So im new to razer and razer Silver i was looking at everything i could get with silver and everything about silver until i saw that the razer silver expires after 12 months BUT the thing is if it expires after 12 months i cant really get that much silver collected to even redeem anything thats over 18,000 silver which is BASICALLY everything. so can i use the expired silver or is that silver if its not redeemed just gone puff reduced to atoms.

Listen razer i love you guys and ik you guys also love us BUT the new pay to play razer program is just not right It is almost near impossible for a human to grind that much silver we have a cap of about 100 per day then ok if i reach the cap everyday for about 365 days straight i only get 36500 silver which is no where near any of the good stuff You can only get accessories like t shirts and glasses and caps and few games and that is a whole year of a grind you earn 9$ per hour in McDonald. deathadder essential is 50 bucks and is 51000 silver and a year of grind gets you 35 $ while you can earn that for only working for 4 hrs in McDonalds but who wants to work at mcdonalds but plz razer increase the daily cap.

Hello I am having issues with Synapse 3, it works fine on reboot but after a few hours it completely forgets my chroma profiles, I go into the studio section and it shows none of my presave profiles or my devices. synapse will not let me create new profiles and nothing works until I go into task manager and force quit then reload the application. when it is in this state I can click on razer central on my taskbar and it says that synapse is not running, when I click on the button to launch synapse, nothing happens. I am running on the latest version of windows 10, with the latest version of synapse. my peripherals are a black mamba elite, black widow chroma, and I am using philips hue bulbs. I have contact support and we reinstalled all software already.

No email notification explaining the change... No post in the news section of gold.razer.com... Hardly any information on your site... I had to google wtf was going on. Their website is even worse. WTF Razer. Gamma installs and runs but only in the tray. The desktop window doesn't open when clicking open. Gammas website is as basic as they come 4 page with very little support. wtf is this shit Razer?
