Hello,I’m unable to register my new Deathadder Elite mouse as the Razer warranty platform is claiming my serial number is invalid, I get an error message saying “Unrecognised serial number”. I’m also unable to email support about this, as a serial number is required and I get a similar error on the support page, which is quite frustrating. I’ve tried switching characters around that could be easily confused, such as “0” and “O”, but to no avail. Are support able to help with this please?
Had my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 version for about 3 months now compared the previous version the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2020 version having that headset for about 2 years. 3 months in my right hinge broke while the 2020 version never had an issue with the physical product.

Last month, I bought a Razer Cobra Mouse, but there is an issue: the RGB is not working properly, and the mouse is also not moving.
Got the Razer Cobra mouse last month, first time i put it in my PC it just started to disconnect and i would have to take it out and put it back in just for it to disconnect again a few seconds later, but after a few tries it started working normally until now. Now i get the same problem from a month ago, but this time the light isnt even lighting up and the mouse doesnt work at all. Ive tried watching youtube videos but all the solutions never fixed the problem. Please im begging someone help me im getting frustrated and dont want to get a new mouse.

The audio quality is so bad. Much worse than the levithan and nommo pro v1 I have previously owned. Not sure if this is the issue, I am trying to change the sound format (It’ currently at 16bit 48k HZ DVD Quaility) but it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me.
Hi,Today I have noticed some new firmware update for my Viper V3 Pro v1.10.05_r1. After some gaming session I discovered possible bug in new firmware. When I tried to turn off the mouse there was no blicking light indicating anything. It should light up by the color of the latest used profile then blick 2 or 3 times and then turn the mouse off. Can anybody after updating confirm this? I am 100% sure it was working corerctly. Many thanks in advance for help.
