Mice and Surfaces

So my Razer Viper died a few days ago and i replaced it with a naga v2 and saw that there a pucks sold as battery.So i also got an Puck, now I dont have the wireless charging thing for a rough 100 bucks and it seems that the "original puck" inside the mouse is just a cheap plastic placeholder, that doesnt even charge the mouse.So now im kinda confused how this sh... even works and if I do need that charging station.

I had an IT person point out that my mouse mat does not look normal & that I should get it checked out. Thought it was just what happens once it has been used for a while, although this happened the same day I began using it. Difficult to explain what is happening. It looks like all the ‘lights’ below the surface now have outlines. Even the logo in the top right is outlined with fine hairline ‘cracks’. This is the best word to describe it.  

I charge Basilisk Ultimate on the dock. After PC is turned off it shows charging status. The problem is that after it’s fully charged, it stays on green light forever. Is it anyway to make it turn off the lights after fully charged? It turn off the lights if it’s idle for 5min. (that’s what I set), but not on the dock, if it’s on the dock charging the lights stays always on indicating charge level, stays green after fully charged.

A bought my DeathAdder at the end of the last year, the mouse comes today, when i was going to configurate, the Razer Synapse doesn´t detect it, i already uninstalled a  lot of times, search for tutorials (on the Razer´s Site and Youtube), but nothing solves my problem. My last hope is quest to the community.

I really like this mouse it is my first gaming mouse I like its color and its looks and I think it is a very good mouse for starters

I got a Cobra Pro recently and it was working fine but suddenly it won’t connect to my pc and I can’t use it. However, if I plug it in either wirelessly or wired into the front of my pc it works fine. It only happens when it’s connected directly into my motherboard on the back of my pc. I’ve tried reinstalling Razer Synapse and updating my pc but it still won’t work.

I broke my basilisk v3 scroll wheel, Do you know where I can buy it?

I bought razer viper mini in legit store. It isn't recognised by Synapse 3 and I can't register it, couse serial number not recognised. 

I currently use the Basilisk V3 wired mouse. I want the better sensor and switches of the Basilisk V3 Pro, but I do not want the added weight the wireless components (radio + battery etc.) add to the mouse. Please consider a wired version of the Basilisk V3 Pro. Thanks you. P.S. I also use the wired version of the RAZER KRAKEN V3 wich is awesome as well.

Hello Razer SuppTeam , My Series Elite shows up as Bravo HD fw update.i try so hard to fix it because i love this Mic but in the last 3 days it dosent work no matter what i do,difrent cabels, difrent USB stocks but nothing….. i am so sad  Do you have a problem solution?Yours sincerely 

Hello, I bought the Razer Ultimate (RC30-031701) with charging station.When the mouse is in the charging station, the charging status of the mouse is shown to meCharging station displayed via RGB. Is there also the possibility of displaying the charging status on the charging station while I´m using the mouse? Or do I always have to get an extrawindow open so you can always see the charging status of the mouse?I hope someone can help me with this. In addition to the mouse, I also have the headset charger and the Razer Blackwidow v4 pro.

Hi, I cannot find firmware updates for the deathadder v2 x hypserspeed? All others ask me to plug in a cable which this does not have (and yes I've tried the wireless usb dongle). I'm having freezing issues with the hyperspeed dongle and one thing suggests updating firmware which I can't find?

My  mouse not working at all when plugged in via USB cable. I can see the pointer but it does not move at all. Not even showing in Synapse.But when i use  as wireless it works completely fine.I do not know how to fix it please help.

hi my mouse works fine on pc but the third button on the left hand side doesnt work when im on playstation when i have it binded to the letter p does anybody know why please help 

Hello, today I bought a razer basilisk v3 and everything works, I updated synapse but I have a problem with the scroll not working, for example, I can't scroll down and up on webside or discord… my old mouse is working but basilisk v3 not.Does anyone know what to do?

You may be wondering how I am typing this if my basilisk isn’t working, I had to use my mother’s wireless keyboard and mouse to. Last night it was working perfectly fine, sign out of windows, go to bed and wake up the next morning to my mouse looking normal, I didn’t realize anything wrong at the time, so I log into windows and I realize the cursor isn’t there. Unplug my mouse and plug it back in, nothing. Shutdown my computer and turn it on, nothing. Even checked Septic 3 and no detection, the RGB isn’t even working so I can’t even use it as fancy decor. What now?

I’ve been using my cobra mini for about 5 months and its starting to randomly disconnect when i’m using it and it reconnects after a second this might be a hardware issue but i’m not sure is there any way to fix that? Also the scroll wheel is bugging so when i scroll once it scrolls up twice then once down i don’t have something to blow condensed air in is there anything i can do?I do not have Synapse.

I’ve had this viper ultimate for a couple of years now, and never has it ever stuttered or skipped until about a day ago.  It happens randomly and is extremely annoying when I’m trying to play shooters.  I play on an Xbox with kbm.  I’ve already cleaned the sensor glass with alcohol, updated the firmware of the mouse, and plugged the wireless dongle into other ports; however, none have worked.  Clip of problem here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/JxVyixrsTx

I got this mouse nearly 8 months ago and it’s been working fine until now. Whenever I plug the dongle in, my laptop just starts going on the fritz. It disconnects and reconnects the device over and over again. I can move the mouse ever so often but it just stops afterwards and pauses for a short time before it reconnects again. And I’m talking like 2 second intervals between the disconnects and reconnects. I could still use the bluetooth mode, but I’m just really confused on how it started doing this.

I just wanted to give an official shout out on my Razer Atlas glass mat. I love it and fell in love with a glass mat back in 09 when Steelseries had the Icemat, it was literally my favorite mat and they stopped production some time ago, so when I saw the RAZER Atlas, I was ecstatic. It is easy to maintain, my Naga Elite Pro glides on it like butter as does my Mamba Elite. Thank you again for making this mat.

So i had a problem since about a year : my Razer Mamba Wireless would not work if used with the dongle (yes it had battery and the switch was on) so i used it with the cable since. But today i tried to look for help and see this page : https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6085/~/mouse-support so i clicked on “mouse connection issues” > “Mouse does not work or is not detected” > “USB Dongle” and done all the steps, the dongle is still not working (the mouse is really on i see the red light turning on/off as i switch the button). So my problem is still not solved. But there is another problem since. One of the steps that they told us is to update the firmware, i have done it, it has update the dongle firmware, then went for the cable update, it started to download it, then gone a step back, asking again to connect the mouse with the cable, even if it is already connected, and sicne my mouse isn’t working at all, either with the dongle or the cable…I would like to tel

Can a dongle from one model of hyperspeed mouse be used on a different model of hyperspeed mouse? Namely any mouse and its dongle from the list here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4048 such as Cobra Pro dongle on a Naga Pro.I know that only one mouse can be paired with a single dongle, so this assumes that the previous model is unpaired, and the hyperspeed dongle utility runs to pair/firmware update with the new model.

Before buying it, can you guys tell me if the viper v2 pro works on xbox series please!
