I was having scroll wheel issue with my first razer viper V2 pro and ask for a solution, then the support team provided RMA opition which I had to pay the Website MSRP price of, thats fine, but when I get the new RMA viper V2 pro, the mouse is competely not function on the wireless dongle. The dongle is not detected and can only be used wired, I ask for help again but the team kept onasking for recipt, order number and bunch of non sense, the support team took five days, replying one email a day to ask more stupid non exsiting question. The product that is defective is an RMA product and did not come with an order number. I am truly disappointed that the Razer can have 2 defective produts in a row, (I already been through all the troubleshooting). I highly doubt razer's quality control and its consumer support efficiency and effectiveness and I am considering whether should I have more purchase any product from razer in the future.

After the underwhealming release of a viper mini at 300 euro, i was wondering if that is their last version or will release soon a normal "pro" version of the mini wich many can afford with better sensor,wireless and so on…I tried the V2 pro but it's too big for my hand, the mini is just perfect for me but the scroolwheel and sensor are trash

I have a Basilisk X Hyperspeed and it suddenly stopped working.My notebook (Macbook Pro M1 2022) is not finding the mouse on the bluetooth connections, even though i have reseted the mouse. If i try to connect to a Windows PC, it show 'Dfubasilisk', and it connects to the device, but the mouse does not work. It's like the mouse firmware is not working anymore.I've seen some people had the same issue, but couldn't find anyone that has solved it. Does anyone knows the solution for this problem?Thanks in advance.

The manual calibration on my v2 is just plainly superior to the smart tracking option. I really hope there’s plans for adding it as right now it feels wonky. Would love to hear whether it’s in the works or not.

I'm using a Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed and the scroll wheel isn't scrolling. I've tried resetting the software as well as the mouse but it didnt work. My mouse is only about 3 months old so I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with the mouse itself. How can I fix this?

Hey there :3Viper ultimate is completely unresponsive, there has been an issue over the past two weeks with the mouse briefly loosing connection and today it went dead without warning. The color on the top still blinks but all buttons and mouse movement is gone. I reinstalled all drivers, reinstalled synapse. I attempted to install an update but it no longer tracks as wired. It still charges, but my laptop doesn’t register it as a mouse.  Anything I can do?

The mouse jumps into the corner.When I reinstall all drivers with Razer Synapse, everything works fine for 5 minutes.But then I don't know what kind of process turns on and starts throwing the mouse into the right left corner.What could be the problem.I have a Razer viper mini. 

I love this mouse since I have owned it back in May 2021; but recently I’ve noticed the battery is draining very quickly during my gaming sessions. I also noticed no matter how long I have the mouse on the dock or the mouse wired, it will not reach 100% charge but only up to 94%. Today I paid attention to see how quickly the battery would drain and I played for approximately 1.5 hours and it went from 94% to 61% in that short period of time. And from the short few minutes I signed into Razer.com and write this post it is at 55%. Is my mouse toast? Can anything fix this issue? 

Hello, Why this mouse clicks itself and switching scroll wheel mode iteslf every time when my computer power on or off ? Razer fix this in firmware if possible.This should not touch wheel switch when power on or off. This will damage mechanism soon I quess.

Hello. Unfortunately, I broke the dongle for my Orochi V2 due to negligence and have bought a new one (also for Orochi V2), but don’t know how to pair it with the mouse. Is there a way to do it?

So due to work reasons, I need to use a KVM to switch between work and personal KB and Mouse.Synapse cant seem to connect to my Naga Trinity through the KVM (any KVM I tried actually)I am trying to find a way to access my extra mouse buttons without Synapse (Macro keys on my blackwidow Chroma too) Anyone have any luck trying to perform this magic?  I generally use the 6 button panel so would need to map at least what, 11 buttons?

Hi, I just want to ask a 3rd person perspective on whitch mouse to buy for a student with a almost bad laptop that wants to switch to pc. I want it to be wireless and have some extra buttons so I am thinking of buying the basilisk X v3 hyperspeed but it is very contested for me with the viper mini because even though it is wired I don't really mind it since it weights 20-30 grams less and is cheaper. Maybe I'm dumb and there are other mutch better options that I just didn't see so I hope for your help.

Enjoying the mouse, but I so want to either disable the Y axis or make it 0 DPI.Even 1dpi would be ok I guess. Is this ever possible? Any hacks?, alternative product that Razer or maybe others offer ?

TL;DR Razer has a better(EU) version of this mouse previously available for US. Im going to return this mouse just because of scroll up noise issue. It’s loud as hell but caption this: The first viper 8k i bought in April 2023 has serial number RC-03050100-0000 and made in Thailand marked as UK/CA Europe version - it has no scroll issue at all. The second one i bought days ago from the same razer amazon store has serial number RC30-030501 made in China no region specified and has a scroll up loud as hell. I see there’s a lot of threads regarding this issue and razer support only states that “Not every product is 100% perfect.”. So what im going to do is to return this mouse and get a new one as long as it takes to get a version without this issue at all. I got two the same but completely different versions at the same time and i fill like razer is trying to make the production as cheap as possible. The Mouse Dock Pro and the mouse pulsate when charging, shouldn't the color change?Is that the case with you too?I use a Cobra Pro.The color when charging only increases when the PC is switched off, but since I use the ErP function on my PC, my USB devices are switched off by default.

Hi there, i have had my DAV3 for a few weeks and already it has this springy response in the side button closest to the front of the mouse. also, i have noticed the side buttons are loose and because of that makes the mouse rattle. is anyone else having these problems. if so would you know how to fix this?

Hello, i just started a class SolidWorks, i want to make full use of my Razer Tartarus ( in association with Synapse ofcourse) but both software do not like each other compared to using the scroll function of the mouse.The function in SolidWorks is ScrollUp or ScrollDown to zoom out or in.This is not working very good.Has somebody else the same problem? Thank you,Mondriaan

Well, I bought the Viper Ultimate approximately a month and a half ago and today I wanted to use it, but when I turn it on, the only thing that comes on is the DPI button light and it blinks. Does anyone have the same problem and/or know how to fix it?

I've been using my Razor Viper Wireless daily now for a couple of years. Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed the battery life being no where near as good as it used to be.Today, from a full charge (94% as it no longer charges to 100%), the mouse turned off after 4.5 hours of use (RGB off, 1000hz refresh, using wirelessly).I've seen a couple posts on here with the similar issue. Hoping there is a fix for the battery issue, if not it may be time to invest in a different mouse.
