Razer Support

From what I understand, support for synapse v2 has been discontinued, but it seems like I am now no longer able to use it at all? I need a way to get the interface for changing keybinds on my Orbweaver. There are links to download v2 and I have done that. But when I open it, I just get a page that looks like this.  

I would like to report an issue regarding my Razer Gold recharge.The payment status shows successful, and the amount has been deducted, however I did not receive the purchased Razer Gold / product.This is unacceptable as the transaction was completed on the payment side but not fulfilled on Razer’s end. I kindly request an immediate investigation and resolution, either by crediting the missing Razer Gold or providing a refund as soon as possible.Please advise on the next steps and expected resolution time.

Wenn ich das HS ausschalte, leuchtet die rote LED immer noch. Es ist nicht mehr verbunden aber saugt Strom vom Akku. Nach 3 Tagen war das HS bei Nichtgebrauch leer. Beim gleiche HS meines Kumpels erlischt die rote LED umgehend und auch aus.Was kann ich machen?

Hello!I have a Razer BlackWidow V3 PRO keyboard (Yellow Switch). I've encountered issues with some keys. Specifically, key 1 is periodically assigned multiple times (11 and 111). I also had issues with keys 3 and C, but after updating to the latest firmware, these issues almost disappeared. Also, various keys were sticking when pressed quickly. Synapse version 4. The keyboards were tested on two modern computers with Intel 13 and 14 series processors. Windows 11. What could be the issue?

Is anyway possible to get replacement microphone to Razer blackshark v2 pro? I lost my mic when i moved to new apartment and i really love that headset and that mic. Headset work perfectly but i dont have mic anymore.. :(

Hi all,I've got an issue with my Razer Blade 15 laptop. When I'm working on it, it sometimes just locks its screen without any reason. Sometimes it does this five times in a row and then it stops doing it at all. This happens completely random, windows key is not being touched and neither is the L key. Sometimes it happens when I'm typing numbers only. Googling this issue hasn't helped at all, since it's pretty vague. Any clue what's going on?  P.s. pretty bummed that this laptop is already out of official warranty and therefore official support after 6 months of use.

i meant razer seiren v2 x in the title not pro. But ive gone through all the sound settings and all of my preferred devices are set to what i want to be the output and input, nothing is playing through my headset unless my mic is unplugged, when it is plugged in it HARD LOCKS it as the output and cant hear anything at all even though me default devices are set properly. i dont know how to get back to where my arctis nova pro wireless is my output device and my razer seiren v2 x is my input. and i can see on the synapse  i will accept any and all help, ive tried everything from meticulously going through all my sound settings to doing 3 full clean installs of all razer software and programs. no guide ive seen has fixed it for me. im prayin one of yall has a solution for me that works things went 2 years without a hitch and now it seems hopelessly unfixable or the solution is way out of knowledge depth

whenever i go in any roblox game it shows that my input is a controller, I know its cause it has built in double movement for fortnite but how do i remove it? cause it makes it impossible to play Roblox games.

I'm trying to install the Razer Nexus app on my iPad Air (4th generation) and use RemotePlay with my Windows PC. The Nexus app is set to default settings and I haven't changed anything. I've allowed all permissions, including local connections. However, when I try to pair and connect with my computer, a pop-up appears on the iPad with the computer name and a message saying "Unable to connect." On a Samsung Galaxy Tab S11, I can connect instantly with the default settings. How can I connect with my iPad Air (4th generation)? The app is up to date. The iPad OS is also up to date. I've uninstalled and re-installed it multiple times, but it's always unsuccessful.

I am trying to register my ‘Razer Black Widow Chroma V2’ and am having issues.  The system is asking for verification on [1 and I] and [O and 0] I have tried various combinations and had no luck.Any advice is welcomed.CheersKnight of Venus

Hi, I just lost my dongle and want a replacement, after I checked in with the customer service, they said it’s out of stock and dont know when it will ba available again, is there any way I can get some help? 

My 2, 5, and 8 buttons are failing. Presses result either in no input at all, or a rapid repeated detection. I can’t find anything anywhere about replacement parts, I've lost my receipt, and I'd like to know how to go about getting a new 12 panel, or have this one repaired. There’s no break down guides anywhere i can find for this part. I’ve only had this mouse for approximately a year, these buttons shouldn’t be failing this fast on a $200+ mouse.

i recently started to have some problems with my blackwidow v3, the keys dont work they basically dont register when i press them or the keyboard will register them twice. And that has made gaming or typing pretty much impossible. I have tried everything to solve this problem, like updating to the latest drivers, factory resseting even deeply cleaning the keyboard and the problem still wont go away. i hope it can be fixed and if anyone has o had any similar problems and were able to solve i would aprecciate very much your help.

My Basilisk v3 35k mouse’s right click feels very sticky and i have to use an  considerable amount of force to even just press it down enough for it to register as an input. please help.

I can't use the mouse until I reconnect it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time I 'cold' startup my computer, I need to re-attach the mouse before I can get going, which is very annoying.I tried with Synapse 3 and the latest beta version. same issue as in the link.

Hi, I recently brough a razer viper v3 pro. I’ve got the razer synapse 4 software and the razer mouse pairing software as well. I’ve been trying to connect the mouse using the software but it wont work. The dongle is found on synapse but not on the mouse pairing software. Ive downloaded and updated all the firmware for mouse and dongle. Is this just a dodgy dongle?Many thanks

Hello,I purchased Kraken V3 headset like a year ago and recently noticed some cracks at the end of the headband’s plastic piece. This is causing a discomfort during use and I am also concerned about that the crack may render the headset unusable. I know that my 2-year warranty is still valid and I am wondering how to proceed.Thank you for your time,Sincerely.
