Dear Razer Team,I recently made a purchase at an official Razer Store in Hong Kong and would like to inquire whether this transaction qualifies for the RazerStore Rewards program. I have registered this laptop in my account.Specifically, I would like to know: Can I earn Razer Silver for purchases made in-store (not online) at a Razer physical store in Hong Kong? If yes, how can I ensure that my purchase is linked to my Razer ID for rewards? If no, are there any alternative ways to register or claim this purchase for Silver accumulation? Hello. I want to update my number on my Razer Gold account. I installed it but a message was sent to my old number and I can't use it. I was asked for a code but I don't have it. I can only access my email account at the moment. Can you help me, I'm desperate. 

So i was able to do a few transaction worth 50 dollars no problem but after that debit card  (Visa) was getting declined paypal was getting declined now all of a sudden any type of payment method i use now is getting declined which to the point that its getting frustrating. Im trying to top up on ragnarok generations btw

I have called around to local gaming stores and can’t find any physical Razr Gold gift cards.  I can find a couple of them at Target, but wanted to buy ones that have higher denominations than $50.  I DO NOT WANT DIGITAL GIFT CARDS!!  How can I find more physical gift cards locally?

 There seems to be a bug when I view my Razer Silver Balance. I have 3650 as shown above, but when I view the Razer Silver Balance, it shows 0.
