Just got the keyboard yesterday, everytime I do Windows+L the l key just ends up getting stuck most of the times.Things I’ve done:Removed macros and disabled snap tap then uninstalled synapse. Tried to research for the keyboard driver but mine doesn’t exist. Plugged it into different ports. Cleaned the keyboard. Reinstalled synapse.Please help me, this is very frustrating as I have to reconnect the keyboard everytime it happens.

The red mute LED on my Ornata V3 isn’t working anymore when pressing the mute button since last Synapse V4 update…I’m on Synapse 4.0.86.2507180821.

in our keyboards are somethings named switch and one of them is actually the best.look I'm not telling to go buy these switches you have to find your comfortable switch.look the ones which make sounds aren't mechanical they are blue  switches which they are beter than the silent ones but still.the best switches are for red dragon keyboards they are mechanical and the best gamers in the world used them even technoblade used it😞. but what are the problems? actually i have a keyboard razer cynosa v2 and sometimes the problems are super annoying even the blue switches have this problems but not as common as razer.   

my keyboard writes two times after the razer synapse starts i did ugrade to 4 in he razer synapse 3 i needded to delete razer for this to fix 

My computer broke down earlier this summer and I had been using my Huntsman Analog keyboard with it and it worked perfectly but now I got a new computer from my brother, a stationary Asus computer with RGB lights on the fans in the cabinet, and I thought those would match my Huntsman keyboard perfectly. But when I plug it in, the keyboard shows no response whatsoever so I’m wondering if there’s a compability issue between it and the Asus compute? I believe the Asus computer is a gaming computer (though I’m not using it for gaming, nor did I ever use the keyboard for gaming) seeing as it has RGB lights inside it, looking very similar to those on my keyboard so I hoped it would work and I’ve tried every possible USB port on my computer but still nothing. Are they not compatible or shouldn’t it really matter what brand one’s computer is when it comes to connecting the keyboard to it? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, The keyboard lights on my razer blade 15 have not worked for a while, I have tried a factory reset and I uninstalled and reinstalled razer synapse and still no luck, does anyone have any other suggestions.

Is it possible to buy additional buttons for the Razer Ornata V3 keyboard with Ukrainian or Russian languages?

My Razer Black Widow v4 75% is having settings and lighting issues. When I boot up my computer the settings are irrelevant to the keyboard even though I just checked Razer Synapse 4 to check if they were there. They were, but my keyboard said otherwise. I had snap tap and assigned RGB to the keyboard, but those didn’t work. The RGB was in the default spectrum cycling mode and the setting were default as well. My keyboard is also amazon renewed, but my Razer Basilisk v3 Pro is from Razer.com and it works perfectly the way it's supposed to. My past devices from amazon renewed store also always had a key that was stuck white, for my Black Widow it’s the F10 key. (Sorry for the essay!)

My Razer keyboard is the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL. On the first day of using it, everything seemed normal except for the W key when playing Valorant. My actuation setting was 0.1mm, and I had Rapid Trigger set to 0.1mm for the W, A, S, D keys.However, in the following days while playing, I noticed that when pressing other keys, the W and D keys would sometimes activate on their own. When I tested it by simply typing, I also experienced key drifting with W and D, even when I wasn’t pressing them.Is this a defect or an issue with the keyboard?Video My Keyboard Error

Hello, I lubricated the switches on my Huntsman Mini with optical switches.After the modification, I assembled the keyboard, and the “e” key does not work. I have a multimeter, and I tried to test the photodiode, but the diodes are working (?).I think the problem is with the board.I tried replacing the mechanical switches, but that didn't help.I also wiped the diodes themselves with alcohol.Perhaps when removing the switches, I bent the board too much.

My W key started acting up and I was thinking of changing the switches for the classic asdw keys, but when I wanted to see how to change them before buying the replacements I can’t find a guide or if it’s even possible for an amateur to change them. I would appreciate it very much if someone can help me

Hey guys! Half a year ago i bought the Huntsman V3 Pro (not TKL) Keyboard on amazon. Pretty much since i have the keyboard im experiencing this one, and only this one error: So the Keyboard got the USB C cable plugged in, and the USB 3.0 plugged into the PC itsself (no hub). 90% of the cases where i start my PC, my keyboard remains black, except for the white LED on the Profile Display. So it does have power, it just doesnt wake up basically. So then i plug off the USB C cable on the keyboard side and plug it in again. It instantly turns on and works 100% correct. How can i fix it? Ive already tried things like ALWAYS enabling my USB Ports in my BIOS but that also didnt work. Not even resetting BIOS to default settings had any effect on my keyboard. Ive also tried using a USB hub, or using the other USB Ports on my PC: even 2.0 instead of usb 3.0 . I have an ornata v2 and it came with a very comfortable wrist rest. I am struggling to find the wrist rest anywhere online, on amazon, or on the razor store, i was wondering if there was any similar product that was also magnetic and as comfortable, or any way to get this wrist rest.

I am using a newly bought DeathStalker V2 (wired keyboard) and a KVM switch to operate my home, Windows 10 PC, and a Windows 11 work PC. Both PCs run the newest version of Razer Synapse 4.When switching from one PC to the other, the keyboard seemingly loses power, does not register keypresses, no lighting. When I switch back to the original PC, it again works. If, however, I reconnect the USB cable on the second PC, it now works there (popping up as a device in Razer Synapse), but ceases working on the original PC in the above fashion (and is not anymore listed as a device in Razer Synapse there).When I switch from one PC to the other, but that one is off, the keyboard loses power, but when switching back, it again works.Please note, that with this KVM switch, other keyboards, such as a Logitech G815, a Cherry Stream, and a big number of other USB devices, such as mice (including two different Razer models), webcams, USB sticks all work as expected.

Hey I have been having this problem since I format my pc.Every time I boot my pc the keyboard doesnt work and I need to unplug it and plug it again, I already download all the softwares and searched thru every configuration but I still dont know why this keeps happening.Before I formated my pc I didnt have a single problem with the keyboard

razer cynosa v2 is bad because of the switches that is used in it i used it for less than 5 months and the switches suck don't buy it I'm in Iran ok the price is 5,000,000 tomans till 10,000,000 or sometimes 12,000,000 tomans! its crazy yeah?! but instead of paying 12,000,000 toamans and using your keyboard for 3 months u can pay 23,000,000 tomans and have a Logitech and use it for 20 years 

Hi, I’m a new Razer user and I own a Razer Joro and a Basilisk V3 Pro.I’d like to ask if in the future it will be possible to add an Fn Lock option and allow full remapping of all function keys (F1–F12), including the Bluetooth ones.The Joro is a fantastic keyboard, but this limitation slightly reduces flexibility for gaming.

My Keyboard shows me different stuff then what it actually is when I type it.What do I need to do?

Trying to find a replacement cord for this Blackwidow V3. dosent have to be pink, just not sure exactly what to use since it is shielded and grounded aswell. pics attached

Couldnt find any information on this. Does the keyboard work wired without the battery? I intend to use the keyboard without the battery as my previous asus keyboard battery started swelling and just want to avoid all that.

If you're like me and use Razer keypads from Nostromo to last Tartarus and are used to the tactile feedback of the keys, but want something more modern than the meсhmembran on the Tartarus v2, you might be considering a swap. I've conducted an experiment, and it works. The purple switches work perfectly on the Tartarus PRO. Yes, you'll lose the analog input and Rapid Trigger. However, if you prioritize the tactile feedback and the feeling of pressing the keys, you can rest assured that it will function properly. One way or another, you can take it back.
