Just got myself blackwidow v4 75% orange and Im wondering can I just switch the y and z keys? 

First of all, the problem is that I forcibly pulled out the stabilizer and I can't put it back in. And I'm trying to clean the inside and disassemble it, but there seems to be no information on it in the world. Can someone tell me?

2 days ago. I updated the razer synapse beta. I saw that the beta synapse now supports the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog. The issue is which is big is that when I have to start my pc, my keyboard is unresponsive. I can unplug 1 usb out of the two. The keyboard gets responsive but only for a few seconds and I have to be quick to type my password in.So far, the only solution ive found to this issue yet is to go under the razer synapse beta. Find the Huntsman keyboard. Click on the “?” on the top right, which is the help button. Under the help section you have to find “FACTORY RESET” and then you can reset the keyboard. That is the only solution ive found

I have a Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless connected to two PCs via a KVM switch, at some point after switching, the PC recognises the keyboard but the LEDs all go out, the keyboard works normally just without LEDs, is there a way to get the LEDs on manually, I don’t want to install Synapse as one is a work PC.

The Switches on my razer huntsman mini are sticky the letters s,a,e,q,d,w,f,ctrl,space, and left shift and when the switch is pressed it takes a whole second to come back up and when it  stays down it just spam the letter consistently especially s,e and q if someone could help me it would be much appreciated please and thank you.

Same thing here with a Blackwidow V3 TKL… Wtf is happening. There is very much people with the same problem and no one helps

Q.Can I connect my keyboard and mouse at the same time with the Hyperpolling dongle of the Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% product?Can I connect only the Blackwidow keyboard?Isn't the mouse compatible?Do I need to purchase an additional Hyperpolling dongle to connect the mouse?

WHERE CAN I BUY A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS ? THE WRIST REST FOR THE HUNTSMAN ELITE.A GOOD PRODUCTS NEED A GOOD AFTER SALES SERVICES AND FOLLOW UP ON THEIR ACCESSORIES. IF THEY LEAVE US TO WONDER OR NEED TO BUY A WHOLE NEW KEYBOARD WHEN THE CURRENT ONE IS NOT FAULTY.  My # key no longer lights up when Synapse starts. When I close Synapse, it lights up again. I installed Synapse 4. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it? It seems to be a software issue. I've already reinstalled the software, but that didn't help.

I have black widow v3 pro and it spamming the keys not  specific ones sometimes when i press it not responding or want a hard press and sometime spamming it I've tried all the ways and Tutorials on the internet and they doesn't work .. i also downgrade the firmware and the same problem stays any one can help me 🥺 

I was playing Path of Exile 2 yesterday when I thought that it would be the perfect game to play with my old Tartarus V2 I got back when I used to play WoW and FFXIV. It was a pretty useful tool back then and I feel like hardly anyone was using them at the time despite how awesome it was. I looked up reviews for it and I was surprised to see that it was a lot more popular than I remember, many people were using it for video editing or art programs as well thanks to its abundance of programmable keys and its high level of comfort when using it.Anyways, I plugged it in and set it up similar to how I remember for those other MMOs, but it just wasn’t working. My thumb was getting really cramped from how far my fingers were stretching to reach the top buttons while also working the d-pad. Also there’s a dodge button in PoE 2, so I had to put that button among the ones near the top and it was throwing me off. Also the D-pad that I once had no issues with in games using a free moving camera n

I was looking to buy Deathstalker V2 TKL non-pro (as I don't need wireless connection), but it seems it will never happen, even though full-size version has wired only model.So now I was looking at Huntsman V3 TKL, and as I don't want linear or analog keyboard, only clicky, I found model X.On site it has either Portugese (ES-Design) or Greek layout. But both QWERTY.I looked at different sites and from the pictures on Razer website it seems that this keyboard has US layout, not ES. So what is the difference?Most websites show ES has short SHIFT key, but here it's long as in US layout.Can someone please clarify?Thank you

I have tried hard resetting (escape + caps lock + space bar)I have tried using it in 2 different computersI have tried different USB portsI have tried using it without Synapse 3 openI have tried everything

I had to remove the key cap from the space bar from my Ornata 2 to clean under it, but I don’t seem to be able to reattach it properly. I didn’t notice any springs or anything when I removed the key, but when I reattached it it had lost it’s ‘springiness’ - it feels like it is stuck in the ‘pressed’ state, and I have to bang it to get a space character. Sometimes it sticks and the cursor runs away with space characters.Have I missed (and lost) a spring of some sort, or have I just incorrectly re-attached the key cap? I have tried looking for videos on the method of re-attachment, but haven’t been able to find anything.

Hello, I have this issue and I couldn’t find the reason why it happens. When I hold down Fn, everything lights up as it should, but the buttons don’t work, it only does regular for example F11 function. I would appreciate any help.

just got Razer v3 pro. can’t get synapse to save any changes made to a profile. no option to choose save location when trying to export profile. AC Shadows does not recognize any analog functionality. basically, i’m at a total loss. what am i doing wrong?...

My keyboard is a Blackwidow V4 Pro and I have a problem with the ABS keycaps that are the default keycaps. I tried to fix this by putting dishwashing detergent on the keycaps and washing them, but the problem is still the same.I contacted Razer customer service about this problem and they said they can't help me at all. I ordered PBT keycaps, but I'm still having the same problem. I would like to have a new ABS keycap for my Blackwidow V4 Pro. As a spare.Can someone help me with this problem?

I am experiencing an issue with the S key on my on Razer Huntsman V2 Analog. The key does not respond when held down—it only registers a single input regardless of how long I press it. This makes it unusable for actions that require holding the key (e.g., moving backward in games).I have also tested by reassigning the S key function to other keys using Razer Synapse, but the issue remains. No matter which physical key I assign the S function to, it still does not allow holding—it only responds once per press.Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

I recently got the Huntsman V2 Analong Keyboard and since hooking it up, my Microsoft controller and my Razer Kraken V3 headphones do not work correctly. I've got to unplug the Headphone dongle and plug it back in every time I switch audio outputs. I also have to manually disable drivers and remove devices to get my controller to work with PC. I switch back and forth from Mouse & Keyboard and Controller routinely based on the game I am playing. Is there an effort by Razer to make its (quite expensive) equipment work better with other mainstream products.

Greetings to all! I come here today asking specifically about the blackwodow v3 mini hyperspeed keyboard with green clicky switches. The question pertains to the green clicky switches.  Now my question is: is it just me or are the green switches on these mini blackwidows rather mushy and quiet? Compared to my nearly 2 year old blackwidow v3 pro which also has green clicky switches, the switches on the mini feel very mushy and are very quiet in comparison. I put them side by side and there is a very audible difference in loudness and a very tactile difference in stiffness as well.  The switches feel more like the blue ones I have on a $25 wireless keyboard I have from a brand called keychron. This issue has come up on 2 different blackwidow v3 mini keyboards that I have bought, both having green clicky switches.  Is this just a thing now? Is the quality of razer products diminishing now? Or is that much of the production of these mini keyboards really that bad? Thank you for your time a

Hello, recently i got a problem that when I try to change the Volume of my pc (portable PC), with the keyboard or the pc itself, no matter, the led of the mute button on the Razer keyboard turns on, even if the sound is'nt on 0, to turn it off I have to press the mute button twice.How can I fix this issue ?Thx 

For the past few days my keyboard has had buttons such as n and the number keys not working at random times and today it has gone completely dark and gives no inputs. I was able to fix this temporarily and it came back on after messing with synapse and device manager but now it is off again and not working despite following the same steps. Please help. 

So I have this Blackwidow v4, and the ajustable angle from the back is missing, I just want to know if I can buy a replacement, because using only one angle is kinda bad.
