so my death adder V3 was working Fine with & without the dongle (wired & wireless)so when ever it’s run low on battery i would just disconnect the dongle and connect it to the mice easy peasy, no heck ups, no nothing, all set and ready to game.how ever this time while i am in the middle of a league of legends game the mice stopped moving, so i thought oh out of battery cool cool, let me hock it to the charger and continue, little that i know it wasn’t connecting, i wasn’t getting the sound from windows when a device connects to it via USB.oddly the dangle was connecting to the pc and was getting recognized by the pc, but not synapse 3 and the mice wasn’t showing.i tried to connect it to the other PC’s & laptops with no luck the light indicator on the mice wasn’t working but the laser sensor was working when ever i connect it to any source of power.i tried installing and running the following:“Applicable Products: RZ01-04630 Mouse Firmware updater v2.00.03_r1, Dongle Firmwar

Hi,I recently bought a VIPER V3 HYPERSPEED mouse and the USB dongle has a rattle inside when I move it. I want to know if it is normal or if this means that something is detached inside. The mouse works properly at the moment. Should I be worried about this resulting in a problem in the future?Thanks in advance!

I think i have figured out the issue but, my mouse has been moving by itself, sometimes doesn't click when i want it to, and scrolling when it wants to. i have found a fix by connecting the mouse via Bluetooth, it stopped all the issues but before that i connected my old mouse because i thought it was the mouse that was broken but turns out it was the dongle. Which i will be buying a new dongle for the mouse when its back in stock.

I need recommendations need a mouse that I can use for editing my videos ?

Anybody aware of a replacement battery that will fit the basilisk  V3 pro.  I’ve seen a few on eBay and even Amazon that claim to, but I don’t think they look correct.

Hello! I’ve come here in search of help, because it seems that razer support doesn’t want to help without warranty.The mouse is ~2 years old, and about a month ago I’ve started experiencing furiating problems:Mouse reacts choppily, cutting out all input including clicks, movement, scrolling, side button presses, hyperscroll enabling, dpi changing and whatelse, though the lighting stays on. This can happen as often as every half a second and lasts up to ~3 seconds, sometimes I can go minutes without it happening. Sometimes the USB disconnect/connect sound plays, sometimes multiple times, mouse can start working again even after disconnect sound. The aforementioned, but the mouse completely dies, with the lighting turning off as well. Sometimes the USB disconnect/connect sound plays, sometimes multiple  times, though the mouse never reawakens. Rarely windows also gives a malfunctioning device error. Goes back to normal after replugging the mouse.This happens in all 6 USB ports. My keyboa

So I've recently bought a deathadder essential from AliExpress, it was originally 23€ but after some saved up discounts I ended up paying like 3€ for it. It seems to work perfectly, it's detected by synapse and after checking some fake v real videos it seems real. Can anyone help me discover wether it actually is real? 

Good day! Please tell me why the quality of components has dropped by a couple? I am an ardent fan of the RAZER company. I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse 2 years ago and it already has problems with the wheel, when scrolling up, it can do up down up down. At the same time, at work I have a Razer Ouroboros, this mouse is more than 10 years old, and everything is fine with the keys and wheel. So I have a question, why is an old mouse assembled from the best components THAN NEW ONES? Why should I suffer? I am in the Russian Federation and we do not have service centers to fix the wheel of my mouse. WHAT should I do? If anyone has any information, please tell me the part number or name so I can buy it and replace it myself. Or send me the wheel and I'll replace it myself.

I’m just out of limited warranty and the middle mouse button is both multi-clicking but also less sensitive so I need to press it down harder and it will open up like 8 tabs at once. It’s pretty much useless in games as I can’t quickly press it. Its right and left click functions still work for the mouse wheel but the middle click itself is hard to use.I wasn’t able to find any replacement videos or products. Has anyone attempted fixing this? If so how may I attempt to do so?The normal left and right click are optical switches if I’m not mistaken so they work flawlessly, however the middle click is mechanical so it’s bound to fail.

Hi,  I bought a wired mouse, a Razer Basilisk V3, on May 6, 2024, but it stopped working last night.  It's disheartening to experience such a malfunction within a month of purchasing a product that should last longer, especially considering the warranty period.  I cannot move the mouse pointer on the monitor screen anymore.  I can click and scroll.  It responds.  But the mouse’s optic sensor is not working anymore.  I have updated to latest firmware version.  It is just not working 😭 May I know how can I fix that? Best,Zin

My Razer Viper V2 Pro Mouse dongle is not working. but mouse is working fine when connected via usb It started doing this a few months after I bought it. Even though I updated everything, the situation did not improve.

I installed a new motherboard last night, and up until I went to bed everything was working fine with the mouse. When I woke up this morning, the mouse is no longer capable of being recognized by my PC. It won’t show up in device manager nor will it be detected by the firmware updater. I thought it might have just died, but I tested it on another PC and it works just fine. I’ve also tested other mice on my PC, and they function properly as well. It seems like it just isn’t receiving adequate power from my motherboard. I’ve uninstalled all mice and HID devices and reinstalled to no avail.

I tried to clean Mouse with contact spray. After mouse wont turn on. Under the mouse have red blink, i tried reset ( wheelscroll+left and right click) nothing changed. I cant see mouse in synapse. When i try to update firmware its says after %100 *connect the mouse to your pc with the supplied usb cable.*

I got my Naga Molten like 6 years ago, some day starts to having problems and stop using it. Recently i clean it, and test it, and its working but ith a problem:The cursor stops responding a few secons, then keeps working normally. Isearch a little but a similar topic () was posted 5 years ago, but got no answer or continuity. Somebody knows how to solve this situation? Thanks

Recently purchased a DA v3 pro and when I play valorant, I can notice micro stutters, im not sure if its my FPS dropping or not, I don't think it is. But I have tried some solutions like changing my polling rate from 1000hz -> 500hz. This change helps a little but its still there. I'm not too sure what to do, as this annoys / effects my performance quite a bit. Edit - Sorry forgot to mention that, I'm unsure if its a hardware issue because ive cleaned my sensor multiple times aswell as the dongle is close to my mouse and I've done a firmware update

I've had this controller less than 90 days and the right trigger will fail to fire when pressed or it will shoot while it's not being pressed. After closer inspection it appears to not be fully attached. Anyone else experience this? I DO have the trigger locks turned on. I also play Halo, an FPS, almost daily. I've NEVER dropped the controller ands it's never been bumped or etc. Also, I can't find the box it came in so I don't have my serial number to report the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

For the Hyperspeed technology on the Cobra Pro, does it come with the dongle or do I have to buy it separately? I can’t find any information on it

After Windows 11 v.10.0.22631.3880 update (incl. KB5039895 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 and Windows 11, version 23H2) followed by the clean install  of RAZER Synapse v3.9.630.62714, my mouse RAZER BASILISK V3 is unable to store profiles or Cycle Up profiles on mouse board memory.
