Does anyone else think that it would be cool if Razer made a case fan, like 120mm for their chroma series. It could be installed in the front of the case, It could hook up to the internal USB header on the MB and be controlled by Synapse. that way the mouse, keyboard, headset and case LED's would all have the same color. Just a thought :)

I dont think it would be so expensive when we look at the programming hours, I might think thats pretty simple to make (They can just copy / paste the control for the lights from other products) and the fan speed doesn't take so long time to program. But yeah it could get expensive in raw materials and research.
See how many that would like it (Start a poll on the thread)
If the demand is big I might think Razer would think about it ^^

I probably won't be getting the Razer H440 anytime soon but I have the NZXT Phantom which has space for two 120mm fans. A Chroma Edition Razer fan would be soo legit. As with anything I would probably pick one up depending on the cost.

how do you start a poll on the thread. im new to forums :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: (nevermind I figured it out :) )

BTW i'm pretty sure that they could partner up with a case fan company, slap their branding on it and call it a day. of course they would still have to do a little programing to get the LED's to work with Synapse.

The only thing with this is for them to work in the Razer H440 from NZXT I am pretty sure they would also have to use NZXT for production of the fan because, if i'm not mistaken, NZXT's 120mm fans are slightly different to where not all 120mm fans work in NZXT cases.

I would be happy if they made the H440 Part of the Chroma series. That would be a really good start :) Thanks for mentioning The H440 BTW. i forgot about it. it looks pretty nice. I might pick one up.

i doubt they would be able to turn a profit after all the r&d it would take to develop a case fan. the most they could charge for it would be about $20. maybe if they licensed the razer branding and chroma name to an existing case fan manufacturer like they did with the NZXT H440 pc case... i could see that.
