Hi, I own a razer keyboard, plus a razer headset which is pink (cool!), Now i just need a pink razer mouse. But that isn't the point of this forum! I own this keyboard which i bought off my brother a little less than a year ago, so I don't have any pamphlet. I downloaded the Razer Synapse Program but I don't know anything about it, so that's where a lot of my questions come into play.
First lets start at, I had spilled a little soda on my numeral pad so now my #2 on that pad, doesn't work, my backspace, and my enter key below the backspace, does not work. I also have a game of counter strike 1.6 with a glitch, so when I hit the V key, it reloads the server, and so I can't play CS1.6, I'm stuck with CSSOURCE (lol).
So one question I have here is, is there anyway to deactivate the V key in this software?
Another Question, Is there anyway to make another key backspace, so I don't have to use Delete?
Also, I'm not sure what kind of keyboard I have, I looked up pictures, and can't see any with Just a SOLID blue light. I don't think it changes~! (So my brother said.) It looks like the Black Widow. I know its a few years old. 2015 or sooner.
Is there anyway to fix this repair? If no, I am looking online to purchase a new keyboard soon. Razer , of course.
Will razer repair my keyboard If i send it in? I do notice refurbished online.
Is there anyway I can fix it myself?
Can I sell it for parts?
Basically I'm a huge razer noob!! I have only been using razer for about a year. If that!
So anyway, if anyone can help educate me, that would be awesome! I love electronics, but usually I'm a hard learner on my own, I usually need a direct communication with a Person to figure these things out.
Thanks for any subject replies, I will be on Stand By, and I look forward to chatting with you guys.
    Sincerely,

Hello there! Lemme help you with this.

First is figuring out what exact keyboard you have. The name of the device can usually be found on the sticker underneath it. Knowing which device will make it easy for you to do the second part for reassigning or disabling keys.

Second would be reassigning key functions or completely disabling them. You will need Synapse for this. The device model determines which one you're supposed to have. So, yeah. You can change the function of one key to backspace and yes, you can disable the V key as well trough Synapse.

Regarding repairs, we do not repair our peripherals.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

~moving this to the support board as well~
