Razer Chroma RGB

Hi, this is my first post here, please be gentle. So the plan is this: Buy a MSI Motherboard that has two 5V ARGB headers (like MSI MPG B550 Gaming Carbon WIFI for example), sync it with Razer Synapse so i can control the two motherboard ARGB headers via Chroma Studio. Question is: Will Chroma studio allow me to control these two ARGB headers individually or will i only be able to see one "MSI device", so both headers can only be controlled at once? If i will be able to control them individually, will i be able to detect/change the number of LEDs per header? (Like it is possible for the six headers of the Razer Chroma addressable RGB controller.) If i will not be able to control them individually, is there any other way to detect/change the number of LEDs per header? (I have not used MSI Mystic Light before, only have experimented with ASUS Aura so far) So maybe some of you own an MSI Motherboard with two 5V ARGB headers and can tell me what is possible and what is not. So either a razer Synapse update or windows update messed with my chroma settings and I can't seem to find a way to fix it. Now my computer (blade 15 advanced) thinks my keyboard is my mouse in terms of RGB the only time i'm getting keyboard backlight is startup/shutdown. Anyone else experiencing this? i'm half expecting a fix from Razer synapse on this one since i haven't done anything with my pc apart from update it.

Hi all, I have configured some mouse profile (one for each character in a mmo) and i would like that all razer equipements to change their colors when i change the mouse profile. For example the first mouse profile would make all razer equipments become green. So i created chroma templates, i go to mouse/lighting, i select the mouse profile and in effet i select the chroma template. Then i go in 2nd mouse template select 2nd chroma template. But when i go back in fist mouse profile the chroma template associated is the 2nd one (last one) which make me think that the software is unable to have a link between mouse profile and chroma color template. Is that right ? Doest it mean there is no way that all razer equipments change to the same color according to the select mouse template ?

Hi Folks, Information on my specific question is rare to non existend. Im planning to go full RGB on my system and controll it all via Synapse/Razer Chroma and for that I want to get some of the LianLi Strimers. Now according to LianLi they've got like 120 LEDs (24pin) or 108 LEDs (8pin PCIe). According to Razer the Adressable RGB Controller only works for 80LEDs per port. Does anybody know if the Strimers wont work at all or will there be some limitiations or, worst case, will a bunch of LEDs stay "dark"?

Hello. I want to know if Thermal Take RGB fans will work with Chroma Visualizer. I see that Thermaltake Products work with Razer Chroma, but not Chroma Visualizer. I assume any product that works with Razer Chroma, also works with Chroma Visualizer?

Trying to figure a direction to go in. if I have 7 thermaltake fans, can I control them individually in Chroma or are they treated as one device?

Hello, can I control more than one Chroma Addressable RGB Controller with the Synapse 3 software? The email support from Razor said yes, but my software only finds 1 of the 3 controllers ... Thank you

Is it possible to use the addressable rgb controller with a laptop? The ChromaSDK had external USB and power connectors. Could the aRGB controller be used in the same way? Has anyone identified any AC or USB power adapters that work?

I have recently purchased Naga Pro with Mouse Dock Chroma. The dock has this nice feature where the color reflects mouse battery level. Now my question is, how can I make the dock use that feature while having other devices use the Studio effect. If I change the dock to show battery level, all my other devices also switch to Quick Effects. If I go in the Chroma Studio I can remove the effect from the dock, but then it just stays dark. How to live? :/

Hello, i was wondering is there and possibility to not use Reactive on my mouse pad.. because when i click with my new Superb basilisk ultimate ( aaah ^-^/ ) the mouse pad turn off and on ! is there a way to configure each one by one Or disable certain effect on accessories. thanks !

Hello to all, I'm sorry if I'm duplicating this topic but I could not find the same issue, I mean, similar but I was able to isolate to my Ethernet Connection. --- I bought a Yeelight LED Light Strip 1S, connected everything, followed all the steps available that I could find, and using the mobile App, or the Yeelight Chroma Connector, I can control the lights. On Razer Synapse I can see the Yeelight under Chroma Connect, however it does nothing. Step that I tried. Reinstall Razer Synapses (currently with 3.5.1215.121019) Reinstall Yeelight Chroma Connector (currently with 1.0.11) Install a SDK patch for Razer that I found (did nothing, I think because the razer synapses is up to date) Reset Yeelight LED Light Strip 1S (currently with firmware (2.0.6_0013) And yes I also restarted my PC, and everything is up to date as well. So, after exhausting all the troubleshooting, I tried to install Razer Synapses on my laptop that is connected via WiFi, and it works. Issue is now isolate

I have a very specific question on Studio. Is i possible to save a color profile that I want to use later? By that I mean like having ambient awareness project lighting on my keyboard, then save that lighting to use as a static effect. Example: I have som nice colorful pics of some galaxies that works awesome for ambient awareness, but I want to save that lighting effect to a static effect that I can use even when the galaxy is not on screen.

Hello There I have recently obtained motherboard from title (asrock b550 taichi razer), and tried to controll my rgb ram sticks T-force delta rgb, that are theoretically supported by Razer Chroma RGB (both sites razer and teamgroup), but ram is not apearing in Synapse 3. Teamgroup is not providing any new software to connect to razer, so how to get them in synapse software.

Hi - new Blade user here. I've been pretty immersed in learning the razer synapse functionality but I don't have a ton of time to make my own presets. Is there anywhere someone could recommend some blade presets for chroma profiles? I've found tons of presets that only work with other chroma devices, hardly any I have found (even on razer's site) work for the blade. P.S. If someone could make or link the 'Hacking the Matrix' profile I've seen, I'd be overjoyed.

Greetings. How to make color change of keys on pressing without fading at the end in chroma configurator. If I use a dynamic effect, the color changes, then the backlight turns off and then the original color is return. Is there really no way to just change the color and smoothly return it to its original?

Hey guys. I'm having a weird issue since the last synapse update. I use chroma studio to sync my lighting. Randomly every couple of minutes my chroma profile will disconnect and the lighting on my devices will either shut off or change to spectrum cycling. It's very random. To get it back to normal I have to use my global shortcut that I setup for the specific chroma profile. I have uninstalled synapse and re-installed it but the same thing continues to happen. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi there, I got a qestion about my Blade keyboard in game Chroma effects. I have no problem with all the settings of lights on in - cycle, breathing, all the colorus etc is fine - but I don't get game specyfic effestc. All my perfyerials get them (for example in Doom) but only the build in laptop keybord is allways on its basic settings. The Visualizer work the same, only the peryferials got it but not the build in keyboard. I contacted Support, reinstaled Synapse, I got all the newest drivers and Windows uptades. Can enyone tell me is the Blade keyboard eglibel to display game specyfic and visualizer chromma effects?

Hello! I have a Blackwidow Elite and I have razer synapse with chroma installed. I have an custoum Chroma effect applied from day one. The mute button always changed to red when I pressed it but today after an razer synapse software update it stoped changing the colour. the fuction still works, it still mutes and unmutes but I can't make it turn red again. Even created a new profile and chroma effect but no changes. Does someone experienced something similar? Thank you guys in advance!

After a long hiatus, I finally got v6.0 of Colore, the C# library/wrapper for the Chroma SDK, out the door! More details can be read in the blog post for the release. And the library itself can of course be downloaded from NuGet! For other details, please consult the GitHub repository. Now that this big release is finally out the door, smaller updates will hopefully have way less friction. As always, if there are questions or feedback please use the discussions or issues feature on the GitHub project. I should receive notifications to replies posted here but it's nice to have it all collected on GitHub for easy organization.
