I've owned my Stealth since July. It's been constantly buggy, random freezing and/or blue screens, charger infrequently not working, ect. I've talked with a few Razer reps and it has been concluded that I need to RMA my laptop. I have been unable to because I use this computer for work. I made an opening to RMA it in 2 weeks, but, as the title suggests I'm super curious on what they do to actually fix the laptop? What can I expect? Do I need to back up the ssd or does it not really matter? Dear mods, this is a legitimate question, please don't censor.
