Hey guys, for alot of you, it seems to be the case that no matter how much you play any of the "paid to play" supported games in cortex over the last couple of days, you aren't receiving any ZSilver. According to the team at Razer, this issue is not effecting everyone, it isn't a serverwide problem, so, unfortunately, we need you all to send in feedback individually to best help the engineers at Razer address the problem and find out what is causing this issue with a certain portion of the millions of people using Cortex at the moment. If you are playing games but not receiving ZSilver, this is what you need to do. 1. Open up Razer Cortex and sign in. This is what Cortex should look like if you have the most updated version and are properly signed in to your account. 2. Once you are logged in, your avatar image should appear in the top right corner of Cortex, you can see mine is a caricature of the dragon Alatreon, just like here on Insider. Select your avatar image and a drop down menu should appear. 3. Select the feedback button, second from the bottom, and then describe your issue when the window appears. Most importantly, make sure the box for "send log file" is checked before you submit your report!!!! This is what will help the engineers diagnose the issue the most! Again, make sure the check box for "send log file" is checked before you submit your report! Razer's support system is always open to you all if you have any issue, however, this is a more direct route to the engineers at Cortex who will jump straight to helping you solve the problem. I know some of you have been frustrated with your results contacting Support, unfortunately the technicians at support can never assume user competence and HAVE to run you through the basic troubleshooting steps before escalating the case to engineers. The benefit of submitting feedback this way is that your logs get sent directly to the Cortex team, so even if you already have contacted Razer Support, please submit feedback directly via Cortex. I know you guys are frustrated, we all want that Chroma Mug! But please have patience with the team, like I have said previously, this doesn't seem to be effecting everyone, so the engineers will need your feedback, support, and understanding in order to resolve this issue! I know being set back a few days sucks, but try and keep in mind that Cortex ZSilver Rewards is a FREE initiative, designed to reward you for the things you were already doing anyway! With your patience, feedback, and understanding we can all help develop and amazing program with Cortex and ZSilver.
