Hi, I use the Naga Trinity at work, but I'm working from home now. It seems that the custom "Text Function" does not enter any text to the destination computer since it's plugged into the computer at home. Tech Support suggested using Macros, but that didn't work either. Any advice on how to get around this? Win 10, Using "Log Me In" as the remote platform to 2nd computer. Working on AutoCad. My Razer Deathadder Elite suddenly stopped working today.There is no light on the mice, and when connected to the PC, windows says it is not recognized. Tried to re-install Razer synapse to update the drivers, however my mice is not even in there now.. Changed to 4 different USB ports to test the mice, none worked.Tried it on several laptops its the same thing.

So basically my question is if the 7.1 Razer Tresher headset work on the PS5 since it’s a good headset but still very expensive and I wouldn’t like having to buy another. If it is going to be compatible then will it be via a software update or just as is? Thanks for your time.

Does anyone know what material the thin thumb pad is made besides just rubber? I have 2 of these mice and the thumb pads have become unattached. I'm asking because I'm looking for a solution to reattach it to the mouse again and the specific material would make a huge difference. Also if anyone knows of any adhesive that works, I would love that info too please.

Is there anyway to get a skin made for the Viper? I've googled around and never found one.

In Synapse, they said when I put my mouse on charging dock the led will indicates the battery status. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK! I tried reinstall the mouse driver and synapse, but it always doesn't work. Of course, charging function works well. Just battery status indicator doesn't work. Rarely It works, but when I use mouse (mouse off the dock) it continues the battery indicates. And surprisingly, the all problems don't occur when I use viper on other computer, not on my laptop. Does anyone know why? p.s : Sorry for bad English... I'm not American

Hi, I was wondering about the mouse's capability to bind this sniper button key on most games (especially FPS games). I'm having some trouble binding the sniper button in the games' settings, it doesn't register it. Although I am able to use the mouse's hypershift functions while pressing the sniper button (By binding the sniper button as the hypershift) I need some answers and help on how to set up the sniper button so that I can bind it in most games.

Hi, I recently purchased the Razer Naga Pro Wireless Mouse and I am really loving it! My only thing is I don't want to damage the extra side panels when I am not using them and I was wondering what other people do with their mouse side panels to keep them clean and protected? I mean I could leave them in the box, but it is a bit of a hassle to get them out the box every time I want to change my mouse.Whilst leaving them on my desk is asking for them to get scratched, dusty or damaged. I'm just wondering if there was a bag or box or stand people used to store them in, and if not maybe it could be a great product to make. Love to know how people get around this. Cheers

Hey there, Recently got a new Deathadder using Synapse 3, i was wondering if it was possible to add a Sensitivity Clutch setting to my Right Click without losing the right click function. I basically would like my DPI to go down when i right click, but when i set it up with a Sensitivity clutch, i loose the right click function and can't aim down the sight anymore. Is it possible to allow two functions for the right click, maybe a maccro or anything that could solve the issue? Thanks

I've had the Naga Pro for about 2 weeks now. Ran into my first problem that had an easy fix. The mouse seemed to be having tracking issues. I would move the cursor around and it would lose tracking and skip across the screen in the last known direction it was moving. I tried doing factory reset and it didn't fix it. When I adjust the polling rate from 1000 to 125 it got a lot worse. In the end it only went away when I fully turned off the wireless on the mouse and shut my computer down. I also didn't turn the wireless back on until synapse had fully loaded and connected with my other razer products.

Does somebody know how to download Razer cortex on IOS? Thank you guys :)

why a lot of time when i change profile or dpi i can t see on the sceen the notification? sametime work in the game sametime no, sametime don t work in the simply desktop... the dpi change normaly, also the profile.. is all perfect. But this thing do me crazy, i WANT see the notification on the down right of the screen. alp me please. thx Deadadder v2

I must say that this is really the first time i have purchased razer goods for my pc needs,believe me it definitely wont be the last,i purchased among other things the razer naga trinity mouse,well i am really impressed with the quality of the mouse,having 3 interchangeable side panels,really does make the difference especially when playing mmo games having the buttons on the side panel makes life so much easier. Overall i am very happy indeed and cant rate my purchase highly enough,well done to razer and the team for making these products.:smile_: 10/10 from me

"I have Razer Mamba TE and plugged it in before installing Synapse. There was a feature where the side scroll click would auto scroll the page in the given direction of the click. Basically scrolling without using the scroll wheel itself, If i click the side scroll left it would go down. And if i click the side scroll right it would go up. If i held the side scroll in whichever direction the page would continue to scroll smoothly. But after installing synapse that function was removed. I wants that function back and it doesn't appear to be part of the synapse software. Is there something I am missing or is that no longer an accessible option now that synapse is installed? hi guys, i just get my firfly v2 (type-hard) and its realy nice, but my RAZER NAGA HEX MOBA is not working on the pad. why is that ? what can u do ?

So I have been experiencing some problems lately with my Naga Trinity mouse, and it relates to both mouse buttons (mouse 1 & 2), and the problem has been consistent for the past six to seven months between two mouses (of the same model, the first one was replaced free of charge after five-six months into normal use). Being more specific about the problem between both mice, the mouse buttons work inconsistently, be it short taps or long holds of the left mouse button. The replacement (second mouse) I have now seems to be experiencing the same problem with the right and left mouse button. Keep in mind my use has been responsible and normal. No drops, no spills, just normal clicking. So I have a question to anyone who owns a Razer mouse. Is this normal? Am I expected to purchase a close to $100 mouse every half-year or so? Is this a problem specific to this brand? Did I win the unlucky lottery for two defective mice? P.S I plan on contacting support later today, even though I doubt my

Hey guys, I haven't posted a single thread since I was first interest with Razer. My old Deathadder was gone, so I ended up with the New Deathadder Elite for my birthday. After having fun with my new gaming mouse, I have a slightly bigger issue with the mouse wheel; it keeps jumpy and ruined my drawing work. I ever heard of the Atari 5200 joystick on the controller (since I watched Retroware's Video Game Years of 1982 (on YouTube)) when the joystick keeps breaking all the times. I also notice from one person at Razer was responsible of making jumpy mouse wheel. This is my first thread posted on Razer.

Hi, I want to buy the Razer Firefly Chroma V2 mouse mat, but in some reviews I read that some mouses don't work how they supposed to work with the mouse mat, like the sensor is to sensitive for the mouse pad. I have the mouse mamba wireless does this mouse work correct with that mouse mat?

JUST got it, sat down, and put my workmouse on it- works great! It's a dingy old thing, probably around 10 bucks. Putting my Razer Mamba TE on it? sometimes it goes fast, sometimes it goes slow. sometimes it doesn't move at all. What am I doing wrong? Currently just setting my old mousepad ontop for now :/

Razer Synapse ne reconnait pas ma Razer Naga Trinity ???

When I set the DPI on my Basilisk to (say) 900 to match that of a couple of other mice I'm used to, its sensitivity seems way off: it only behaves like those other mice when its DPI sensitivity is around twice that of the other mice (so around 1800 in this case). Any theories as to why this might be happening? Windows 10, software generally up-to-date, very vanilla system with nothing else installed that should modify mouse behaviour.
