About a month or 2 ago my huntsman mini started experiencing the A key getting stuck and slowly going up once released resulting in it inputting multiple times. This is extremely annoying while typing and gaming as it’s a main movement key and vowel while typing. It was recommended through multiple sources that it most likely needed keyboard lubing but unfortunately this has not fixed the issue. The only thing to resolve it temporarily is to blow on the key. I’ve fully cleaned my keyboard and there is nothing obstructing the key or switch. I’m extremely disheartened at this point as this is my favourite keyboard I’ve ever had and cannot afford to buy a new one and I am conflicted on if I had to if I would buy razer again as no removable switches makes this a bigger problem then it needs to be. I got this keyboard about a year ago but can’t seem to find my receipt unfortunately and do not know if this falls under warranty. If there is any way to get help with this or a non faulty keyboa

I can use the keyboard using the dongle and the wired USB connection. But when using Bluetooth there is only blinking, and the keyboard won't work. Windows 11 says it is connected , but it just isn't working. Removing it doesn't help, updating software doesn't help. Tried all the “solutions” with regards to Bluetooth connections. 

Anyone else having trouble activating snap tap mode while using on board memory? i dont like to have synapse open in background so i use on board memory but i am unable to use snap tap mode without synapse being open. 

Hi I am looking into getting a razer keyboard I all ready have a mouse and a mouse pad but I can’t decide what keyboard the keyboard I’m looking at is the Blackwidow v4 pro full keyboard or the huntsman v3 pro full keyboard I do play a lot of shooters games and racing games I just can’t figure out what one to get and I’m coming from using a Corsair K100 right now I also just got Razer Firefly V2 Pro and Razer Basilisk V3 Pro

I recently bought (1month back) razer v3 hyperspeed mini 65%keyless.Now i noticed random key spamming/double input.followed through every fix for key spamming from razer and the issue not fixed.i want to return my product and get a full refund because even the rma issued new keyboard goes through same problem as per many user reviews.

Can the switches of Razer Blackwidow V4 Clicky Gen-3 be removed and changed?

Hello, a long time ago my ornata enter key suddenly started typing the key to its left in some applications (I use the ptbr windows layout so it types ~). Yesterday it began to have the EXACT same error of this thread.I made what the support answered but it didn’t solved. I tried to make the factory reset but it would enter in a mode where i press the keys and they just react with green color (which i think its the demo mode), and when I replug the keyboard the error continues.It makes no difference with the synapse open or closed, but sometimes it stops typing “as” when i change the layout to ENG, but not for a long time.Thank you

Dear all,Instead of asking for an update to Synapse Software for making cheat sheet printouts of custom key mapping like herewhy not invent a Tartarus Ultimate where every key has a small display?! And any key mapping will be shown there plus putting own pics there…like decades ago Art Lebedev Optimus keyboard or yet not available Flux Keyboard?while first was 1500 USD & 2nd will be probably around 500+ USD, around 400 USD that should be doable for a Tartarus one, isn’t it?Looking forward to getting your soon release date! best,Volker 

I use Huntsman v3 pro, and when I turn on synapse4 program, the keyboard lights up and I can edit it in the program, but the computer doesn't type.Type is coming out again when you type synapse programs

Hi.  I recently started having a problem with my Hunstman Keyboard. When in Windows, in Excel, Windows Explorer or Archicad (probably more softwares, but these are the ones that trigger me the most), if i try to use the left alt, it glitches the menu of the program i am in, like switching from using the regular left alt to highlightint the first letter of the menu items.  Tried another keyboard, and it wont do that. So i narrowed the problem to the Huntsman Keyboard. Any suggestions? 

Hey there! I have question about discounts. I’ve been looking for a new keyboard and i have all my periferals from razer, so the Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL seemed a good option. I live in Portugal and the keyboard is around 220€, its pricey as hell, but in the USA razer website, the keyboard has a 40% discount, 130$. Since the USA website only delivers for USA, it’s possible to have the same discount on razer europe? 

Hey all!I’m writing this post in hopes that I come to a solution to the double typing on my keyboard. I bought it a little over a year ago and I noticed that my ‘e’ , ‘a’, and ‘d’ keys sometimes double typed. I didn’t mind the issue too much at first, but I’ve been using it to type out my school work and the problem is consistently having me spend time going over typos or retyping entire segments. For context, I have the 100% keyboard with green switches. I’ve noticed the issue since day one. I clean the keyboard regularly, have the latest firmware downloaded. I would really like to find a solution since the keyboard matches with the rest of my setup and I like the feel of the green switches.

Keyboard will not work w/o synapse, cannot log in to my pc with keyboard, i have made sure that all firmware is current, downloaded the new synapse, still not working. anyone able to help me out?also on windows 11, not sure if that matters 

GreetingsFor quite some time I had issues with my keyboard not registering keystrokes of some keys, so I’ve been thinking of replacing the switches. I’ve tried resetting the keyboard and it’s been cleaned several times a year, but some keys just don’t register the stroke at all and some miss it from time to time. Led lights are on on all the keys. Are the new orange switches compatible with 2016 keyboard, since it’s not RGB? What are the issues I could face in this endeavor?Thank you for the replies.

Hello, I have a question about my razer wireless keyboard and mouse. I've lost the USB key that connected me to my Xbox or computer. How can I get back a wireless connection - is it enough to buy a USB 2.4 key? Or won't it work?If you can help me, I'd be very grateful. Thank you, have a nice evening 

Soo I try to use my keyboard as wireless for a while but before that I got a problem with battery is not charging up so I thought that might be the reason why I can’t use my 2.4ghz but it still not work, I try to use Razer keyboard pairing utility but it can’t find my USB dongle even tho I changed to different USB port then I try to use, then I also try to update Hyper Speed Dongle it can’t find my dongle when I plug in, I so sad abt it is there any solution through this? or I need a replacement for the dongle? Please help me. I really appriciate for any suggestion.Thanks guys!!

I recently purchased a Razer huntsman mini special edition for 100 dollars and as soon as I plugged it in the colors were all funky and messed up. I downloaded like 100 different Razer apps people on YouTube told be to download and it don't do Jack shit. It changes colors like it's rainbow. But the U key stays white. For 100$ i should have it working out of the box. Someone please help me fix this problem I don't wanna bring it back it's a really nice keyboard

I’m having issues with a new Blackwidow V4 Pro momentarily disconnecting every few minutes. When this disconnect happens, it freezes virtually everything else my computer is doing momentarily, including audio and mouse input. Even a YouTube video will pause and load when the keyboard disconnects. All of my drivers are up to date, razer synapse is up to date, and I know it’s not an issue with my computer because this doesn’t happen when the keyboard is unplugged or if a different keyboard is plugged in. I’ve tried moving the USB cords around as well, so I know the ports aren’t the problem either. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Hello, I have a Huntsman Elite Pro keyboard, and the other day my PC booted into BIOS upon turning it on. I’ve checked for sticky keys and have cleaned my keyboard, so I do not think keys are an issue. I’m able to boot into windows if I manually click windows boot manager from bios or if the keyboard is not connected when the pc is booting up. 

my razer hustman mini’s key is always active and i dont know why can you help me ? 

Some keys of my keyboard suddenly stopped (spacebar included - I'm using virtual keyboard to use spaces). The issue started yesterday and my ALT, CTRL WINDOWS and SPACEBAR stopped working, only the bottom left ones, the bottom right are doing fine. I have tried every option listed at the website but no luck so far. Please help me

So I have a black widow lite storm trooper addition it has orange non hot swappable switch's but I have the stuff needed to switch  it I just need to know where I should get the switch form
