Mice and Surfaces

So I tried out the Deathadder v2, Basilisk v2, Viper, and Viper mini. The Viper was my favorite shape and mouse wheel by far. Super comfortable. However... the buttons just feel odd compared to everything else. It was fully functional, but the mouse clicks felt soft and crunchy. And the side buttons needed to be pressed until you feel the sharp edge on the shell in order to register. It was just so much different that all the other Razer mice including the Razer mini, I just wanted to ask around and make sure it is supposed to feel this way. Like, if the Viper had the Viper mini buttons it would be my perfect choice and I could just move on. I was hoping some Viper users would be willing to share their impressions of the button feel. I was reading around that the Viper and Viper Ultimate had softer clicks than many people prefer, so maybe this is normal?

i just recieved my new naga trinity and i am having troubles setting it up. is there a way to set the lightning profiles to match the side plate connected? i mean, a way for the mouse to change to a different profile of colors depending on the side plate i am using? even if it needs to change the entire mouse profile and not just the lightning profile to do so - it is still a good fix.

I have a Razer Naga Chroma - trying to make pressing the scroll wheel act as mouse 3 or middle mouse. Is it the "scroll click" option? If I choose that then go into games and try to use that as a keybind, it is not recognized as an input and waits for me to press something else. Wat do?

Hello, new naga trinity purchased ( upgrade from 2014 ) and the lights seem to have worked all but once and never again. Tried everything you can and zero happens. Any ideas why this could be ? Many thanks all

I'm at 3 returns if I do it again this time. I can't find a Razer Basilisk v2 mouse without even a build problem. The first ones I tried had problems in the important keys (left and right), wobbled, weren't stable, and were croaking. With the last, the keys seem to be fine for now, but the front body at the height of the logo, when I put my hand more heavily, it makes noises, it is not assembled well, in fact underneath I can see that there is space between the front body and the attachment, touching it, moves and makes noise. Can you explain to me why they don't do quality control on this model? It costs not € 20 but € 80 and it is a huge shame. Now I have to return for the third time. Do I have to assemble it myself? send me the pieces I would do a better job ... I order products on Amazon EU, and never had these problems with the competition. I have a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed, and I just updated my software to Big Sur: 11.0.1. On Catalina, the mouse was working fine, but now it is very scuffed: 1. It stutters a LOT. Basically makes any game unplayable with that mouse. 2. It makes my game laggier but what I find interesting and what stops the lag immediately is when I just move my finger on the trackpad. There is no lag at all. I can't download Synapse because that is only available for Catalina and somewhere before; not for Big Sur. So I was wondering what can I do to reduce this lag and whatever.

Hey - I missed out on the Cyberpunk Viper Ultimate and now it just says "out of stock." I signed up for the Notify Me email; hoping it will be restocked soon. Anyone here have experience with limited editions from Razer like this, and can comment on restock availability/frequency for the razer.com store? How often are items like this restocked? Do they usually sell out pretty quickly again? Am I out of luck and this was a one-time limited run? Considering a few I've seen on eBay now for like $400... :( Thanks in advance for your help.

I tried to look for replacement parts, but all I found, didn't support this model(or at least it didn't say so, mentioning only newer models). Are we going to see android 10 update on the razer phone 2 ? Or is Razer waiting for android 11 to roll out. Hi there community! I've been playing World of Warcraft with a naga trinity, and recently had a strange issue: i can no longer bind ctrl + mousebutton 12. Even stranger, this combination works with every other mouse button, just not with 12. So i can keybind ctrl + mousebutton 1-11 .. but not 12. The button 12 works by itself also, as does the ctrl button on my keyboard. The combination however does not work. Anyone have an idea of why this is the case? Thank you in advance! x

Hi, I use the Naga Trinity at work, but I'm working from home now. It seems that the custom "Text Function" does not enter any text to the destination computer since it's plugged into the computer at home. Tech Support suggested using Macros, but that didn't work either. Any advice on how to get around this? Win 10, Using "Log Me In" as the remote platform to 2nd computer. Working on AutoCad. My Razer Deathadder Elite suddenly stopped working today.There is no light on the mice, and when connected to the PC, windows says it is not recognized. Tried to re-install Razer synapse to update the drivers, however my mice is not even in there now.. Changed to 4 different USB ports to test the mice, none worked.Tried it on several laptops its the same thing.

So basically my question is if the 7.1 Razer Tresher headset work on the PS5 since it’s a good headset but still very expensive and I wouldn’t like having to buy another. If it is going to be compatible then will it be via a software update or just as is? Thanks for your time.

Does anyone know what material the thin thumb pad is made besides just rubber? I have 2 of these mice and the thumb pads have become unattached. I'm asking because I'm looking for a solution to reattach it to the mouse again and the specific material would make a huge difference. Also if anyone knows of any adhesive that works, I would love that info too please.

In Synapse, they said when I put my mouse on charging dock the led will indicates the battery status. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK! I tried reinstall the mouse driver and synapse, but it always doesn't work. Of course, charging function works well. Just battery status indicator doesn't work. Rarely It works, but when I use mouse (mouse off the dock) it continues the battery indicates. And surprisingly, the all problems don't occur when I use viper on other computer, not on my laptop. Does anyone know why? p.s : Sorry for bad English... I'm not American

Hi, I was wondering about the mouse's capability to bind this sniper button key on most games (especially FPS games). I'm having some trouble binding the sniper button in the games' settings, it doesn't register it. Although I am able to use the mouse's hypershift functions while pressing the sniper button (By binding the sniper button as the hypershift) I need some answers and help on how to set up the sniper button so that I can bind it in most games.

Hi, I recently purchased the Razer Naga Pro Wireless Mouse and I am really loving it! My only thing is I don't want to damage the extra side panels when I am not using them and I was wondering what other people do with their mouse side panels to keep them clean and protected? I mean I could leave them in the box, but it is a bit of a hassle to get them out the box every time I want to change my mouse.Whilst leaving them on my desk is asking for them to get scratched, dusty or damaged. I'm just wondering if there was a bag or box or stand people used to store them in, and if not maybe it could be a great product to make. Love to know how people get around this. Cheers

Hey there, Recently got a new Deathadder using Synapse 3, i was wondering if it was possible to add a Sensitivity Clutch setting to my Right Click without losing the right click function. I basically would like my DPI to go down when i right click, but when i set it up with a Sensitivity clutch, i loose the right click function and can't aim down the sight anymore. Is it possible to allow two functions for the right click, maybe a maccro or anything that could solve the issue? Thanks
