I redeemed a $25 uber gift card using my Razer Silver points. The code given to me was invalid so I had to go through Razer Support to get the correct pin that would work with redemption. After 2 weeks of them letting me know they were still working on it, they eventually sent me a new code but now it was telling me that the code was already used! I let razer know that they gave me a used code and they told me to ask Uber for all the personal information of the person who redeemed it and the details of the redemption, I contacted uber and they told me due to privacy reasons, they could only give me the first name of the person who redeemed it. I went back and let Razer know and they said there was nothing else they could do. At this point it’s pretty obvious with all the hands in the same pie (my case with a different person replying each time), someone stole the code and redeemed it, knowing I wouldn’t be able to do anything to get it back and knowing Razer wouldn’t do anything either

I redeemed a $25 starbucks gift card with my silver and there’s no way for me to redeem it on the Starbucks website with the instructions and information that came with the email from Razer and I emailed them over a week ago and I still haven’t heard back….any idea on what I’m supposed to do?

Razer silver is such a joke. They advertise this as “ the world’s largest loyalty rewards program for gamers” … until you try to redeem your points. NOTHING is in stock! You also don’t know if something is in stock until you try to redeem it. Then they inform you it’s out of stock. That way people can see all the wonderful things they can redeem their points on. Not aware that most items aren’t in stock. Why are there separate inventories for products advertised on the regular site, and products on the silver page? They should be one in the same. This is no way to treat loyal customers. If anyone can tell me when Razer restocks the silver page I’d appreciate it. I’m sure the answer is no one knows. Wow...

i cant use my razer gold. when they're sending the code using my phone number it say 'There was an unexpected error. please reload the page and try again'

I was told that i have insufficient razer silver to redeem a 70k item while i have 120k razer silver .. customer service are not helpful, always close case even it is not resolve.. anyone face the same issue??

Not new to Razer but new the Forums. Was pulled into the Cortex 15th Season Squad Event and found myself looking for information on that.   Saw the coin giveaway here and now I am a little intrigued.   I only play MechWarrior Online, but was thinking of finally playing something else if I can find something I like that Qualifies for the Squad Event.Not a good player and I like the more realistic physical mechanics in a game but do not enjoy killing things. No judgement, just my preference. slow paced tactical turn based or RT.something you can play casually.My system runs good with High FR and Higher graphics.I like games in general that include active discord users and team balance

Im trying to purchase using razer gold for ragnarok x in-game and an unexpected error always occurs, and i cant even change my settings in the website to use the backup codes aswell the otp is not working.

Can’t top up wuthering waves via razer. For clarification, I was able to do it once before with the 6840 pack but now the game is just gone. When I try to search the web it shows that razer does support wuwa but when I click the link it says content not available in ur location. What can I do? Further Contexr, I am from Libya in Northern Africa.

I am located in Lebanon and I’m not using any VPN or proxy. I bought two Razer Gold cards, one for $30 and the other for $15. When I charged both of them on my Talabat app, Talabat refused to fulfill my request.
