Razer Cortex

Hello there!Before a went on vacation (a month ago)  razer cortex allowed me to adjust the digital vibrance, hue, etc.but when I came back the feature said it wasnt allowed anymore. I have some settings changed already but cant change it back.I have two graphics cards on my laptop ; AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 

I don't know what happened 3 months ago digital vibrance was working properly on my laptop i have AMD 5600h apu processor + Nvidia 1650 Graphics Card , But today i cant adjust the digital vibrance its showing your graphics card dont have option.

Hello so Im relatively new to Razer Cortex but I had a few questions.1. Every time I launch my pc Razer Cortex is asking for permissions to run.2. I tried out the optimization features such as system clean / speed up ect after running it I didnt really notice and visual changes but a day later after I restart my pc these changes were made: Clear type was turned off / Display windows contents while moving was off / The blue drop shadow box was white and black dots / and images were not displaying properly and last my systems font was all weird for pc and browser. I was wondering if these are changes that cortex makes if not Im thinking it might be malware but I got ESET Advanced premium and Advanced Malwarebytes so any information would be great thanks!

How often are the release dates refreshed on Cortex so that they actually show up in libraries? Two games that have fully released and I’ve installed are The Finals and Nothing!! however Cortex has them labelled as “To be released” therefore aren’t showing up in my library.

I am very wondering how this works, and super new at this. How do I join in? Do I just play a certain game that supports, if so than how do i know i am already in? Can someone help me please?

I have The New Razer Synapse and cortex installed on my computer, causing two icons to appear in the taskbar. So are there any plans to refactor cortex to accommodate the new architecture of The New Razer Synapse?

Hello.So i recently downloaded razer cortex. It took me a while to finally make an account for it. In the time i got some play time for games. When i logged in i noticed that it gets rid of my play time from my guest account. I was wondering is there a way to transfer this data or do i lose my play time?

I just downloaded Razer Cortex and enabled the Overlay and it just didnt work on counter strike 2 and rocket league (they are both on Steam)

Process listWhy does RazerCortext runs a task manager after each time I run a game through steam and then exit? First, I assumed it was because it tried to somehow restore running apps I hasd running before the game starts, but I use the new Task Manager, not the old one which Cortex is launching. What is causing this, and how can I prevent it?

hey i have a little problem, when i end the gaming boost in razer cortex some apps just randomly opens like discord park contorl microsoft edge or game bar can someone help me please? 

It’s simple Everytime i start playing, Cortex does his job BUT when i stop playing, Cortex closes Steam.I’ve searched in the parameters, in the list of the programs that Cortex closes for optimization but i find ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I need help!

Every time I log into my account, this pop-up appears as well as synapse. Is there any way I can stop this pop-up from appearing? (The account I am using does not have admin privileges)

HelloMy name is Krzysztof and a few days ago I downloaded Razer Cortex.When connecting the platforms, I noticed that there was no integration with the epic games store and xbox platforms and they were visible in the tiles below the integration. Here's my main question: is this an oversight, maybe something isn't working with this integration, or does Razer Cortex not yet support integration with Epic games store and xbox? Moreover, when I try to connect my Origin account and, for some time now, EA app, I keep receiving a message about the failed attempt. As a computer layman, I can only guess that the integration may be outdated.I would be extremely grateful if someone more familiar with the topic from the community or support staff could provide me with detailed information about these 2 questions.Best regards,Krzysztof

The website said that I can earn silver through the daily loot just by simply logging in to Cortex but I've been logging into it for days and I still don't receive any silver other than playing games under the Play To Earn.

Can there be more games under the Play To Earn because I'm bored of the same one every single time?

When I am on my phone and I want to log in te razer cortex I just get a black screen.I can tap around and sometimes a keyboard pops up but I cant see anything.And when i swipe down and click a video can be heard playing in the background. But still just a black screen.I have tried redownloading and restarting my phone but nothing works.My phone is a Samsung galaxy S23.

So I started up minecraft to play a different game for the Razer Squad Rewards. After about 30 minutes I decided to check and well the timer has not gone up since playing. So I decided to go through the Razer Cortex app itself and booted it up that way. It took me to another Minecraft launcher I didn’t even know I had. Is this like the old launcher before Minecraft migrated? I know the new launcher comes from the Microsoft store as a downloaded app? If so, thankfully I still had the other one downloaded, but what I also found weird about it is that in the file location it is considered under CurseForge, so I’m really confused about it. If anyone could have some clarification on it that would be great. In the picture I’m showing the one that says Minecraft.exe and has a white creeper face on it is the one that is currently counting the time for the Squad Rewards.  

The most recent update to Razer Cortex has caused my frame rate in Kena Bridge of Souls to tank to single digit levels.  It does not seem to be affecting any other game that I play (for example Mechwarrior 5 still has the normal high frame rate).  But there is a very definite correlation between Cortex Boost and Kena.  When I turn off Boost the frame rate is normal, when I turn it on it takes 2 minutes just to start the game, and I estimate the frame rate to be about 1-5 fps when I normally clear 60+ easily.I am running an i7-12700KF, 32GB RAM, Windows 11, and an NVIDIA RTX 3080 with the latest drivers (as of 10/31/23)Boost has the following settings: Enable CPU Core, Disable CPU sleep mode, Enable game power solutions, clear clipboard, clean RAM, Windows Key, Sticky Keys, Disable Cortana, Disable background apps, disable telemetry, disable report problem.I have a work around by disabling boost, but it is very irritating and took me 3 days to figure out that it was your product that wa
