Team, I have two Death Adder Elites and both of them have a jumpy scroll wheel that makes the scroll wheel almost unusable. Approximately 50% of the time when I scroll on a long page, the scroll function is completely unpredictable and I end up jumping all over the page. This makes scrolling untenable when trying to view large documents etc. It seems like this is a common problem (via reddit). Is there a resolution to the problem or how do I fix it? I would appreciate any insigt
every time i turn my laptop on i have to unplug my mouse or i get a black screen and a lot of beeping
How to connect Razer tartarus v2 with Mac Big Sur?
Hi all, just want to share my experience with Razer product, I had purchased Razer DeathAdder Black Edition in October 2014, use until now the condition is still good! Now my mouse age are already about 7 years old ! <3 during many years of usage, the mouse scroll is actually problematic, but it just auto fixed afterward!! before purchase this mouse, I always get random mouse in shop around SGD10, and it only lasts like 2-3months till the problem arise. it proven the price ratio of razer product, it is worth of money and quality guaranteed. Thanks again to Razer to making a lot of great product !! :D The nostalgia razer mice 2014 packaging!! Photo in new condition, October 2014. This is the photo in June2021.
Hi there, I have a PC with two users. I bought a Viper Ultimate and when one user configures the mouse for left handed use and logs out the other user will also have a left handed configuration when logging in, although the second user is right handed. Is there a way that the mouse respects each user's setting when logging into windows 10? So that one user is not overwriting the left or right handed setting? Cheers Titan3025
by default on chroma studio software, the mat is straight (compared to the mouse) in my case, I am tilted 90 ° in chroma studio, it is possible to orient the mat 90 ° in relation to the mouse if not, can be a function to add thank you https://nsa40.casimages.com/img/2021/06/17/2106170644375571.png https://nsa40.casimages.com/img/2021/06/17/210617064438114876.png
There are a total of 4 wireless gaming mice with top grade specs like optical switches or the focus+ optical sensor, but for FPS or BR which mouse should you get? Here is my suggestion… After countless months of research (not lying) I think the Deathadder v2 pro is your best option. Why? Because… 1) Unlike the other mice suitable for FPS (Viper ultimate and maybe Basilisk ultimate?) the Deathadder has Bluetooth. And I know Bluetooth isn’t good for intense gaming, but if you’re trying to conserve power or maybe you want to switch to your Mac book, then you can use Bluetooth to solve both of those problems. 2) The Deathadder is in the middle of the weight range, not too light like the Viper and not too heavy like the Basilisk, this allows you to have just a bit more control while still being able to make fast movements. 3) The Deathadder is an ergonomic mouse and to me I think it’s the best ergonomic form out there, and if you search up videos about this form on YouTube I’m pretty

After moderate use of my viper ultimate the side grip started to wear off and created a dent like appearance. Has anyone else have this same problem?
When the Blackwidow V3 Pro et al were launched, it was mentioned that multi-device support for the dongles was coming to other Hyperspeed devices soon, and this feature has been one of my key requirements. With the launch of the Blackwidow Mini V3 and Orochi V2, which now both seem to be included in the Hyperspeed multi-device family, is there any chance we could expect that the Viper Ultimate may join the team? I'd love to pull the trigger on the Blackwidow Mini V3 as my 'travel' keyboard (replacing a G915 TKL), and then use my Mercury RVU on the same dongle. One dongle to rule them all, so to speak. Any chance we could expect the multi-device family to include some of the other, premium products?
As a small handed lefy I've been using the Orochi for years. I've taken it apart. Fixed it, because I love this mouse! I've been eagerly waiting for the new one to come out, but guess what? They nixed the thumb buttons for left handers, so the mouse is not useful for me! This is happening with a lot of razer mice. This "Faux Ambidexterity" is NOT ambidexterity! I'm asking razer to be more inclusive to left handers, buy at least not downgrading their mice by removing buttons for left handers.
I'm looking at getting a new mouse for my rig, but I don't know if I should stay with the tried and true wired mouse or should I go with one of the wireless mice that are now available?

Hey, my Razer Deathadder Elite broke today (mousewheel issues) and I ordered a Razer Deathadder V2 now. I use the complete default settings on my Elite (1800dpi, 500hz & 0 acceleration. I wanna have the same settings again and usually I don't download Razer Synapse since I don't change any settings on the mouse to begin with. Are the settings from the Deathadder V2 by default the same? And incase the default DPI is different can I download Synapse, change the settings and actually close it now that the mouse has onboard memory?

Ever since I had my Logitech G7 10+ years ago I never met a wireless mouse with good ergonomy. Currently I have a G603 and I was thinking on buying a Razer mamba instead, but they have the same issue. What I need is this: I fail to see why it is so hard to add a groove for the thumb. Without it the grip is completely unstable and lifting the mouse is problematic too. For first person shooters with palm grip this is a deal breaker for me. Just to mention buttons for the thumb are completely useless too. They are the first thing I unbind, otherwise I always click on them accidentally. Not sure about other people, but all I need is something simple with 2 buttons relative soft clicks, a proper clickable wheel, multiple days without charging, 1000Hz, no mouse accel, a lot of teflon at the bottom and proper ergonomy for palm grip. Nothing fancy really, still I haven't seen anything like it in the past 20 years, since I play multi FPS...
Hola. He perdido el botón de embrague del razer basilisk y no sé como ni donde comprarlo. Soy de España. Gracias.
Hi everyone, I have been having an issue with the Razer Deathadder V2. Since I've been using this mouse, whenever I start my pc for the first time. It's really slow at starting up + the windows taskbar is empty and freezes for around 15 minutes. If I then restart my pc, it works perfectly, until I need to switch users, then it freezes again. I have searched around and found that the issue is my Razer mouse. I have unplugged it and restarted the pc a couple of times/switched users without any issues. I have already installed the latest firmware and driver updates. Could anyone please help me resolve this issue? Thanks.
So I finally put hands on my old v1 Razer Lachesis which sat in his box and his surface is pretty sticky. I know that's a common razer mice problem but I don't want to ruin it since it's my favourite mice and they don't make any of them anymore. What's the best way to clean the surface and remove the stickiness? I heard that alcohol and acetone can damage the surface. Waiting for any help please.
So my razer viper mini it's on I connected it wont show the led it wont move the cursor and the sensors lights on
So i bought my razer mouse from store and I cant asign new razer product in razer synpase. So I am looking for help and any advice could be helpful. Razer mouse is:Razer Deathadder Chroma
Just got my Razer Naga Trinity that I saved my Razer Silver for! So far: it works great! the panels pop off easily and I even used it playing League of Legends. So nice to have the buttons macroed to my mouse instead of all over my keyboard (I have to make the mouse use keyboard keys, but it works). I mean, there are slight design issues (for me at least), like the 2-button panel being a little high for me and the 7-button one is counted in an odd way, but that's a pretty minor complaint for such a versatile mouse. I do have one question for the general public though: Aside from an MMO like WOW, where would you use the 12-button panel?
Hi those that has gotten the razer orochi v2. Want to know before i purchase it is whether if the mouse is able to connect to both bluetooth and dongle at the same time (laptop and desktop) and any setting to swap between them as and when or is there a priority connection being allocate to it? Thank in advance!
i just bought it yesterday exciting to try it and when i tried it, it felt weird one switch was more stiff than the other, anybody has this problem?
Hey Gang, yes, you see that correctly. I'm looking for a fix or somewhere to send my 2012 Razer Naga. The left click button is no longer working properly after using the mouse for 9 years. The left click still works, but if I push too hard then it no longer recognizes the click like if I let go of the button. I've tried using the Naga Trinity and didn't like it. I'm not really a fan of the new button layouts on the razer products either. It sounds silly, but I'd pay the same price as a new mouse just to fix my old one. Any help or direction is much appreciated. S/N PM1251058409462 Thanks!
