There are rumors floating around that the Razer Phone 3 is cancelled as part of the "Realignment Plans". I was hoping that Razer would come out with a 5G compatible device and finally featuring the headphone jack but it looks like this won't be the case if the rumors are true.

I got my Razer 2 three days ago, so after I transferred all my data and apps over, I downloaded the Pie update. I have had non stop problems ever since. Apparently, Pie was full of bugs when it was released (I was rocking a Note 5 before this so I didn't know about new updates) and it took them quite a while to work out issues with other phones. Almost EVERY reported issue those early adopters had I am now having. I used Razer Support to try to find out why my Overview button disappeared, and they had no idea. While talking to them I found out on my own that it was an issue the update had (which you can thankfully change back with a setting). I've also had my EXPENSIVE Razer RGB charging dock stop fast charging, as well as the majority of the other problems. I haven't found very much help, or reports of others having the same issues, but until they fix it, the only thing I can do is revert to Android 8, which involves resetting my phone. 3 days in is no big deal for me, but please don

Has anyone else been having an issue were your ringtone volume keeps resetting to 50%? I usually have my ringtone volume on 100% for incoming calls, but for some reason sometimes when I get a call, my ringtone is quiet and when I check the levels it has reset itself to 50%. not the biggest issue in the world, just a bit annoying

With the price drop to 500 I was thinking of snatching one up, I'm curious though, is it water resistant? I want to be able to take my phone into the shower with me, it will probably stay out of the water for the most part, might get a couple drips on it. Or could I hold it under the stream of water and it would stay good. I am only in there for 10-15 minutes so it wont be getting drowsed for long.

Good morning Ladies and Gents, I have a RP2, for the last month and have been loving it every day. My questions are about the way SD cards are used as internal Memory. I have a 256GB Samsung Evo Select . Before Using it, I tested it on my laptop to make sure it was good. I used my RP2 to reformat the card to be used as Internal Memory. Now here is the weird thing. My card now says 512GBs and 261GB are used as System ( as shown in the pictures below ) I would like to understand why this is happening , is this an issue or just the way the PR2 makes internal storage for full phone use across all apps? Any and all help/info into this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time in advance.

Has anyone on Verizon had success enabling video calling on their Razer Phone 2? After spending quite some time with support, and having the issue escalated to engineering, Razer's response was that their engineering team was able to replicate the issue and found out that the Razer Phone 2 doesn't support Verizon video calling. It does support third-party video calling apps such as Google Duo, but not native Verizon video calling. :frown_:

So here I am, finally doing the swap. I bought a brand new Razer Phone and am in need of info on getting started properly. I travel a lot and used my HP Elite x3 phone for music, Hands Free Comms and GPS (offline functional required). I am having bluetooth issues and suspect it might be related to Bluetooth aptX codec used by my all 3 car stereos. And suggestions on apps and initial setup updates and procedures for someone new to android?

Are the Ouya servers still live? Is there a place to go for support for the system? Any info on troubleshooting would be appreciated.

With Razer's mobile division cut down, has there been any word on the monthly security updates Google puts out for Android? I've gone as all out as possible with securing my phone based on my own actions but not having vulnerabilities patched is a concern. Or is there a way to manually install the updates? I'm on Feb security update that came with the Pie update. Before that I was on the Oct 18 update.

Greetings everyone! After some waiting and thinking, i finally decided to take the plunge and ordered a razer phone! I am very excited about it, especially since just after i ordered it i got the invite for elder scrolls blades and for some reason it does not look at all like the demo videos they showed on e3 (i think it was e3) on my iphone se - it looks like graphics settings are turned down for iphone se. So i look very much forward to trying it on my new razer phone and looking forward to exploring android! So are there any tips for razer phone/android newcomers? I used apple phones since they invented them.. :) Thnxx!

I am just trying to get a feel for this brand and how well the users are supported. I have an issue that is being run through support, it looks like the Bluetooth driver needs work, what are my chances of seeing any help come down the pipe?

I updated my phone to the latest version of android 9. And one of the key updates was the audio changes. After updating to the most recent version, I noticed that the bass was weaker than the previous version of android 9. I kept the bass settings on max before and after. Being a basshead, is there a way to get the bass back from the previous version?

Just purchased Razer Phone 2 and got it yesterday, however the fingerprint under Security was missing in Android 8.0 even after upgraded to Android Pie 9.0. I have been factory reset multiple times, but still no go. Any fix on this?

Hey All, Sorry for maybe a complete silly question however, I have always been a Samsung user. I have recently bought the Razer Phone 1 as I like the idea of the 120hz and gaming capabilities etc. My question is though, is there a Samsung "looking: theme other than the basic android interface? I also run my business off my phone so I really like how my previous setup was on the Samsung and would love to accommodate that to my Razer. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! :D

The "Advanced" option has a lot of "Currently displaying(当前显示了)" text (depends on the number of folded options) instead of just showing the options. The problem only occurs on language Chinese(Simplified).

Hi everyone I would to ask about new update (9 pie )for razer phone 1 when is coming !!?

Before the Pie update this phone was perfect...why i had this sudden urge to rush the update i honestly do not know...i really wish i hadnt bothered now 1) The status bar does not show all my notifications any more - only to or three...then i just get a dot...and the middle of the status bar is blank. Does anyone know how to get it to fill up again so i can see everything like i used to? This issue may have something to do with the stupid clock being on the left side now (this is also wierd and i am still not used to it being there.... 2) Bluetooth - when i get a phonecall in my car, the phone app no longer shows on my car - and sometimes the sound comes through my speakers and sometimes it doesnt - it so friggin annoying man - i end up just using my phones speaker,...i have tried unpairing and re-pairing but the same thing happens.. is this a permissions issue?? what the hell thanks in advance for any help!

While Razer seems to be more than willing to arrange swapping my phone out, the only thing wrong with it seems to be a single stuck/dead pixel in the middle'ish right side of the screen. Stuck pixels can theoretically be fixed, however, and I'd rather try to correct it than risk getting a phone with some other dud component. Im wondering if anyone else has had a stuck pixel and managed to correct it, and what video and phone settings (or other method) you may have used in the process. For example, Ive run a couple pixel fixer videos for about an hour when not using it, at the default 90 Hrtz, with no luck so far. Would a particular video, and maybe refresh rate, be an optimal solution for the Razer Phone 2's screen?

So i went high and low to try and find answers in order to see if this service would work on this phone, in the end i have found that yes it will work but with some restrictions, so i wanted to post this in case others needed to find this end all question.
