Razer Chroma RGB

Hi all,I am a Razer keyboard, mouse, mouse pad user, all of them have chroma support, I also have a Philips light strip hue gradient for my monitor. I cannot determine the capture areas of the LED strip in the Philips application, the software captures colors from certain areas according to its own mind, but I can specify the area I want it to capture in the Razer application.My problem starts exactly here, Razer is color capture does not give vibrant colors and the ambient colors are constantly flickering, it bothers the eyes even if I set the sharpness setting to the last setting.In Philips' own software, the colors are quite vibrant, very soft transitions are never disturbing even at 100% light and the sharpest setting, but the Philips software does not allow me to select a region. From here, I call out to the Razer software team, correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think I am wrong, so please revise this ambient mode and release the corrected version. I just ordered a Lian-Li Razer Edition Case and still have to get the motherboard for it. I am looking at GigaByte X870E Auros Elite for that, not yet decided.I can not see anywhere on the GigaByte product specs it supports any RGB controller at all, even Razer.Any one knows? Will I be able to control the RGB via Chroma/Synapse? I bought the “Monster Illuminessence” “Arc+” and “2M Flow Strip” two years ago in addition to my Razor Kraken, Black Widow and Naga it all make my game setup awesome. However, since last ChromaStudio update in January “3.9.109.11015” the two Monster device just will not display all the color schemed (just basic RGBY). From Monster App on my phone all color tested OK for transition to cool effects.Could there be something I did not know, on Monster Illuminessence side they claimed that their device and app are all working properly. Maybe it's really just some codes in Chroma that is not transmitted properly??

Question:Is there a way to edit Reactive effect Duration time in seconds? Current settings only allow to select either slow; medium or fast effect. But is there maybe some file in razer install directory, which can be edited with text editor and specify how long in seconds each effect duration actually is?I'd like to increase time for Slow effect, until light turns off after key is released. Wave effect could probably also do this, but i would then need to set effect to each keyboard key separately, so using reactive would be more preferred. Such suggestion of specifying duration in seconds, has been brought up in thread created 4 years ago, but seems not to have received any reply and also not implemented.

Yes, you read it right, I have an RGB Mouse pad on top of my RGB Mouse pad.When trying to recreate in Synapse, it will just snap back.Why is it illegal?Razer fix pls…  

On exiting games that change my peripherals lighting effects, chroma takes anywhere between 15 seconds and 2 minutes to change lighting back to my rgb set up. Why?

I can not rotate my light strips on my HDK in Synapse 4. The button is there but it will not work. I have reinstalled several times and the problem persists. VERY ANNOYING!!!

Hello,I have a Razer Cobra Pro mouse and a Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro keyboard. I paired them both using the Cobra Pro USB dongle, but in Chroma Studio, only the Cobra Pro is visible. Could you please help resolve this? Thanks.

Hi, Chroma app isn’t picking up the game. I suspect it is because it is the enhanced edition through steam?? Other chroma games are working fine.Can you confirm the enhanced edition is not supported?

hello i installed synapse 4 and lost all profiles and my fans wont sync, only 2 of the 6 give light and i have 5 fans on the studio but they all communicate with the same 2 fans in the pc/ 

Since the Windows 11 update, Synapse cant find my mainboard anymore so the RGB is staying on white. What can i do to fix that?

Leviathan v2 chroma visualizer not working.After the update of razer synapse 3 version 3.9.630.62714 it just broke my leviathan v2. The chrome rgb settings in razer synapse wil not sync with my leviathan v2. My leviathan v2 will always in default spectrum cycling lighting.

Hi everyone,I have the Razer Firefly V2 for 2-3 years now and the color has always been set to blue and a white color wave over it. But now is the blue almost gone and the white is almost yellow. I bought the mousepad at the same time as my keyboard (Razer Cynosa V2) and mouse (Razer Viper mini) and the colors of the keyboard and mouse are still fine.Does anyone else have this problem? 

I got a new CPU cooler with ARGB lights, as my motherboard didn't have any ARGB header I got Razer Chroma ARGB controller, but it's not detecting the ARGB cooler, when clicked on refresh button to detect, the cooler light glows green in cycle pattern and turns off and then a message appears on screen that no ARGB device is detected, the cooler is Alseye W90

I just lost the light in the Tartarus Pro V2, it lights a short time when starting windows, it does not help to disable windows dynamic light because the Tartarus is not visible in windows dynamic lightning (my huntsman mini is) and enabling chroma, also disabling usb and back on is not working,.How awful it is when the light no longer works, black as night, otherwise the device works normally. Mondriaan.

Chroma Apps not detecting my apps for the Chorma Connect light effects. The only Apps that are detected are Eurotruck 2 and wallpaper Engine and thats all. No other games are detected but their listed on the supported game list

I own a Razer Siren Emote. Currently we have Synapse as a base software and Streamer companion app which controls all streamer related functions well. I cannot use the mic’s 8bit display / RGB to sync with other Razer Chroma devices which is infuriating, having a RGB canvas and seeing that it’s useless when you close the Companion app. Same goes to RGB being controlled over by companion app, if I want just emotes, it would be default spectrum cycle for all other non Streamer Companion devices. My suggestion would be integrate quick effects and advanced RGB for these devices in new RGB Chroma app along with having a seperate tab for Streamer features. And of course for Siren Emote, have emotes in quick effects menu shown below.  Same goes to Chroma visualizer, this should have a setting or toggle where only selected devices are affected and not all.  

When i try to use chroma studio is says that no compatible devices are detected and I can’t customise my razer basilisk x hyperspeed.Does anyone know how to fix this?
