Olá, Boa noite!Eu tinha um mouse Razer Viper Mini há 3 anos, porém este ano o mesmo começou a desconectar do computador (apenas quando eu jogava algum jogo. Ele se desconectava e desconectava em instantes, porém eu perdia performance nos jogos). Pensei que era algum defeito, então há 2/3 meses comprei o Razer Cobra, e o mesmo estava funcionando até hoje, quando começou a acontecer o mesmo problema durante as minhas gameplays. Alguém consegue me ajudar?!

Hi guys, I recently bought a deathadder v3 pro and when I try to connect it wirelessly to my pc it doesn't detect anything even the usb dongle itself. (You know when you plug a device into the pc there will be a sound that windows make, that sound doesn't even sound off when I plug in the usb dongle.) But when I plug it into the wired one it's working, Synapse detects it. I tried all the usb ports available on my pc. I tried it on my brother's pc also still the same result.

My mouse no longer works using the usb but my computer detects the dongle I’m not sure if it a problem with the mouse or the usb neither should be damaged. Another problem is that while my mouse is connected to the charger it works for seconds at a time then just freezes.

Has anyone found another source for replacement micro USB cables that fit into the charging dock of the Viper Ultimate mouse?

Hello guys! i have i problem with my razer viper v3 pro ,my sensor was lagging or just turning off on halftime, so i decided to resolve this problem by update driver on my mouse , i downloaded from official site this update but when i run this update i got this “input string was not in a correct format” what i did wrong?thanks in advance for your help! 

Hello! I’ve had my Basilisk Ultimate for 2.5 years, and since last week I’ve been having problems with its dongle. When the mouse is connected through the cable it works just fine, but it doesn’t respond at all when connected with the dongle. I’ve tried update the drivers with the firmware installer, it says an update is required but the install goes to 40% and then goes back to the “an update is required” screen. I’ve also tried uninstalling the drivers and restarting my PC. Also all other steps on https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5550. Lastly I’ve tried the razer pairing program, it says it cannot pair the dongle with the mouse. So, I’m thinking my dongle is simply dead. My warranty is expired, but I was wondering if you guys think buying a replacement dongle would work or if the problem is elsewhere? Thanks in advance! edit:After playing around with it some more (mostly restarting/updating my laptop) the firmware installer now goes to 100% and then goes back to 40

Can the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse be used continuously with a cable?because it's wired?

I love the viper v3 pro but the sensor is so bad right now fix it please 

I need a new mouse for work, but my wordplace does not allow thurd party drivers or software to be installed. Will the Razer Cobra wired gaming mouse install any drivers or third party software on my computer?

Hi guys, I bought this product from a Hungarian website, Emag. The first was to immediatly plug into my pc, but the mouse can not be recognized  by the Synapse program and cannot be registered based on the serial number either, because it said the product already registered. 

I tried charging it for a day but nothing happened

HelloI have just bought Razer Deathadder v2 pro with charging dock. When connected via cable, the mouse works flawlessly. However, when I connect the adapter to the charging dock and USB directly to the motherboard, the mouse does not connect to the computer. There is a loop sound of the USB device connecting and disconnecting. I have downloaded and reset all drivers, but the problem still persists.

What do you guys think of these 2 mouses? Every razer product i bought, I didn't have any problem ever. Now I use deathadder for FPS and basilisk for MOBA.

I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed mouse, which came with a HyperSpeed Wireless USB dongle. My previous mouse is a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. Can I use the HyperSpeed Wireless USB dongle I have with my old Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse?I haven't been able to get used to the DeathAdder mouse and would like to use my old mouse with the HyperSpeed dongle. However, in the Razer Synapse 3 software, I can't see the HyperSpeed USB dongle listed under devices.I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this.

i have a problem with a connection my mouse i can,t connect to the rezar synapse

Hi guys, i just got my barracuda x and read the manual and tired die basics. When i connect the headseti with bluetooth on my pc:My mic sound is like „flipping“ while i talk you hear a sound like clac clac clac and it kinda interrupts my voice and cancels itWhen i start a game the sound suddenly changes and it sounds like radio like really really bad quality. is there a way to fix it? If not im returning that sh*t and never buy razers again (also tried with the razer app on my phone to change the headset into Gaming Mode)( also uninstalled drivers on pc) 

I wanna buy it now but I don’t wanna find that it went on sale two days after I buy it for full price.

Hello there, can you please assist me how to PAIR the mouse viper v3 hyperspeed with the razer hyperpolling wireless dongle? Both are connected directly to PC motherboard, windows is up to date, firmware for both device and synapse is latest version. Thank You

For example, is the number 1 button able to do what pressing 1 would do on a keyboard, and on rocket league do what number 3 button would do?
