I had a Win10 system and used Synapse to bind the M1-M5 keys to CTR1-5. I used these keys to activate onscreen functions in LOTRO.(Lord of the Rings Online). I now have a new system with Win11 and I have been unable to duplicate the same process with Synapse 3. I can create the Macro, assign it to one of the M keys, but the game either does not recognize the keypress or has multiple in-game problems. (such as mouse conflicts, repeated random keypresses etc) I am fairly certain I had an older version of Synapse on my Win10 system, but I can only find Synapse 3 installers now. Has anyone been able to get the macros assigned and working properly with Lotro or other games in Win11?

I tried what the faq says I can’t get it to work I just recieved them today. They worked once. U put them to charge and then it doesn’t work anymore. No light. No pairing audio nothing!

A long time ago when I was still discovering Razer, I heard about their green o-rings for dampening keys (also how I discovered o-rings). I got my first razer keyboard recently, and I was super excited to get those signature green o-rings (yes I know I would never see them when using the keyboard). The only official content I can find on them, is this forum post. But all the links in it lead to a 404 error. :C Did they stop selling them? Were they a limited thing?

I just bought a Razer Blackwidow V3 - RZ03-0354 Yellow Switch from Amazon and after plugging it in I am getting issues with keys double/triple typing. I have seen similar issues listed for the Mini and Pro versions with firmware updates but I have not seen one for the RZ03-0354. There is no firmware update on the Software and Firmware updates page. I was wondering if anyone had the firmware link to update this keyboard so I can correct this issue.

Hi, I love my Deathstalker Chroma but I keep having to solder the wires in the cable back together. I saw a video where someone removed the metal clickers from an Ornata to make it basically a membrane keyboard, is it possible to replace the keys with the chiclets from my Deathstalker as well? Alternatively, does anyone know what terms I could search for in order to purchase a new cable for the Deathstalker Chroma? Thank you!

I love the keyboard and it's my 1St razer keyboard but the dumb me went to connect to my Facebook account without thinking that the email on my Facebook was my old email which is now inaccessible so now I have a problem with changing the email/deleting the account. Is there anyone out here that can help?

I just purchased a set of black PBT replacement keycaps for my (yes, I know out of warranty!) RBWC V2 keyboard from Amazon. It has all the caps but no caps for the memory keys on the side of the keyboard. Trying to contact RAZER SUPPORT but it won't allow me since it is out of warranty. Are these supposed to be included and/or are these available? Thanks

Hello I have a problem on the led of my P letter. The led stay white whatever I do on synapse. I tried to re download the software but the issue is still here. rgb works again on the cap when I put the keyboard on the "BT" mod but I use the keyboard with the wire. If you can solve the problem it will be great. PS : I'm not a native English speaker so i'm sorry for my English

How do i remove the function of a key (G for example) i want it so if i hold fn then press g it registers G instead of doing the function, Here is an example (i want to press f3 and g for a shortcut but you need to hold fn and 3 for f3 and if you hold fn and press G it will just do its function meaning i cant do the shortcut ) how to i disable the function of it and any other keys? huntsman mini keyboard

I got the Huntsman v2 Analog optical keybaord for Christmas because I wanted a new keyboard that would be a solid step up from my older keyboard where many of the letters on the keys have all but disappeared from all the typing and usage over the years. I'm not really a gamer but I've seen the Huntsman keyboard online and thought it looked awesome to have with the underlight effects on it and how it would also make it easier to see when typing on it. I tried setting it up today and I plugged in the USB cables but for some reason, it's completely unresponsive. I have a quite small Asus HDMI computer running Windows 11 so I figured the OS would be compatible at least. I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong and I'm feeling quite frustrated. I've gone back to the old keyboard to type this until the issue is solved and I've been switching back and forth between the two keyboards during the setup attempt. I've also downloaded the Razer Synapse software to see if that would get the keyboard

My Razer Black Widow Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 keyboard will not allow me to bind my macros to the M1-M5 keys. Every time I try to save, it simply does not. When I try to check the M1-M5 keys it states that they are "Default Disabled". How do I change this?

Hi I just bought a Razer mechanical keyboard with extra keys such as M1, M2 to M5. I'm wondering whether Vim can map those extra keys? It would be appreciated if anyone can give me some suggestions on how to do it.

There's a Razer Huntsman V2 Analog, now a Razer Mini Huntsman Analog... Why not a TKL version of it?

I recently bought a cynosa v2 keyboard second hand. I have identified a problem with the secondary function options for the macro, game mode, brightness up/down, and sleep functions. However, when testing to see if it was a hardware issue, I found the keys are actually responsive as F# keys however when the fn key is pressed, they light up, but the function does not change.

I love the keyboard, but I have to go back to my full size Logitech keyboard. On my Logitech to take a Nvidia screenshot I press ALT+F1, 2 key presses, and it saves the screenshot on games or sims. But on the Huntsman Mini I have to hold the FN key and press the ALT+F1, 3 key presses, a bit awkward. NO screenshot is saved? I notice on the Huntsman that when I press the FN, the ALT key is not lit, and assume this is not active for use? I wish that had not purchased this keyboard!

So I successfully open up Roblox bee swarm Simulator game and everything was working when I first open the game the button on the top of the controller you could hit for a single activation of the pollen collector tool but then after a few seconds it went away and stopped working and I can't get it back.

Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard and Razer Synapse has this annoy issue of creating new profiles when I wake my PC from sleep and sometimes when starting up, instead of using the onboard profile which is my default profile. Anyone know of a solution for this issue? TIA malley

i am very new to this key board the old one was very easy this new one does not give me much i am not a young guy just a old heavy eq mech that,s hard on key boards these are the only ones that last the wife yells at me quit drilling them to the table i just want to know how to get the colors to stay in one color and not shift or how i can change them to a new one its the new ornata v2 THX YANCY

Hi After doing an update for my razer keyboard program, my computer is bricked and I keep getting BSOD. I'm downloading a windows utility hoping the repair tool can allow me to fix the OS or delete that fucking razer shit entirely. Any advice or past experience on how azar echatrandom to fix it? I have the V1 and love everything except for the poor quality volume control knob which stopped working shortly after I purchased the board. I added a usb volume control to my system which works better anyway but am now interested in getting an improved version of this board with the higher polling rates. I looked at the regular Huntsman V2 but it doesn't have the rgb on the wrist rest and I like that feature. Do you think that Razer will give us a revised version of the elite? I tried looking at alternatives, Corsair K100 and actually bought it only to discover that it was defective when I got it home so back it went plus it felt cheap along with the SteelSeries Apex Pro but the keys didn't feel right so that was a no go too, and nothing compares to the way the Razer keys feel and I don't want another mx blue board now that optical is here.
