I just recently had my Logitech MX Master 2s die on me for no apparent reason and really want a good replacement. I really like the cyberpunk edition of the Viper Ultimate but in New Zealand its sold out, I just wondering if they are gonna restock it on the NZ store?

Hi, I'm new into the gaming perihperals and hardware. I have downloaded Synapse 3 and configured my mice as I wanted in almost all aspects, but my only issue is that the profile LED on the inferior side of my mice remains on the default white color whenever I switch to any of the other profiles I assigned on Synapse. It's a little issue because when a I open a widescreen app and then switch to another profile, the screen pop-up doesn´t shows (hence the inferior LED is my only indicator lol) Is there a way to find a solution and have the respective color according to each of the profiles whenever I switch between them?

I tried more than 10 times and my profiles just simply won't transfer. It gives me an error message and it tells me to try again but i downloaded synapse again twice and i even changed account or reset profiles and start from scratch. All of my stuff isn't working anymore. Why is that happening and how can i make it work?

Dear all, I'm trying to setup on Razer Synapse the surface Razer Acari. But for me it doesn't have. Is it right?

Would be nice for the Quartz lineup to extend up to the wired version of the Razer Viper :( Do you guys think it's possible to have this anytime soon?

Hi everyone, been a while since the last product review updated. We had been through a lot this year. Not only globally but also from my personal. I was taken a big hit in my relationship since this video was halfway processed. I was been through this depressed mental that stops the editing. Anyway, this mouse is by far the most expensive mouse I ever bought. G502 was the first mouse I owned and I didn't like it in general. Likewise the Basilisk Ultimate. But still, it gives the latest feature in the product. So if appearance is the priority to you, then go for it. Besides the Basilisk Ultimate, the Viper Ultimate is also the mouse that will offer the charging dock bundle option. That is an awesome design, in my opinion, you might need that eventually if you considering the wireless option.

I lost my usb dongle, how can I request a new one?

I've had my basilisk for a while but I've recently started having issues with the LMB, whenever I try holding it down it registers as a click, this has just started hapenning recently and is especially an issue in FPS games. Any fixes or advice?

I have the razer mamba hyperflux and it's been solid up until about 6 months ago. I've noticed slowly over time that my click and drag is no longer working very well. It will occasionally behave as if I lifted off the click portion, so imagine trying to highlight text, and as your highlighting it looks like you've let go and started to highlight further on. I've come to terms with perhaps its the cheap plastics that are losing its contacts within the mouse. Are there alternatives to buying a replacement or am I out the full combo because I can't buy another mamba hyperflux mouse? Will the regular mamba wireless mouse still charge and work on my hyperflux pad?

Hi there! Today bought Razer Kraken X, downloaded Razer AppEngine as recommended and tried to configure headphones, but now I'm disappointed... :( Tried both versions of Synapse, and no one see my headphones. I don't feel that this is 7.1 sound, pretty bad sound quality in game. Checked recent threads, people also faced similar issues, unfortunately. Also mic enable/disable button isn't working on headphones, I've tried to disable mic and anyway anyone hear me. At the moment I'm a bit disappointed in Razer production and don't know if it's worth to buy something else from Razer :( Maybe someone know if there's some EQ/settings? AppEngine allows only enable/disable 7.1 sound, but doesn't have something else.

Hi, I'm looking at getting Razer Naga Pro but not really sold on getting a separate charging dock just for the mouse. Will this charge with the Razer Charging Pad Chroma using QI so I can use for my phone as well? I have seen Razer Mamba HyperFlux + Razer Firefly HyperFlux which looks cool. Will that mousepad charge the Naga Pro, if so, is the mousepad sold separately? Thanks.

I was still using this mouse because of its ergonomics that fits my hand very well. I recenlty bought Naga Pro too and it's nice even if a bit larger I would like to keep my Naga Epic too. I have 2 Naga Epic each one with some issues I won't explain every issue, i just want to know if there is a way to fix illumination on this mouse. The strange thing is that it's not completely broken but it's very weird. Let's say i want to change color or effect....this happens after 4-5 minutes i changed settings on synapse. But the most important thing is that the mouse doesn't blink red anymore when the battery is low The other one has OK illumination but a bad sensor (plus some minor issues on scrollwheel and side panel) and i think both things are on the main motherboard so i don't think i can put together a mouse without problems

To control the level normally, just go into the driver for a long time each time, and when the mouse starts blinking that the critical charge is at the most inopportune moment. Hi there. So my Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse will not work at all on the USB plugin setting. It will work on Bluetooth but only if I have a secondary mouse plugged in to a different USB port. I have synapse installed, have checked all of the drivers, have tried unplugging and plugging back in, have made sure my software is up to date, and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled everything. The mouse will stop working if I unplug the secondary mouse from the USB and will immediately start working when I plug it back in. I'm not sure what gives. It's incredibly frustrating and I would like a solution.

The mouse is pretty new, I just bought it and my question to the fellow Mamba Elite owners is: Are the left and right click supposed to feel different on click? The right click is totally fine, the sound is great and also the feel, but the left click already feels a bit off. It doesn't make the same sound and the feeling is different. Are they supposed to be different or not? Thanks beforehand!

Hi, my Razer Mamba TE Chroma decided that my left click should stop working. It has lasted me heavily for 4 years of intense programming and gaming. Now I bought a Mamba Elite, but my PTSD from my last mouse makes me wonder and I have to ask a question: Do holding left click (in Dead By Daylight, because you have to do some interactions that needs left click to be pressed for some long periods of time) kills the mouse? I'm thinking maybe that's why my previous one died? I'm confused

I just got my mouse 4 months ago and the left click started to act so weird from double clicking to droping clicks like when u move some files or anything it drops it on the way unless you have to click really hard on it which doesn't make sense i tried to reinstall the synpase or turn it off same things even on another computers the same issue

I am sure I am not the only one that thinks there needs to be a Basilisk alternative from razer. The shape and dimensions fit the hand so perfectly for a claw/palm grip hybrid user. The issue: That darn wing throws off the center of balance making it hard for players that play competitive games that require fast movements or flick shots, its just inconsistent. If there is a mouse with the dimensions of the basilisk but a solid balance in the weight, I think we'd have a strong contender for competitive mice on our hands because shape is king. Weight reduction with this would just be a big cherry on top.
