On the razer silver Prices it say for example 3 remaining. Does that mean only my squad can reedem it 3 times or does it mean that from every Squad participating, only 3 Squads can redeem it.

Since i just missed the last season (5) of Razer Cortex squad reards, I really dont want to miss the next season. Sooo I was wondering when the next Razer Cortex squad rewards season (6) is starting. Hey y'all, I've been using Cortex to clear my ram since before Synapse 3 came out. I've recently upgraded my rig and since then Cortex has frequently locked up Windows from the moment I use the boost function. This problem persists after a hard restart. Windows will become unresponsive, unable to shutdown/restart, applications persist in the taskbar after closing them. Can anyone tell me what the point is of the achievements in Razer Cortex Mobile? I get the "claim Daily Loot" as that actually rewards Silver, but what do the rest do? There's no real benefit other than to get XP? And even if you level up, what's the point? Are there other benefits at a higher level or something? Just wondering why I'm Launching from my games and viewing Offerwalls and Downloading Games, when there is no real point from what I can see? Thanks in advance!

My Question is does your level in the Razer Cortex App give you benefits or something is it just "there"?

So I've been using Cortex now and I was looking around at the information and I like how it logs the fps information about the games you've been playing. It shows the information for the games that I have in my steam but I have Forza horizon 4 from my Xbox game pass account and it shows up in cortex but it hasn't collected any of the fps info because it thinks I haven't played the game yet. When I hit "view dashboard" it moves forward but instead of showing the data it says "Start generating your FPS chart by playing this game". Which is weird because I've played this game a ton already. Also if I try and start the Forza through Cortex when I hit play nothing happens? Does Cortex not work well with Xbox game pass or is there a way i can fix this so Cortex will track my games played even if they are from my Xbox game pass and not my steam account? Thanks!

The 200 silver paid to play options are no longer available. I do not know if this is a server issue or what, but I have noticed others are having the same problem. If developers would be able to fix this issue that would be great. I feel I and likely others have lost a lot of silver in these recent days due to this issue. I have tried reinstalling and login out then logging in again, but the issue persists.

Hello! so I seem to be experiencing a problem with the Razer Cortex system scan. I start up the file then goto system booster and start the scan the scan starts as it should then stops at 18% and is stuck on "Scanning for files files: HTML Help" and is at 47.3 MB of 22.2GB which is a lot that needs to be scanned and is holding back my PC from it's maximum performance. This problem started out of nowhere and I've tried reinstalling it and it does nothing to fix the problem. its been 2 months since 200 silvers paid to play is not appearing to my cortex mobile. can it be fixed? my cortex is updated and smooth running but i cant no longer redeem 200 silvers paid to play

Why will this notification on Play not go away? Does anyone know what it's for? I feel like I've tried everything, but maybe not. This is stressing me out lol. Any help would be appreciated!

I can only find one other person reporting this problem, and it was Fortnite. However the team said a fix was issued for it. Now I'm having the same problem with Warzone.

Hi, i’m trying to play SF5 running from Cortex, but it will always run it in normal mode. SF5 is one of those Steam games that gives you launch options when you run it (Play SF5 - Play SF5 in low spec mode). Cortex only runs it in normal, i need to be able to always run it on low spec mode since that’s the only way i can play it smoothly. Any help to fix this please? Help!

When I boost manually or automatically my display dims way to low dark. When I restore my display goes back to normal. This only happed after the latest update. Before the update it ran fine. Hi, I always thought booster prime was a paid service, so when I went on it chose fortnite it said " AN ERROR OCCURED WHILE REQUESTING GAME SETTINGS FROM SERVER." and the optimize button was greyed out. i don't know if it is my issue or your guys issue. With the understanding that windows and mac are built differently. I'm sure that a Cortex version for mac can benefit mac user, even if it's just to disable unnecessary apps or system services running in the background. I game on Steam, Origin and Geforce Now on the Mac.

so i uninstalled razer cortex because every time i would stop a game it would put my pc into a mode where i could not do anything. the mouse would work but no apps would open, couldn't shut down the pc (only if i held the power button down) ive been reading a lot of people been having this issue and once they uninstalled there were no more problems i loved razer cortex and what it did. did razer happen to fix this problem or are people still having issues with this? amd ryzen 7 3700x oced msi 2070 super asus tuf x570 with wifi 4x4 8g corsair vengeance 3200 ram oced x63 nzxt kraken

Hi guys, new to the forums so apologies if this is in the wrong section. Ive been a long time user of Razer products and Software, but recently ive been doing alot more game playing while having a movie or youtube video open on my other monitor. I dont have an absolute beast PC and ive got parts ahead of other ones. Example: I have a 3070 gpu but an I5-5500 cpu (i know its okayish but not the greatest) I also only run 16 gigs of ram witha speed of 2133 MHz. My entire build is crippling itself and im aware. When i built it 6 years ago i built it with plans to upgrade things. So far only my graphics card and a new SSD have been installed. Back to my problem/question. I have all games i play optimized by Cortex. But i was wondering if their was a way i could keep my internet app, Chrome, optimized so my youtube videos or netflix/hulu/disney+ arent constantly struggling. Even just browsing the web becomes nearly impossible with how slow it all runs. so i suppose my question is: Can i k
