Hello, I know it's not the real deal, but at least for some releave to the macOS drop by RAZER, one can get some functionality back on Big Sur with other third party software. So, for the buttons you can use SteerMouse: http://plentycom.jp/en/steermouse/ For acceleration and smooth scrolling I use Smooze. Both have trial versions and do not cost a fortune. Smooze can also set buttons to system actions, but it didn't detect the ones by the Naga. I wrote to the developer, and wait for an answer. Will keep you posted in case there is interest. However, to give you a quick impression how it looks like. Here you can anaylze and detect everything you need. Here you can edit the buttons: Maybe it can lower some frustration about the canceled macOS support. If it even works for my old 2011 Naga, it should also work for newer ones I think. Hello everyone, I am looking for some assistance. I have a Razer Blade 14 v4 (2016) with the new Razer Core X Chroma. Everything works great but when I shutdown my PC while the core is connect it will auto restart within 5 seconds. Is there a feature either in the BIOS or Windows I can disable? Thank-you, Tony

What is the difference between those two sensor other than the DPI difference?

Hi I just got the Razer Viper Ultimate and have been using it for about a day and already noticed that the middle mouse button wont stay clicked if you try to click it and move the mouse down fast. (seems like a wireless connectivity issue). For the games i play and the keybind i use (MMB) it's frustrating. It also feels as though there's only one button on the right side of the mouse wheel? So when someone presses the MMB with there pointer the apex of it is one the left so your finger naturally forces it to stay down even when you let off the same amount of pressure that you put on.. Anyone else having these issues or maybe my MMB is busted?

I bought the razor mini and on my razor ultimate I am able to adjust the X,Y values separately. The razor mini I cannot do that is that a software thing or can you not control those values on the mini?

This is the second time I get this mouse and it is double clicking again, sadly my warranty wore off few months before and it sucks to have to change mice every year.. I've seen that this has been an issue for years, some people have the issue a couple months into use too. Is there something anyone knows how to fix it? Because I can't find a fix at all.. Razer, why do you keep selling this mouse if it keeps having this issue? I can't find a mouse with a rest for my right ring finger that I'm comfortable with. I don't really want to switch to another gaming mice company but if nothing gets fixed I might have to sadly..

So recently, I have noticed when aiming down sight in FPS games, my mouse starts bugging. This also happens with any function of the right click. I've narrowed it down to a hardware issue. I went into my computers bios and It still did it. Basically what happens is that when the right click is held down, it will start unclicking and re-clicking over and over. It only does this when the it's active. I've reinstalled synapse, drivers, even the games I was playing, and the same issue still occurs. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Holy FREAKING MOLY. I've been using the Razer mamba 2016 Wire/Wireless forever now. The mouse has a really bad sensor problem and it barely works sometimes. Its gotten to the point where I need to get a new mouse. Anyways I love the look of all the mercury white products and I so badly want a mercury white mamba. So basically this post is cause I want a new mamba and it would be AWESOME if it was mercury white.

razer is crap! got a bunch of razer products for my new gaming laptop and most of the have software or hardware problems. basilisk ultimate's USB dongle needs to be removed and re-inserted while the mouse is turned off, after every shutdown. also, after a few sec. of not moving the mouse, or watching a movie the mouse clicks are not responding. need to do CTRL ALT DEL for them to return... sometimes remove the dongle and re-insert... this time leaving the mouse ON. also got 2x firefly v2 mouse pads and even though the computer recognizes both, you can adjust the colors of only one of them via the razer app. so basically one is always with the default wave while the other is programmable ... contacted razer but no response what so ever... also the mouse battery get to 0 very fast!!! my old microsoft or logitech were much better! and they are always on standby for whenever this shitty razer acts up. it was a mistake wasting so much money on razer products!

I've gone through the internet looking for fixes and all I could find was updating drivers and stuff like that but all my drivers are the latest ones and it still doesn't work My right button and scroll is working fine just the left button Hopefully someone can help

Hello when my macros worked normally for over half year and one day when i woke up synapse was just not same, when i put my macros for example 123 and put it on "play while key is pressed" before when i click once it would just be 123 now when i click once it doesnt work same and writes like 123123123123 from 1 click, anyone knows fix or problem, i have Razer Basiliskl mouse

Hey guys I have a few questions about my razer viper ultimate, first is it normal to have wobble on the lmb and rmb, second is it normal for the lmb click to sound different than the right mouse click, third when I shake the mouse it makes a clacking noise are any of these normal? Hello all!! I was just writing as I am a long time fan of the Naga Razer. I bought one many years ago and it was the greatest thing, up until I bought the wireless version. My wireless mouse has recently been intermittent, and I am looking for a replacement so I came back to Naga but I am having a problem. The thumb keys for the new Naga mice are raised higher, and they are also tilted. I have tried other mice like this in the past and I hate it!! I like the old Nagas with the flat keys on the side as I find them so much easier and better to use. I just want to know why apparently all new mice now have the raised and tilted thumb keys?? Why can't you include one set of keys that are flat and one that are tilted for those like me that prefer the flat keys?? I love my Naga items, and I would love to get another mouse, but until the keys get fixed in some way I won't be buying one. Maybe it's just me I'm not sure, I just don't understand why a mouse that was awesome got replaced

after recent updates this mouse pad does not turn off when computer shuts down ..i have to unplug it from pc to shut it off...any1 else having this issue or any1 know how to fix the problem

Hi guys! I just bought a Viper Ultimate and I'm extremely happy with it! I've read that the dock doesn't charges while the PC is off, and I'm also experiencing it (I have power on USB setting ON in bios, LEDs and stuff are working, normal wired charging works too). Do you know any workaround for this? Could an external powered USB Hub help it?
