So this is kinda hard to explain but essentially when I press a key and I keep holding the key down but just make less pressure but without letting go fully, the key will stop pressing. I first thought this was an issue with my keyboard so I sent it back and got a new one, guess what , the same is happening so I think this may be normal behavior of this keyboard? In my experience every time you fully let go of a key it will stop pressing, not when you just apply less pressure. Is this intended? I love this keyboard but this thing is a huge turn-off for me, since I play cs go, I need to keep holding a lot of time W, and If I let a bit go, my guy, will stop walking. Please help!!

Hi, I have a razer huntsman elite and a hyperspeed v3 mini wireless. Both Keyboards have a problem with the rgb leds. The keyboards randomly turn off the rgb and turn it on again. It takes one second to turn on again. I reinstalled the razer software and deleted all the files from the razer software. I tryed it with the 2.4ghz connection and with the usb cable. i turned off all the energysave settings. Sadly nothing helped and i am going crazy. I even made a new account and profile. Does someone has a Idea what i can still try. The problem is totaly random, sometime it happenes twice in one minute, sometimes once in 5 hours.

i turned off my computer last night and when i turned it on in the morning my keyboard was not working and i did nothing how can i fix it

No sound from windows when I plug into USB. No lights, keyboard does not work. Have I bought an expensive dud? I am typing this from a razer chroma with all the razer software installed.

Looking at a BW V3 Pro and was curious to see just how quiet these "New" Yellow switches are as the board's info page says they now include dampeners to make them silent. I am looking at a board with Cherry silent reds, if I am allowed to use that name here... Just curious how these compare. Does anyone have a a BW V3 Pro or any other board really that uses these new yellow switches? I would love to hear a sound clip!

Hi, Is there any known issue with the BW Elite when plugged to Docking station (Dell)?. It Works fine when I plug it to PC. But with the docking station, some keys start typing repeatedly. And not the same keys, also when it occurs I notice a big latency. For now when this happens, I unlplug and plug it again and it fixes the problem for some time. But this occurs up to the 3 or 4 times a day. And I need to use a docking station because my 2 pc's (work) has only one usb port and 2 thunderbolt 4. I love this keyboard, but if I can't fix this for sure I will change for wireless or something else. Thank you.

Hoping this is in the correct section. I have a Cynosa Chroma RZ03 0226. In some games I like to enter console mode by pressing the F1 button. I know it works as the 'help' button in other programs like Word and web browser. For some reason, in games it will not. I press FN F1 and yes, it mutes my volume. But to just press it, it does nothing. Is there something I should otherwise be doing?

Hey Fam, Looking to make the jump from the yellow team to the green team. Part of what I am looking for is a silent full sized board that has a detachable USB sable that can easily be plugged into a TKL and/or a 60% board to make the switch from work to gaming. I am loving the reviews that I have seen for the new V2 analog linear switches in the boards with the dampening foam. With that I would probably buy the suite of Huntsman boards except for the fact that the full sized board does not have a removable cable. The technology is there for the TKL version. Might I suggest adding a detachable cable for folks like me that need a full sized board for daily use, but love the smaller footprint when scrolling or gaming. Could even sneak in a 2.4 of Bluetooth option as well to have an optical version of the Black Widow V3. Just my thought. I have pretty much everything else picked out and lined up. The board is my main holdup...Just my 2 cents...

I would love for this to be a filter when comparing all of the keyboards on the site. I am looking at getting a full size board for work but would like the option to switch over to a 60% when I am done working and just want to do some casual gaming or maybe just enjoying the endless scroll... Does anyone know which full sized boards might have a detachable USB cable?

I had a Win10 system and used Synapse to bind the M1-M5 keys to CTR1-5. I used these keys to activate onscreen functions in LOTRO.(Lord of the Rings Online). I now have a new system with Win11 and I have been unable to duplicate the same process with Synapse 3. I can create the Macro, assign it to one of the M keys, but the game either does not recognize the keypress or has multiple in-game problems. (such as mouse conflicts, repeated random keypresses etc) I am fairly certain I had an older version of Synapse on my Win10 system, but I can only find Synapse 3 installers now. Has anyone been able to get the macros assigned and working properly with Lotro or other games in Win11?

I tried what the faq says I can’t get it to work I just recieved them today. They worked once. U put them to charge and then it doesn’t work anymore. No light. No pairing audio nothing!

A long time ago when I was still discovering Razer, I heard about their green o-rings for dampening keys (also how I discovered o-rings). I got my first razer keyboard recently, and I was super excited to get those signature green o-rings (yes I know I would never see them when using the keyboard). The only official content I can find on them, is this forum post. But all the links in it lead to a 404 error. :C Did they stop selling them? Were they a limited thing?

I just bought a Razer Blackwidow V3 - RZ03-0354 Yellow Switch from Amazon and after plugging it in I am getting issues with keys double/triple typing. I have seen similar issues listed for the Mini and Pro versions with firmware updates but I have not seen one for the RZ03-0354. There is no firmware update on the Software and Firmware updates page. I was wondering if anyone had the firmware link to update this keyboard so I can correct this issue.

Hi, I love my Deathstalker Chroma but I keep having to solder the wires in the cable back together. I saw a video where someone removed the metal clickers from an Ornata to make it basically a membrane keyboard, is it possible to replace the keys with the chiclets from my Deathstalker as well? Alternatively, does anyone know what terms I could search for in order to purchase a new cable for the Deathstalker Chroma? Thank you!

I love the keyboard and it's my 1St razer keyboard but the dumb me went to connect to my Facebook account without thinking that the email on my Facebook was my old email which is now inaccessible so now I have a problem with changing the email/deleting the account. Is there anyone out here that can help?

I just purchased a set of black PBT replacement keycaps for my (yes, I know out of warranty!) RBWC V2 keyboard from Amazon. It has all the caps but no caps for the memory keys on the side of the keyboard. Trying to contact RAZER SUPPORT but it won't allow me since it is out of warranty. Are these supposed to be included and/or are these available? Thanks

Hello I have a problem on the led of my P letter. The led stay white whatever I do on synapse. I tried to re download the software but the issue is still here. rgb works again on the cap when I put the keyboard on the "BT" mod but I use the keyboard with the wire. How do i remove the function of a key (G for example) i want it so if i hold fn then press g it registers G instead of doing the function, Here is an example (i want to press f3 and g for a shortcut but you need to hold fn and 3 for f3 and if you hold fn and press G it will just do its function meaning i cant do the shortcut ) how to i disable the function of it and any other keys? huntsman mini keyboard

I got the Huntsman v2 Analog optical keybaord for Christmas because I wanted a new keyboard that would be a solid step up from my older keyboard where many of the letters on the keys have all but disappeared from all the typing and usage over the years. I'm not really a gamer but I've seen the Huntsman keyboard online and thought it looked awesome to have with the underlight effects on it and how it would also make it easier to see when typing on it. I tried setting it up today and I plugged in the USB cables but for some reason, it's completely unresponsive. I have a quite small Asus HDMI computer running Windows 11 so I figured the OS would be compatible at least. I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong and I'm feeling quite frustrated. I've gone back to the old keyboard to type this until the issue is solved and I've been switching back and forth between the two keyboards during the setup attempt. I've also downloaded the Razer Synapse software to see if that would get the keyboard

My Razer Black Widow Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 keyboard will not allow me to bind my macros to the M1-M5 keys. Every time I try to save, it simply does not. When I try to check the M1-M5 keys it states that they are "Default Disabled". How do I change this?
