I can not use the program, such a window pops up what to do?
Basically one thumb grip pad on my deathadder elite came off and other one is peeling. I've already tried warranty and they said no. all I want to know is how many other people have problems like this with razer mouse's, cause if so I wont get another razer mouse. But if its just an anomaly in my mouse ill take that into account
Hey everyone, its about that time tax return is around the corner, and i cant wait to get a new mouse for my set up. I play alot of games, from FPS to simulators ( like Star Citizen for example.) I recently picked up a Viper a couple months ago and i do enjoy it , but i missed my Basilisk so i switched back. But now i think i really want to try wireless mice out. Razer makes really nice wireless, So now im debating between a Basilisk Ultimate and a Viper Ultimate. What do you guys suggest? Now my only complaint about the viper is that i seem to drag my fingers on my mouse pad which makes kinda cramps my fingers up. Im really Tossed between the two. Any suggestions and feedback about the two would be amazing!
I play a lot of very slow, mental games (poker, EVE Online, chess, and similar) - however I see that a lot of Razer mice are designed for fast-paced shooters and strategy games. I'm in the market for a new mouse + mouse pad but have no clue what I should pick. I'd like something on the more durable and ergonomic side, and the Razer website seems to be way more marketing-focused than actually giving me the details of each of the mice. I also have a preference for wireless mice, though wired ones are not a deal-breaker. Any help is appreciated!
Hey All Razer Fans, Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as I have regarding the Basilisk Ultimate. When I first got it, the problem never happened, but lately, I find that my mouse is not charged when I use it the next day after leaving it on the dock before going to bed. Turns out, after leaving the mouse on the dock, the charging light indicators lights up for a while, then after a few minutes, the mouse will slide down a tiny little bit causing the charging pins underneath to become misaligned. I have to slightly push the mouse upwards a little bit for the pins to align again. I'm suspecting that the magnet has somehow become weaker or something, resulting in the mouse moving itself due to gravity. I only had the mouse for 37 days and it's already having this problem. So wondering if anyone have any fix or should i return it and get a new one? Thanks in advance! ^^
I'm looking to upgrade my mamba tournament edition to one of the new wireless ultimate mice, but I can't tell which is better for a bigger hand? I typically use a claw grip and find my current mouse to be a little too short (aka my fingers can easily spill over the top of the mouse buttons). Any experience / suggestions?
i have been using the deathadder for almost 10 years, i am still waiting for a wireless version =/ im sure you can do it razer, dont keep me waiting anymore =(
I have a Razer keyboard and headset that Ive had for about 2 years now no problems, but I've gone through 4 razer mouses in that time, they just keep breaking, I want one to match my set up but am not willing to part with more money for another razer on. Can anyone recommend an alternative please?
I am on windows 10 and have Synapse 3 installed. It is recognizing my keyboard and mousepad but the DeathAdder Chroma is not showing up. I am not sure what to do as I want to be able to edit DPI. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in and it still doesn't find it. Synapse 3 version 3.3.331.41818
i want a gaming mouse, but it cant be with loud clicks, while i start gaming only after family gets to sleep. i know gaming mouse cant be completely silent however i believe some models are more noisy and some more silent, do you have any recomendation for which model i should look to?
Will the Hyperflux charging mat mess up a regular wireless mouse? Getting a Razer Basilisk Ultimate. I like to use different mice for different games but don't want to have to move my hyperflux when I want to use it.
I really enjoy using my Razer Atheris gaming mouse on my PC, and I was also gonna use my Razer Sphex V2 gaming mouse pad but it's too big to fit on my desktop space, but I'll use it one day
I bought the Hori Tac Pro M2 for PS4 knowing it had a cheap mouse. I intended on buying a better one because, based on what I read, any corded mouse "should" work. I tried my friends Corsair M65 and it worked until I hit the crosshair button or rolled the scroll wheel. I heard the Deathadder worked, so I bought the Deathadder V2 today. As soon as I plug it into the Hori keyboard it shuts the entire control system down. Has anyone had any luck getting a Razer mouse to work with this system?
Ok so I want to order a Basilisk Ultimate in the sale, however it says “404 link not found” when you click it on the UK razer site. It works on all other sites, is this just my problem or is it universal? And is it on purpose?
When lighting is turned off on the mouse - which is required for optimal battery life - the mouse no longer gives a charging status indicator - i would think that even though lighting is disabled in general use there would at least be the option to have the mouse light indicate charging status as it does when lighting is left on - lighting on = less the optimal battery life. thanks
As Razer was announced Two new gaming mice in January 2020. What would you guys think? For me, personally, I was expecting the new wireless technology - Hypersped will wildly apply on the comming product (I wish they could apply that on the keyboard as well.......). It is quite disappointing that both new products only applied the optical switch technology merely. And I was expecting the wireless version of the Naga mouse, which is one of the remarkable design in terms of MMO gaming mouse. I really hate the imitated design of Basilisk the same as Logitech G502. It feels like Razer had did backward in the industry that needs to follower competitors. In which, it needs to mention that for the initial success of Razer, almost ALL of the gaming peripheral competitors were coping all design from Razer's product in order to draw consumer's attention. What do you guys think?
Deathadder has the best mouse shell in the world. Why is there no wireless version yet? I've tried all the other wireless Razer mice and I prefer the deathadder shape over all of them. I might stop waiting and just buy the SteelSeries Rival 650
Title says basically everything! Considering buying the Trinity but if there's a Wireless version in the works(with the new optical sensor hopefully! - Focus+ I think?) I'd rather wait for that. Any information you folks can give fans of the Naga series like me? Thanks in advance! --- In the off chance you folks are working on one right now and are open to ideas, could you make it a modern, optical take on the Naga Epic Chroma with your most reliable wireless tech? Got one of those about 5-7 years ago and it was perfection until the scroll wheel started glitching, wireless started making sensor warp everywhere, and the 4G Laser sensor started dying. Even kept using it for a few months after those things happened because it was still the best mouse I could find for my hand and usage. Everything about it was amazing, only thing I'd consider adding would be a little rubber grip around the 12 button side, maybe near the front, in front of the 1, 2 and 3 buttons on the thumb pad. Perhap
with the deathadder v2 and the basilisk v2 released, you can see that they went back to wired (basilisk) and gave it all the extras that their new wireless mice have (sensor, mouse feet etc..). I would love to see a new version of the wired viper with some extra features. what do you think?
I can not be the only Ouroboros owner in pain as their mouse slowly withers away from years and years of service right? I have used this mouse for almost 7 years and it is still going strong, it is just starting to scrape as the pads on the bottom wear off. And honestly, I would just love to see this batwing mouse to come back with all the latest tech Razer has to offer. The ways in which you can configure an Ouroboros with the interchangable side panels and the extendable backplate (?) makes it just a great mouse. Plus after almost 7 years i kind of just dont want a different mouse...
Good evening Have dilemma: Get Mamba wireless as a gift. And it is a nice mice. BUT: Basilisk X HyperSpeed can work longer without charging and have Bluetooth, that's very convenient for using with laptop and PC. And as I understand they have the same optical sensor... So I'm start to think about selling mamba and buying basilisk... But maybe I'm missing something and mamba is better? Will be grateful for your opinion:smile_:
I took out the original broken ttc encoder and threw it without measuring xd yeah... I'll be ordering from aliexpress and there are different heights 7,9,10,11mm but idk witch one. Thanks!!!
Hello guys , i need your help i am currently based in saudia arab (middle east), i bought razer lancehead wireless from jarir store, unfortunately after buying it i had to travel pakistan for my mother liver transplant i stayed there for a year when i came back i tried to use my mouse but after unpacking the box i couldn't found any cable(wire) . my mouse is completely useless without cable. i cannot claim the warranty i checked razer care store but its only for inside US customers . could you guys please help me or guide me where should i get the original or good quality cable. thankyou so much in advance
Bought my Naga 2012 as soon as my local seller had it available, now after over 7 years of service it has finally fought its last battle. After countless headshots, millions of clicks, unnumbered amount of raid bosses and slashes it has fallen with no more continues left. Tomorrow I will go and see who will try to follow his footsteps on the path of honor and glory. Good night, sweet prince
Imagine if razer made a mouse lighter than viper, but more accurate than lancehead, viper elite and deathadder elite. It would also have opto mechanical clicks somehow so it would be the fastest reacting mouse. I'd call it razer venom. It would destroy the competition.
