Mice and Surfaces

I am using a Viper V2 Pro. However, the USB required for wireless connection does not respond when I plug it into my PC, and it may not be linked to the mouse itself. Also, how should I connect it wirelessly? I also purchased a dongle to make it 8000Hz, but I cannot update the mouse, so I cannot link it to the dongle.

I have such a situation, I lost the dongle from the deathadder v2 pro mouse, but I have an old deathadder v2 x hyperspeed mouse, can I somehow untie the dongle from it for a while and connect it to v2 pro until I get a new one for v2 pro

So I have some problems with synapse 3, I have another pc with razer mouse, keyboard and headphones.I have a sister that plays on that pc and she wanted to buy new razer mouse and headphones so she gave me hers, I had already installed the synapse 3 on my laptop but it doesn’t detect my mouse I tried everything, I tried unplugging it and plugging it again, I tried a different usb port, I tried reinstalling the synapse but nothing works. I have a razer basilik I don’t know what’s wrong. My mouse works fine but it just not detecting it is there anything I’m doing wrong?  

I have had my Razer Viper ultimate quartz pink for a few years now and recently the USB receiver has started playing up leaving my mouse in a disconnect loop whenever I am trying to use it wireless.I was wondering if you are able to buy that part separately from razer themselves, and how would you go about it?, as it would be cheaper for me than buying the whole mouse/another mouse, any help would be appreciated, thanks

My problem started the same day I bought/used the mouse and continues;After using the dongle for the classic 2.4ghz receiver of the Viper V2 PRO model, I charge the mouse, but when I plug the cable into the dongle again, the mouse does not move. While this is happening, the mouse appears to be connected in the Razer application and its charge status is shown as a percentage and sometimes it is shown as 0%, but after a while it gets better again.At the same time, the light on the scroll part of the mouse gives a signal by flashing white, but no matter what I do while the computer is on, I cannot solve this problem. To resolve the situation, I need to restart the computer while the mouse is in wireless state.I think the reason why the mouse sometimes shows 0% is to prevent da

Hi I had an inquiry on the DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed! So, on the website it says it has 1 onboard memory slot to use these keybinds anywhere without software however when I connect to my other device the mouse switches to default settings. I don't know the exact procedure to have the keybinds save so I would really appreciate your help!

My fiance bought a razer viper ultimate no more than a week ago, the light on both the mouse and charging dock constantly flickers on and off, if it is not flickering it will flash to white light. It seems to charge fine but it just seems to be the RGB light on both the dock and mouse. Is this a software or hardware issue? Is there anything we can do to solve this issue? Many Thanks

8 months ago i bought the razer viper v2 pro after 5 months the mice started to not connect than all a sudden the dongle didn't connect i tried to connect one of the workers for replacement but didn't happen im still waiting for some help. anyone advice

I bought a Razer Viper 2 Pro and a Hyperpolling wireless dongle today, but I don't know how to pair them, so I would like to know how to pair them.I tried the information on the web, but it didn't work.I don't even know why it can't be paired.

I have the Cyberpunk 2077 version of the Viper Ultimate.  It has firmware 1.06 installed currently.  I saw there was a firmware update version 1.07 available.When I run the update tool, it says my mouse needs the update & starts running.  It runs through one progress bar to 100%, plays a sound like the USB device is disconnected, & then gives a “get region information fail” message.What can be done to work around the error?

Just bought the Deathadder V3 Pro and went to plug it in, but there was no speedflex cable.Anybody know where it usually is in the box or if I am just missing it?

I just got the Viper V3 Pro and I'm just wondering if there is a way to charge it at night when your computer is on sleep mode because charging it by wire, keeps it on and its keeps my pc on. Both with the Razer wire provided and other wires that aren't connected to my pc it has this problem

Does the Viper V3 Pro have Motion Sync enabled on the 8K polling rate?

My Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse is not charging whether I put it on my cleaned Razor dock or if I plug the mouse directly into the pc with the usb cable. My Synapse software says its charging with the flashing lightening bolt next to it but the percentage charge for the mouse never goes up. That number only goes down. I have done ALL THE THINGS recommended to try to fix the issue. Nothing is working. Drivers are updated. Tried to charge with the mouse turned off. restarted software, cleaned connections. updated everything I possible could on my PC. What the hell Razor.

I would love the poop out of this mouse as I suffer from RSI in my right hand and shoulder. I understand this may not be cost effective approach, but there are some like me who have a need for it.  Thanks for hearing me out.
