As mentioned in the question I cant receive otps at all and i was wondering if there was some way to disable 2fa through the mobile number and instead enable it with authentication apps

Leider habe ich den USB-Dongle (RC30-0346), der für die vollständige kabellose Funktionalität erforderlich ist, nicht. Das Headset selbst ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und funktioniert einwandfrei.Könnten Sie mir bitte mitteilen, ob es möglich ist, einen Ersatzdongle zu erhalten oder diesen offiziell zu erwerben? Informationen zu Kosten und Versandoptionen wären ebenfalls sehr hilfreich.Vielen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Zeit und Unterstützung. I cannot add new profiles in the synapse 4 app for my razor wolverine pro v3 xbox. I can modify the 4 that are saved on the controller and that's it. However if I switch the controller to Xbox mode and open the Razer controller for Xbox setup app on the PC I can save/load to the controller/ create new profiles/ect as normal. Software and controller and dongle are all up to date

Hello!In Synapse 4 I cannot change profiles in the dropdown menu. I select profile 2, 3 or 4 and it is reverted back to profile 1. Changing profiles from the controller, with shortcuts, does not reflect in Synapse. I can customize Profile 1 normally (except brightness in static mode does not save, always stays100%) though and it works in games. It was like that out of the box, since then I have updated the firmware twice, now on v2.02.00_r1. With the latest firmware “Razer Controller Setup For Xbox” app stopped recognizing the controller, so I lost the only way to customize other profiles. I’m on Windows 10 PC with latest updates. It behaves the same on my Windows 10 laptop. I have tried “cleanup tool” and multiple reinstalls. No luck.

I bought blackshark v2 x. I registered the headset on Razer's website, but I did not receive the activation code. When I write the serial number and ask for the code, my site freezes and I cannot open 7.1. Send me the code, please help me.

I put in the serial number and it says “Unfortunately, this product is not eligible for registration.” with that hyperlink to the warranty policy.

when i play roblox i cant move or anything it keeps showing controller keybinds but i dont use a controler and idk how to turn it off i have tried a few things i have seen online but they dont work.

Hello,I am contacting you regarding a compatibility issue between my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse and a recently purchased Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.My DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse initially worked with its original dongle. However, this dongle suddenly stopped working. After several checks (testing on multiple computers, different USB ports, etc.), the dongle is no longer detected by my PC (and the warranty has already expired).To replace this dongle, I purchased a Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle, thinking I could use it instead of the old one.According to the official synchronization procedure, the original working dongle is required to pair the mouse with the new HyperPolling dongle (via the 2.4 GHz synchronization mode in Razer Synapse).However, since my original dongle is out of order, I am unable to start or complete this procedure.I am therefore stuck, despite having purchased a new dongle.My question is:Is there an alternative solution for pairing the Razer DeathAdder V

So, I've had this mouse model for a few years and I think it's very good, it fits perfectly in my hand. It's starting to fail and I'll need to replace it. My question is: I'm thinking of opting for a wireless one, is there a similar wireless model? Or one that looks similar in shape to this one?#PLEASE HELP

I am looking for a firmare cord for my razer viper ultimate. Does Razer have one that I can have or buy?  I am hesitatnt to buy a mini USB from Ebay or Amazon.

Just to start off, the image is just to show the type of headset I have since there are a few versions out now and figured incase people may be mistaking it for another one of the other headsets.Now the problem I am having with the headset is that whenever I am using it eventually it starts to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly.It does it every now and then, maybe roughly five to ten minutes or so and it also seems to do it when the volume is either too loud or the frequency spikes too high (I don’t have this problem with any other device).Another problem I have with the headset is that when its plugged in but not being used at all it causes all other audio devices to freak out and start crackling and lagging which is strange.It also seems to be slowing down some programs and making them all jittery which sound even more strange than the above but I did some testing with it plugged in and not and the difference is there.This is whilst its not being used btw.So the questions I have are

my new levitation v2 21 pc soundbar won’t connect to my pc. l managed to get it working connecting via bluetooth to my phone and that works well.  I can see the soundbar in device manager on my pc but it won’t let me connect it on there and setting it default on there is greyed out. it doesn’t appear at all in system sound settings or on my razer synapse 4 app. it just says no devices found. i have tried everything I can think of, I have checked for updates, refreshed turned things off and on again, uninstalled and reinstalled , I have tried  connecting in device manager, I have plugged soundbar directly into wall socket. the usb is in blue port (but I have tried them all) I don’t know what else I can do. 

Hi Guys. Im having an issue where i can change the profile once or twice using the fn key however then wont change again unless i open synapse and change it manually then i can change it again with the fn key once or twice before it stops working again and i have to repeat the process.Anyone had this issue or have any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

So i put in a support ticket to cancel my order about 30 minutes after ordering my product and recieved no email in response and about a couple hours later i put in a second one just in case. Next thing i know i get an email saying that my order has been shipped. This was less than a day ago, what do i need to do to prevent this from going through

Since upgrading to the latest firmware for the headset, everytime i join a party chat on xbox there is a prominent echo from my mic. I have changed all settings in the xbox to reduce noise bleed but had no joy. Before the new firmware I didn't have these issues, can anyone relate to this issue or offer support on how to fix this. The headset itself is only 6 days old Cheers

Hello razer users, recently i got gifted these Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed fof my birthday and i am trying to connect them to my android phone, which is Samsung Galaxy A54.The issue i have is that when i try to connect the headset to the phone, the blue light keeps flickering instead of becoming solid and still to shiw that it connected. On the bluetooth GUI thing where you connect devices it says its connected, but the headphone's blue light still flickers, basicslly signyfing that they are not connected, and then they turn off.They were set in bluetooth mode.Thanks to anyone that can help me out, it will mean a lot!

Hello Razer Support Team, I would like to ask for technical assistance and verification regarding my Razer mouse. I have a Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse that was purchased from Noon and brought to me as a gift from Saudi Arabia. The mouse is not being detected when connected to a computer. Product details: - Product: Razer DeathAdder Essential- Model Number: RZ01-03850- Serial Number: IO2508H20660206 I have tried connecting the mouse to different USB ports and also tested it on another computer, but it is still not recognized. At this stage, I am not requesting a replacement or warranty service.
