My Barracuda x 2021 headset stopped working, i cant connect it with my phone or pc, i made a warranty claim, but its been longer than a month and Razer hasnt given me any solution. im still covered by the 2 years warranty period.

Hi,I am unable to register a new Razer Deathadder Mouse, due to an unrecognised serial number. I’ve tried switching easily confusable characters such as “0” and “O” and that is not working.I’m unable to contact support, as the serial number is not working.Can anyone help with this?
Had my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 version for about 3 months now compared the previous version the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2020 version having that headset for about 2 years. 3 months in my right hinge broke while the 2020 version never had an issue with the physical product.

Last month, I bought a Razer Cobra Mouse, but there is an issue: the RGB is not working properly, and the mouse is also not moving.
Got the Razer Cobra mouse last month, first time i put it in my PC it just started to disconnect and i would have to take it out and put it back in just for it to disconnect again a few seconds later, but after a few tries it started working normally until now. Now i get the same problem from a month ago, but this time the light isnt even lighting up and the mouse doesnt work at all. Ive tried watching youtube videos but all the solutions never fixed the problem. Please im begging someone help me im getting frustrated and dont want to get a new mouse.

The audio quality is so bad. Much worse than the levithan and nommo pro v1 I have previously owned. Not sure if this is the issue, I am trying to change the sound format (It’ currently at 16bit 48k HZ DVD Quaility) but it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me.
