It's possible to make it thinner now, considering that Maxwell and Skylake are both focused on thermals.

Eh, honestly I would prefer to have a keyboard and a screen (like the surfacebook) however thermal technology isn't where it needs to be yet where the tablet could be thin and consist of a GPU and a CPU without having overheating issues. The battery life should be as great since there's so little space to stuff in there.
Battery technology hasn't improved in like years.... Each year its just new CPU and GPUs and have the same or improved performance as the previous generation with less power consumption

The Forge TV was pretty bad... I have to agree there

I agree, however regarding thermals there is still a point where they would not be able to fit the GPU and CPU into the same chassis.

Agreed. If Razer were to make something like that, it could be pretty cool
"the gaming version of the surface"

I honestly think that a flat out Razer version of the Surface book, without the dorky hinge and with a better GPU in the keyboard dock would be perfect. Make it 12" and sell like crazy.

Well, that would be something I would buy in a heartbeat.I use my Blade for schoolwor and taking notes. If the "Razer Edge" (Surface Book Kind) comes out with n-trig and a 970m, I would be sold and would be willing to give $4.5K for that. Hands down, with 9 hours of battery, 3200x1800 screen with touch and n-trig, detachable Razer Blade quality keyboard and trackpad. I would officially consider that the perfect laptop. I cannot even think of anything that would beat it for me.

The C.P.U should not be in the same chassis as the G.P.U. It should go along the lines of the Surface Book. It would be incredible.

I rather they just continue improve on their own product rather than make new one.

Haha I'm quite familiar with the x34, people started talking about it almost a year ago. It's an IPS panel so it's response time isn't up to par. It can also only reach 100hz refresh rate after overclocking. So yeah, it's not perfect. Seeing how IPS technology keeps getting better though, I'm sure we'll see even faster monitors soon.

Don't get me wrong though, the x34 is a good monitor...but it just isn't perfect. I'm sure something better will be announced soon because the industry finally got a clue and started making nice gaming monitors after all these years. The x34 also looks good...or errr...used to when it was named the XR341CK. I have no idea why acer forced their red color branding onto it, it looked way better like this imo:

Yeah, I agree the red branding is honestly a bit annoying especially for something so expensive. But, I don't know why you would need more than a 100hz. I can see value in up to 100hz but I usually don't notice much past 75hz and really nothing past 100hz. I guess it's what suits you though, you probably have a much higher end rig than I do, I have the Blade and its my main PC and the iMac is for movie watching and any Photoshop/After Effects work I do.

I think PC cases would be awesome from them. I'm a bit unsatisfied with the current case market.

If thats so, then that would be pretty great.

  17. I don't think it eliminates the triple set up - but it's way better for dual set ups to get at least 1 UW. I love mine.
