Mice and Surfaces

This is hugely disappointing. I just received my Basilisk V3 and was shocked to find out that the lighting profiles don't save to the onboard memory. Please make this possible via firmware update as it's the only reason I would want or need to use the profiles. I find it hard to believe this isn't standard functionality.

I bought Razer basilisk ultimate, and it really amazing , but unfortunately it came with USB dongle not with Charging Dock .. at least it's great performance I have, but could any one tell me if there Charging Dock bought individually or not .

I have a weird issue with my razer naga pro. Im using the 12 buttons side and i have button 1 and 4 binded for mouse button 4 and 5 but for some reason sometimes its swapping them so button 1 is MB5 instead of 4 as i have it binded and button 4 is MB4 while it should be MB5. Restarting PC fixes it. Today i tried fully resetting my binds and after rebinding everything it was fine for a few mins and they swapped again. This is the first time I plan on buying from Razer. Not sure how often collaborations happen. So I was planning on buying the new Genshin Impact themed Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro mouse but it said it was out of stock. Any Idea how long it'll take to restock the item since it's a collab item? How often restock such items? Or should I even be waiting for a restock at all?

So I was planning to buy the razer deathadder genshin edition but it was out of stock. So i want to know do they restock often or is it forever out of stock now?

The orochi v2 is a great mouse however the only thing holding it back is that it needs hips for the thumb and pinky finger to grip on to. this not only helps for a good fingertip grip but also for a good locked in claw grip. This mouse is so close to perfect but it is slightly off without this.

I recently bought Deathadder v2 ... I noticed that the force of pressing the right and left mouse buttons is different. The left mouse button is pressed a little easier and softer than the right one. I would like to ask the owners of a similar model - is this normal or a feature of my copy of the mouse?

Hi, My new razer mamba elite is making high-frequency noise from the sensor. Has anyone had a similar problem? Is there any solution? The sound is emitted all the time. I have the latest mouse firmware, I reinstalled the drivers but it didn't work.

like a topic my orochi v2 when pair with wireless it's ok but when i swap to bluetooth it's skipping some frames and i think it increase its dpi what should I do ? thx sry for my english

I am looking to get a new mouse, but am a little uncertain on which to get. I have a Razer naga mouse that I love, however I don't use majority of the buttons. I do need the macro support (required feature) and mostly need to know which mice offer this so I can narrow down my possibilities. If you want to send suggestions, I semi prefer a wireless but am open for wired as well and only really need 2 side buttons (definitely not the full 12 of the naga). Thanks for your help!

Hey, I have a Razer Naga Pro with the charging base and I was wondering if there was some way that I could turn off the lighting effects while it's charging? I want to charge the mouse while I'm asleep and the computer is in my room, and the charging lights up the entire damn place making it difficult to sleep. Currently I just throw a hand towel over it but there has got to be a way to turn this off in the settings.

I have an Electra headset and an OrbWeaver keypad, and I recently found out that they have to run on Synapse V2. Now I need a new gaming mouse, and would rather purchase a Razer product. But it seems that none of the mice up here tell a person which Synapse version is needed. So I need inside info on which mouse to buy. Not looking for the cheap low-end type, but dependable. 2nd Time Posting This is a huge topic in the Minecraft community, so I better post it here. Minecraft 1.8 PvP is a game that partly depends on having a high CPS. One popular clicking method used in this game to achieve this CPS is drag clicking and butterfly clicking. Now unfortunately for us Razer users, we don't have adjustable debounce time in the Razer software. Having an adjustable debounce time in the software gives a huge advantage, as you can godbridge and take less knockback while pvping. This is the reason that the glorious model o is popular in the Minecraft community. There is nothing special about the model o other than the fact that glorious has included an adjustable debounce time in their software. The same goes with the Bloody and Roccat mice. The problem with these mice is that they are heavy, have an awkward shape to them, and just aren't ideal for PvP let alone for any FPS game. To conclude, adding an adjustable debounce time in the Razer mice software wouldn't

Is the side buttons Mouse 4 & 5 suppose to have their positions switched? All the different types of gaming mouses with side buttons I've used always have Mouse 4 as the one pointing forward and Mouse 5 pointing backwards but on the DeathAdder, their positions switched

A few days ago while aimtraining I noticed that my DPI is higher than it is supposed to be. My DPI seems to be at around 800 and whatever I do, I can't lower or increase it in Synapse. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse twice now and also manually deleted my mouse's drivers in Device Manager multiple times with no results. On the other hand Macros and Chroma lighting work as they should. I also looked up firmware updates for it, but my efforts were to no avail.

I would like to purchase 4 of these mice but before I do, can anyone tell me if the new V2 and associated software allow the saving of color profiles to the mouse. Example- I wish to change the color to a static green and have it stay at that when I am not using the Synapses software. I take my mouse to friends homes to game who do not use Razer software. It seems like you can only use the quick effect battery level and use basic effects on the rest of your devices or use chroma studio and not be able to use the battery level on the dock. Is there a way to use the battery level lighting effect while using the advanced effects with chroma studio. I see that there are questions about this years ago. Is there any progress on this, or I should have bought Logitech? :)

Hi ppl, I have one question please, it is possible to find the Razer Viper ultime without side grip? I realy want purchase the mouse but i dont like all side grip on all mouse like the Viper ultimate, i feel extremely unconfortable. And I'm afraid if i remove the grip that there is a lot of glue remaining on the sides of the mouse,l ike some videos on Youtube and it's a disaster If someone has the solution he make me really happy. Hi, I'm a heavy gamer that requires a right-hand ergonomic mouse model. Currently my gear is DAv2PRO. However recently I have work scenarios that require the mouse switch from different laptops. This is not limited to location; I have both situations on WFH and work at office. I really don't want to switch to different mouses for different scenarios. I've tried Pro Click but sadly, it's a little bit heavy, and affected my gaming performance. I would like to suggest an updated version that could be lighter (less than 90 grams would be okay).

Hi I've read there are "OpenRazer drivers" and "razercfg" to explore the drivers: how was the experience and if on an Arch-based system front-ends like polychromatic, razergenie, and razercommander? I'm mainly looking for a lightweight mouse like the Razer Viper Mini which is my top pick but I like the high button azarechat counts which are on other models. Experiences?
