Razer Cortex

Cortex v9.4.17.1004, Windows 10 pro (64bit) When I click the play button in "My Library" screen, cortex will apply boost settings and start 'game desktop' mode, but won't launch any of my games (most are Steam games). I'm left with a blank game desktop screen. I can then use ctrl+alt+del and then use the run dialog to start the game, but then cortex disables the boost features. I don't understand what I could be missing here. This has been an issue on both my previous, as well as new PC. Combing through this and other forums hasn't provided a working solution as of yet. I just want to use Cortex to launch games with an absolute minimum of background Windows processes.

Before every time that I launched a new game I would see Game Booster start up and its icon at the bottom right of the screen. Now I don't see that anymore; has it become invisible?

I get the notification when launching CSGO or PUBG.. but after playing a bit no points are credited. I'm about to reinstall and see if that helps. It's been working for years and all of a sudden just stops, weird. Server-side issue maybe?

It used to work but now it's not launching my games when I open them from the cortex library... I've tested with sekiro, warframe, and killing floor 2 Edit: I removed all my links from the cortex library and searched for games again, only monster hunter world recovered and it's working now. The others can't even be found and cortex doesn't launch them if I add them manually. Dying light is working, but that's a fresh install.

I wanted to play Roblox just to get Razer Silver, but nothing showed up under the supported games section, and I was never rewarded silver for playing an hour. Can someone help with this?

Does anyone know when the ptp games on mobile cortex will change or when the polls come out? Because its been the same games for some time. Thanks in advance.

Already did all trouble shootings recommended by the agents on costumer support such as cmd ip address and proxy reset plus disabling firewall and antivirus still cant download it it gives me an error server access unavailable please check your network connection internet working perfectly fine and every other razer software im able to install without any issues please fix

To day i opened my Cortex as usual went to the rewards section and noticed a new option 'login to Cortex daily, or a return of an old option, if you've been here for awhile. As you can see there is currently no image for this, an furthermore if i try to access it i just get a white screen. Is anyone else experiencing this or anyone able to confirm that the daily login will be making a return?

It used to. It did like a few times and then it just stopped. I've googled. I've searched, I've uninstalled, rebooted, resinstalled. I've sang, I've danced, I've even excluded it from my Antivirus. Razer needs to update Cortex to work with UPlay and The Division 2. Thanks (Does anyone read these forums?)

How to disable in Gamecaster option ? i cant find it in the new version

Is there any chance you guys can or are going to add support for the windows 10 store games? As more and more game release there would be nice to launch them though razer cortex. and if you ever bring back gaecaster would be nice to record them as well.

Yeasterday I ended up not being able to play at all on my computer. After a bit of digging, I found out that RzKLService.exe is seriously leaking memory. Looking at task manager, I can see a lot of nonpaged pool memory on RzKLService.exe process. Just killing this process freed up 2Gb of MAR (out of 8 on my computer) and allowed me to play again. I searched this forum and found out a lot of threads about this issue, some quite old, all being closed without any explanation or solution. At the moment, the best way to free memory on my computer seems to be "kill the memory booster thingy" but I'm not sure this is the way it is intended to be used ...

So I use cortex whenever I play FFXIV, but if I use YouTube or Spotify it'll come with these crackling noises and have no idea why. When I tab out they go away after a few secs and they also come even if the ffxiv sounds are in my headset but I unplug that so there's no sound from the game it still comes with the noises. Want to keep using cortex but it really annoys me

If I redeem a silver reward, would I still pay for the shipping fee?

So i have no idea how to open the menu on razer cortex sometimes it does nothing doesn't some times it does open so is there anyway i can open it surely.

This is the most annoying software I have ever used it is constantly "pop" stealing focus right when I'm about to type in a browser or launch a game and then I have to alt tab around to deal with this annoying pop. Please fix this crap software and fire your "hype" punk design team that has no tact or taste and produces annoying garbage that is going to piss off and alienate your customers. Let forum trash lifer buttkissers commence their sucking.

When I launch Steam game (like PUBG) via Cortext I can't see FPS in corner. I checked FPS option and set in upper left corner. When game is up and running, there is no FPS. I tried to enable/disable with hotekys too. When I close game, boost is not restored eather! It's like Cortext never noticed that game is launched (even if I launch via Cortext itself). Also, there is no FPS graph after closing game, even if I enabled that option before launching game. Other games works fine (like Overwatch, ROS...), only with Steam games doesn't work. Btw, auto-boost works (but not auto-restore).

After experiencing an issue with windows defender, i did a system refresh in order to resolve the issue, which it fixed. unfortunately this caused an issue with the razer cortex system cleaner as soon as the computer booted back up. Every time i try and do a system clean, the scan stops at exactly 21% on the file HTML help. It says that 3.4 GB out of 3.8 GB is being used up by this file, which is no small amount of memory for RAM. Keep in mind that my PC is a Razer blade 15 V1 and is not even 1 month old, the computer was very lightly used before the system refresh, with only a few programs like microsoft office, itunes, nvidia geforce, WoW and fortnite. I have been dealing with razer reps for days not and nothing is happening, can someone please help if they have any knowledge of my potential issue and its solution!!!! much love

Been seeing a ton of positive feedback and loads of complaints on Paid to Play. I realize a lot of the complaints come from demands that we should raise the cap. In short we won't be raising the cap on P2P though we may add new ways of earning Razer Silver. With that in mind, i doubt we will stop hearing the complaints - what do you guys think? Should we shut down all the free ways of earning Razer Silver and just go back to the standard - buy stuff and get loyalty points (like every other company) or should we continue to find free ways to give loyalty points (and get a ton of complaints?) What do you guys think?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone had any info about whether Cortex is going to come to IOS? Is it in the works? Is it being considered? Has the option been ruled out?
