Good Morning the Cult of Razer,  Does anyone know how can i fix the faulty IR Sensor Part? my numpad 9 wont working. is there any part number or type that i can find.  thank you

KEYSPAMMING 

I’ve only had these keycaps since the end of April 2024 (so less than 4 months) and I’m already having an issue. Of all things, the right side of my Left Alt keycap has chipped somehow, causing the top split to easily detach. Please excuse my keyboard. the lighting and close-up make it look much worse than it is.There’s been no “incident” with my keyboard (nothing dropped on it, I’ve not even moved it). I don’t use that key excessively and I hit the space bar just between B and N with my left thumb… so I can’t think of any reason why this has any sort of damage at all other than a factory defect. It also seems nearly impossible to somehow contact Razer about this directly (through a support channel) since I don’t have a serial number for the keycaps and the SN for my Huntsman Elite has ended warranty support a while ago (was going to put in that SN just to get to contacting support). Is there a method for contacting support that I am unaware of?

isnt it time for razer to do a proper driver and config program for linux?with the increasing use of linux for gaming and it is really good except for all my razer gear.i love my razer gear but having the issues with my tartarus v2 not being able to config it and use it im currently looking for replacement.you are missing out on an upcoming market that will only grow the more windows sells people out and more and more people are moving to a linux based system, it works really well now and will only be better./SkitBra

Currently typing this on a different keyboard… Ive had my Razer Huntsman v3 pro for less than a year and ive kept it clean and in tip top shape. I've never spilled anything on it or on my desk for that matter, same with food. I don't even eat at my desk. I've done nothing to cause this i just play fortnite a decent amount. I would say i play a lot but most people who play on pc competitive fortnite play much more than me. I play 3-4 hours a day on average, rarely more than that. The E key is my edit bind so i press it a lot but never super hard or aggressively. I've had many other keyboard in the past such as the Wooting 60% and the gk61. Both still work (I'm using the wooting now). I like the huntsman a lot which is why I've been using it. There is no reason why 1 key on a 200$ keyboard should just stop working after a year of use. This whole thing is quite ridiculous to be honest and i know for a fact I'm entitled to a replacement keyboard from either razer or Amazon. I'm worried abo

Hi, using a black Widow V3 halo edition,is there any firmware updates for this?can only find standard v3 firmware updater for it, should I use that? also in Razer Chroma the “\|” and “#-“ key isn’t on the setup page, so those 2 keys doesn’t light up,is there a fix for this? UK keyboardthanks

Hey, as the title says, my BlackWidow V3 Pro started spamming macros I never assigned. I just came back to my computer and keys like “d” now type “dfrc”, “a” opens some Window stuff etc. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse, updating the keyboard FW, testing on other PC, always the same. Any idea what might’ve caused this and how to fix it? Luckily I could swap to my old keyboard but this is genuinely one of the most annoying things that ever happened to me, related to my HW.

There’s multiple threads on this issue so far, but not many answers. Is there any available dongle or other connector that is compatible with the Turret X keyboard and/or mouse?Some people have lost their original dongle, and can’t get a replacement.  Some people just want to maybe use a different mouse without needing 2 receivers.  But there seems to be no options at all.Surely it’s possible to make something compatible with whatever weird proprietary solution the Turret X uses?

I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.

I am considering purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile keyboard, but I noticed that this model does not seem to have dedicated indicators for Caps Lock and Num Lock (the full-size version should include this feature). Could you please confirm if there are alternative ways (such as lighting effects or Synapse software notifications) to display the status of these functions?As this feature is important for daily use, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or solutions. Just got the keyboard yesterday, everytime I do Windows+L the l key just ends up getting stuck most of the times.Things I’ve done:Removed macros and disabled snap tap then uninstalled synapse. Tried to research for the keyboard driver but mine doesn’t exist. Plugged it into different ports. Cleaned the keyboard. Reinstalled synapse.Please help me, this is very frustrating as I have to reconnect the keyboard everytime it happens.

It it possible to replace my F & J keycaps with a variant that has the position bumps more prominent?  I have a problem sensing these due to a partial numbness of my fingers - and I don’t type so good anyway. 

I have a new BlackWidow V4 keyboard.  I was trying to put a series of keystrokes into a macro and that worked, but it comes out at the speed I typed it in - very very slow since I make a lot of keystroke errors. Is it possible to edit the timing so the macro executes much faster than I type?Thanks,Max

I have owned the blackwidow v4 mini lightspeed for about 5 months and have only removed the USB dongle from my pc usb port 2 times...and this second time I did it fell apart the metal casing was stuck in the port and all the plastic pieces I had to grab out with tweezers...this is ridiculous for how much I payed for a wireless keyboard just to have the most important part simple fall apart from just being plugged in and your website says your sold out of replacements it should absolutely be under a warranty or somthing for only being about 5 months old....please send me a replacement dongle ASAP...as I said this is completely unacceptable craftsmanship from a trusted gaming company like razer

Hi everyone.I’m using a Razer Huntsman V2 Analog with analog input enabled.My goal is to use ONLY movement keys (WASD) as an analog left stick (XInput),while using a mouse for camera/look and all other actions, similar to:left stick = movement, mouse = right stick.Setup:- Keyboard: Razer Huntsman V2 Analog- Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3- Software: Razer Synapse 4- WASD bound to Left Stick (analog) via Synapse- Mouse is used as a normal mouse (no emulation via Synapse)- Games tested: Dying Light 2 / Dying Light: The Beast, The Witcher 3, God of WarThe problem:1) When analog WASD is active (keyboard emulates a controller),   moving the mouse often disables movement input.2) Games constantly switch UI prompts between controller and keyboard/mouse.3) Some games completely block mouse input while the virtual controller is active.I tried:- Steam Input (mouse mapped to right stick via "Joystick Mouse")- Forcing controller input in-game- Disabling mouse acceleration / smoothing- Different Steam Inp

Just what the title says. Its been a few years, and I’d like to see if Razer responds with plans to support the Tartarus Pro product line. Specifically, I need keycaps, as mine and worn through, and these do not seems to quite be a standard profile. And of course, you cannot get the “20” key (spacebar) anywhere.How serious are you, Razer? Let’s see it.

keyboard repeat  inpit l key afterpress I win +l lock Windows . I believe it’s Razer synapse bug.  Quit Razer synapse win+L will be ok. Can anyone solve this???

Hi,Bought a Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro TKL LP Hyperspeeed, model RZ03-0545. I've bought it for the small form factor, the ability to color individual keys and the wireless capability. I've only had problems so far.We have 2 PCs, a Hunstman v2 Analog KB, a Deathstalker v2 Pro and a Basilisk v3 Hyperspeed mouse.First issue: even though it is working fine as a regular BT or wired device in Windows 11, it is not recognized by Synapse 3, no matter how it is linked. Device was updated to the latest 1.3.0_r3  firmware version, but there don't seem to be any drivers available.So I've reluctantly upgraded to Synapse 4 on one PC. Now it is finally recognized by Razer's own software, but since the yet too raw Synapse 4 hang 4 times while upgrading my settings with 66 macros, I now have 66x5 macros. And of course the new interface doesn't allow one to either export or delete more than one macro at a time either.So now the new keyboard can be hooked and is seen by Synapse 4 in wired, dongle and BT mod

Hi,Any reason why the Blackwidow V4 Pro with green switch is not available with the AZERTY (FR) layout?Those combinations are possible in the online store:green switch + US/DE, etc. yellow switch + FRBut green switch + FR doesn’t seem possible, why?As soon as one of these two options is selected, the other one changes automatically to something else.I’d need an AZERTY keyboard. I tried the yellow switch and it was definitely not for me.

It was mentioned and the description also shows that cs2 edition can handle 8000 polling rates, but there is no way to set this in Synapse.So is the description misleading to buyers?Based on the poling rate test, I don't see it reaching more than 1000.Should this information prove to be false, I will pursue legal action, as it is misleading to all consumers.  

Game Mode is somehow being activated without me having pressed the FN+F10 keyboard shortcut. I have no desire for my Windows key to periodically be disabled while I’m working. I’ve wasted a lot of time tracking down why this was even happening in the first place. God forbid a “Game Mode activated” banner should pop up by default so users can at least know why their Windows key has suddenly stopped working.I’ve tried disabling it in Synapse with the hope that this behavior can at least be suppressed while Synapse is open, but no dice. Please advise on how I can disable this intrusive, unwanted behavior.Keyboard: Ornata V3

i have a razer cynosa v2 and im wondering is razer does personal keycaps as i havent found anywhere that they do and the keycaps on this keyboard are diffrent from im guessing standard ones? its my first keyboard and want the keys to be transparent

Wanting to purchase a razer keyboard for a Mac mini but I’m concerned if it would work or not as I’ve had trouble in the past with using Razer mice / keyboard on my old Mac. Just wanting to know if anyone has any issues with it?
