hey razer i bought a razer viper mini from saudi arabia and i’m curious to see if its legit and thanks

I’m about to pull my hair out. I have a Razer Naga X that doesn’t hold a left click very well. It does sometimes, but I work in Premiere and After Effects a lot and am often holding down the mouse for a few seconds, and it often drops the click, messing up my entire comp. The mouse is completely unusable with the lasso tool in Photoshop as it will never hold the click long enough to make my lasso. I searched the internet and was told to completely uninstall Razer Synapse and any semblance of Razer software on my system. Fair enough, I tried that and it didn’t help at all. Apparently that means it must be a faulty mouse. It’s out of warranty. Oh well, a new one is on sale, so I buy a new one. It comes in the mail and I’m all excited to finally have a usable mouse again. Guess what, the new mouse is slightly better, but still drops the click enough to drive me crazy.What the heck do I do? Hello i bought the deathadder mini, and i want to calibrate it to my mouse pad, i went to options, and there isnt no one for custom mouse pads  only for razer mouse pads. can anyone help me please?

Hello, i have a problem with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate. I didn't use the product for a week, and when I wanted to use it again, neither the left nor the right click on the mouse worked, and before that there was nothing wrong with it. I tried to connect it to another computer and that didn't help either, it doesn't detect left or right click at all. The other buttons work fine but not these two. The best mouse I ever used  .24 yrs of pc gaming ,  8 different gaming  mice , 4 Razer, 3 Logitech, 1 Steelseries . I have played MMO ,s . RPG,s . FPS , RTS and multiple variants there of .Pls bring back the Ouroboros .The adaptability makes it a superb allround mouse . Gaming , Browsing , Data entry are all a breeze with a Ouroboros . Adapt the grip , the shape , the weight and actions to suit any and all tasks .What stuns me is when a company is producing such a excellent product .Sadly review sites were had wildly varied views about the mouse . The one thing all the reviews agreed on the performance , the customization options and the overall quality . most of the negative reviews centred around wireless performance and battery/ charging issues  which were later fixed by better wii protocols and better battery tech/construction . Some moaned about certian button placement and inadvertent button pressing , jeez if you got hand like a gorilla or as dexterous as a drunken paraletic pen

Bonjour à tous. Je cherche depuis un long moment maintenant mais sans être sûr de ce que je trouve, Razer propose des Tapis de souris + souris à induction? Ou du moins à recharge sans fil? Car je commence à être lassé des souris filaire. Malgré que je soit un adepte de la Deathadder, le frottement du câble et/ou quand il se coince m’agace x) . Merci d’avance pour vos réponses!

The device is practically fried I think! It does not give a signal even when connecting it to a USB 3.0 and neither to the stand, nor to USB 2.0, nor does it give a signal on any laptop or several computers on which I tested it. The mouse Workd with wired and BlueTooth just Fine. When I say there is no signal, I say that it doesn't even appear in Device Manager, HID, USB, MOUSE, anything. I have tried with RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.03_r1, also with RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.03_r1 and with DeathAdder V2_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v1.02.00_r1, nothing works. It looks dead or defective, it's a bit embarrassing that I receive a new product in this condition. And since I'm not the only one this happens to, I've decided to open this thread.

Does the "Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro" support nvidia reflex testing? I noticed the V2 is listed as supported on nvidia's site, but not the V3 pro. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/technologies/reflex/supported-products/

I’m curious if Razer or anybody knows if Razer has plans to create a new mouse with the specs and look/feel of a Razer Basilisk V3 - Pro but has the two additional mouse buttons of the DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed on the top left of the left click button?

I’m running my Windows Boot Camp partition using VMWare Fusion on a Mac. I can launch Synapse 3 but it doesn’t see my Naga Pro mouse. I’ve tried the USB Dongle and Bluetooth. If I reboot in Windows using Boot Camp there’s no problem. Presumably the issue is that the mouse is available to both Windows and macOS and Synapse can’t see the mouse. Am I missing something obvious? Any suggestions?

Hello everyone, I just recently got a razer basilisk v3 pro, loving the mouse, but I am wondering if is possible to have it connect to two different USB Hyperspeed dongles, not at the same time. In this scenario I would use as follows:Morning, on my work computers  USB Dongle 1. Evening, on my personal desktop USB Dongle 2.I saw a page where I could buy dongles, but I was not sure if mine was there to be honest.

Had my adder for about 6-7 months now, I started noticing it stuttering a month ago at first. I was using an artisan Hien as my first pad, which i had for about 3 ish yrs, so i figured maybe it was the pad. But, now with my artisan zero, I am still having the same issue. It is usually where I have my wrist (where I sweat). The only problem is, the 2 wired mice I have (death adder and g502), both work with hrs of playtime. I notice this on multiple games so it probably isn’t game software. Not what else I should try.

Hello , my mouse is 4 month old and since yesterday it wont charge / detect when i plug the cable into the mouse. Tried to clean it up and change cable ; nothing worked. I’m pissed since i really took care of this mouse , and it’s been only four month it’s already not working. 

Hi everyone,When I move my DeathAdder V2 (cabled) mouse quickly left/right it’s USB connectivity drops.  It’s fine if I moved it north/South.  When I stop the fast action, USB reconnects.The issues is reproduced by moving the mouse very fast left and right over about 20cm.    I’m using a Windows 10 laptop and have synapse  v20230928.  The Razer Deathadder V2 driver is dated 18.08.2020 and s version 10.0.15063.0.  Mouse is updated to latest firmware.When I remove all Razer software and drivers, to use Windows native drivers, it works fine, never drops.  So it’s not a hardware issue. Has anyone else seen this problem?

I have the razer death adder v3 wireless one. I’m having issues trying to use the wireless dongle/mode I understand that there was a update on the 6th but every time I try to update it, it says connect dongle and not letting me hit update. I have the dongle plugged in I have done a redownload of the drivers and also did the razer clean to remove all the synapse files still having this issue.

I wondering, If I would be able to use the mic while conecting it to a usb type c port with an adapter.Thanks in advanced

Guys i dont know what else to do, i press my right click a thousand times, nothing happens on windows, the sound is fine, the physical click seens fine, but nothing happens, then i turn off my deathadder and… right after the windows right clicks alone, it’s seens like it’s pressed and when i turn off finishes the click, can be some config i’m missing?

I want to buy a replacement dongle for my Razer Viper Ultimate mouse as I’m needing to hold the dongle with a little pressure on one side or the other for it to make a connection. Sometimes this requires me fiddling around with the dongle in the dock for a while before I can use it. The Viper Ultimate usb dongle isn’t in stock but the Razer Mice and Keyboards USB HyperSpeed Dongle is in stock which shows as being compatible with the Viper Ultimate. My simple question, is there a difference between the Razer Viper Ultimate USB HyperSpeed Dongle and the Razer Mice and Keyboards USB HyperSpeed Dongle

My hand is not so big and for better control, i d love to have shorter mouse (in length) - 10-11 inches. Current VIPER 8k is 12.8. So i wanted to know if there will be such mouse in production in near future? Or do you have any other suggestions?

I bought a new mouse and charged it to 100% after purchase, after that I play for 2 days for 6-7 hours and the battery is already 88%! My friend has exactly the same mouse and after one day and 6 hours of play he spends 2-3% and for 2 days spent 6%. I keep my mouse on at night.Who has faced such a problem? If so, tell me how you solved it, I updated the firmware immediately to the latest.

I have razer deathadder v3 wired with 8k khz but whenever i go 4k 0r 8khz the game adds desync or latency i dont know the enemy peeks and moments becomes faster and i switch to 1 k hz everything is normal again i have a 240 hz dell monitor with i5th gen rtx 3060 ti and 32 gb ram wiht nvme m.2 ssd what may the reason for it and i have a dual monitor with benq 165hz monitor
