screen.

I'm thinking about upgrading to at 144 monitor. Is there a noticeable difference from a 1080p monitor? I currently run 2 1080 monitors and the price of 144hz monitors are so expensive.

you may be slightly confused your comment doesn't make a lot of sense. 1080p refers to resolution, there are many 1080p 144hz monitors, i take it that you are running 1080p @ 60hz and are looking at 2k @ 144hz ?. The difference for me was huge, when i upgraded it made a huge difference, images and gaming are so much clearer and sharper, i could see things in games i couldn't even see before, it was awesome. Also 144hz is so smooth don't think i could ever go back to 60hz

imo the asus predator is a solid 144hz monitor
it can also handle resolutions up to 4k in 60fps so long as your hardware supports it
also the colour depth is really vibrant and it looks beautiful

All of them are the same. 144 hz 1080p TN panels are cheapest and give a 1ms gray to gray response. If you are looking for competitive monitors these are it.
    Asus VG248QE
    Benq XL2411z

Honestly there is no definitive "Best" 144hz monitor.

the only thing that distinguishes them from one to the other is the 1ms response time.

Go get the cheap Acer/Asus one, you get all the benefits of the other $400+ models with a smaller price tag.

What game is it for? CSGO?

Don't go for the 144hz monitors that have Gsync or Freesync on it. They cost more than the monitors that don't support it.

Why would you do that unless you are on a tight budget and want screen tearing ?, freesync doesn't even cost much more as it just uses software instead of a chip built into the monitor, like gsync, afaik.
